Welcome to beach front condo 1503, located on the 15th floor, in the clean and modern Seychelles Condominium Tower. Take in the emerald blue green water and white sugar sand beach from your own private balcony. Enjoy both tranquil sunrises and colorful sunsets during your stay.

Fresh paint and new furniture create a modern, clean and fresh feel. Extra cabinet space in the main bedroom and living room, allows you to unpack and settle in during your extended stay. New mattresses (on all 4 beds), comforters, blankets and bed linens are sure to provide the comfort and relaxation necessary for a good night’s sleep. In the hallway there are wall hooks and a shoe cabinet to help create a clean, clutter free space for towels, clothes and shoes. Black out curtains in both the main bedroom and living room also ensure total darkness for a restful slumber.

Smart 55” Roku TV mounted to the wall with tilt and swivel capabilities allow for optimal viewing from the kitchen and dining table. Full kitchen with dinnerware, coffee mugs and pots/pans that are perfect for in-unit dining. Unit 1503 also provides an easy to use stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Hallway bunk beds perfect for kids, but also large enough for adults. Additional queen sofa sleeper can allow for two additional guests, making a beach stay (for up to 6 people) very comfortable. Beach Service also available with this unit that includes two beach chairs and one beach umbrella for your “beachy”’ enjoyment! Beach Service available from March 1st to October 31st. There are also boogie boards, beach toys, floats and 2 extra chairs available in the closet for you to take down to the beach.

Seychelles is a popular tower because of its modern amenities that include FAST WIFI, premium cable TV with many of the popular movie channels and clean look and feel. There is a 3 level parking garage with luggage carts for easy arrivals/departures. This unit comes with 1 parking space included with your booking. **One additional parking permit may be allowed and is an additional $30 fee. Please contact us BEFORE you arrive to see if an additional spot can be reserved. This condo tower also has 3 spacious SUPERFAST elevators which provide easy access to the garage or to the pool /beach areas. An updated gym with new equipment, 2 outdoor pools (one heated) with adjoining jacuzzi round out the amenities at Seychelles.

Seychelles is located at the furthest south east side of Panama City Beach. This side of PCB is quieter and more relaxing. It is walking distance to the following highly rated Panama City Beach local attractions that are walking distance from the tower; St. Andrews park, Schooners Beach Restaurant (2 minutes), Sombreros Mexican Food (5 minutes), Patches Pub (10 minutes), Val's Diner (7 minutes) and 15 minutes away from the Grand Lower Lagoon Marina.

Additional parking Fee of $30 for 1 additional car. There are black out dates where additional parking is not available, during busy season (spring break and the entire months of June and July). Public Parking is available and is nearby for a daily/weekly rate. Contact me BEFORE you arrive to make arrangements for extra parking, so we can arrange for an extra permit or send you the off site parking information.

Pets are NOT allowed for Seychelles GUESTS. Only Seychelles OWNERS are allowed to have their pets on the premises. This is an HOA rule. Many of the owners know who are guests and who are owners. They will call us and we will have to ask you to board your pet. So please, NO PETS.

Very nice condo

This is a great little condo with an amazing view from the 15th floor it sleeps 6 with the sleeper sofa and it’s was very spacious for our crew of 5 the kitchen is a little tight but we didn’t have any problems with making meals, the living room is huge and both bathrooms were descent sized. It was very clean and well put together. I would highly recommend for a family of 4-6

The condo could really use some upgrades and deep cleaning.

The couch and chair in the sitting area were very uncomfortable. One side of the bed had an unpleasant odor. We did have plenty of linens, however the bath mats were visibly stained and the pot holders were dirty. The condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival but the owners were in immediate communication with us and had this resolved. My only concern was the blankets were on the couch when we got there, we left while the condo was being cleaned, when we came back the blankets were folded and put back in the basket. It really made me start thinking about the cleanliness since we were only gone for about an hour.

Best spot in Panama

This was my favorite place I’ve stayed out in Panama City. The condo is very clean, spacious, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The amenities that came with the condo made the stay even better. We will definitely be staying here from now on.

What you see is what you get

Have stayed in many different units in this building. This one was nice, simple and clean. The Nest thermostat made me lose my “cool.” But, once I watched the right video we got along well. Directions for the TV would have been nice also. Figured the one in the living space out, but only got one channel in the bedroom. Usually we stay with family and have gotten used to having an end unit with open views all around, but only needing a one bedroom this time we enjoyed this unit. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive and easy to get to.

The condo was nice. The view was spectacular, very close to the beach! Parking and elevators were good. Kitchen supplies were generous. The beds need to be replaced, are worn out. The sofa bed is comfortable.

Perfect Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect and offers an absolutely stunning view of the Gulf! The owner, Rebecca, was in constant communication prior to arrival and available to help us trouble shoot some events during our stay. The property is well-kept, clean, and provided everything we needed. Would definitely book this unit again!!

Beautiful Condo

The condo and everything about it was very nice. One issue was parking. We had two cars and were unable to obtain a parking pass for the second car during the busy season, so had to pay extra for public parking about 10 minutes up the road. Other than that inconvenience, our stay was wonderful!

We loved the location of the unit itself and the end of the beach we were at was not very crowded at all, despite being a holiday weekend. They had everything we needed!

Perfect place for our family vacation

Great condo with an great view of the beach. Everything we needed was here. We checked in via text and all the codes provided worked without issue. Condo was very nice and clean. Everything worked and no issues. Enjoyed our stay here and will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Nice Place

This was a nice place. The owners and property manager communicated very well with us. My only suggestion would be a long cord to plug phone chargers in on either side of the bed. And it was a little warm in the condo at night. I think the a/c was on a schedule and it would change settings automatically, and 75 was a little warm. Otherwise it was great!

The condo was perfect - sparkling clean and very well-equipped... loved that the owners provided laundry detergent as part of their supplies! (a little thing, but very thoughtful) There's plenty of space, and everything in the condo is in really good condition - it's obviously been refreshed recently Checkin was super easy, car parking is free, and the view from the balcony is amazing! Would definitely stay here again

Perfect Location!

Everything was perfect! The pictures of the unit are exact, everything is stocked and working properly. The view is amazing, watching the sunsets. There are stores, restaurants close to the area. The hosts respond quickly and are attentive of your needs. I would highly recommend this rental!

Great condo, fresh & clean, walking distance to several restaurants

We have been coming to PCB for many years and Seychelles is one of our favorite places to stay. This condo was clean on arrival with reliable internet service, easy self check-in, and a secure parking structure attached. Communication with owners was excellent, they were friendly and responsive. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed and it was great to have the additional storage drawers in the living area. Wonderful view from the 15th floor & the elevators were quick. Schooners restaurant is right next door and has a great menu & bar, Shore Shack pizza & Patches restaurant are an easy walk as well. Surfside Shrimp seafood market is a 5 minute drive west if you want a tasty take-out meal. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice pool, right on the beach

We had a great spring break here with our family of four. The kids loved sleeping on the bunkbeds! The location is perfect, right on the beach, no need to cross the street. There is a restaurant right next door if you don't want to drive. We used the heated pool every day since the beach water is still a little cold in April. Also, the beach service was a nice touch, we used the chairs and umbrellas everyday! The unit came with some boogies boards and beach chairs. Some things to make it even better: Add some hooks in the bathroom and hallway so there is a place to hang towels. Bedroom could use a couple nightstands and lamps. Dining table only had 3 chairs around it (we are a family of 4), may have a fold-up chair available? We used the ottoman for one of the kids and made it work. Overall, we had a great time, these are just suggestions for future guests.

Hi Beach Lovers! We are the owners, Rebecca and Luis, of beach front condo 1503. We own this unit, with my Dad, Benjamin, and are relatively new owners. This is a family owned condo. We LOVE our condo and LOVE the beach front views and access.
Luis and I have 2 girls (ages 2 and 5). And my Dad, Benjamin is nearing retirement, and has his beautiful wife, Sylvia. We take turns staying in the condo and work together to make our beach front home comfy and inviting to all who stay with us.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We stay in our unit 6x a year and have over the past year put a lot of love and personal comforts into our condo, like extra cabinet space, wall hooks and recently a shoe cabinet. With two adults and two little girls, a family of four (or more) can get messy easily and quickly. We love to unpack and unwind, so I've enjoyed adding and using the extra storage throughout the unit. I also really love the stackable washer/dryer, which we use almost daily when we stay in our condo. Our unit also has super easy access to the beach and its own walk way beach access with showers to rinse the sand off your feet and body before you come back up to the unit. I also really love that one of the two pools is heated. So even in the cooler months, you can enjoy the sun, the sand and the gentle warm waters of our pool and jacuzzi.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I think something unique about our unit is the location. We are on the south east side of Panama City Beach (PCB) and so its quieter and more relaxing on this end of the beach. We are walking distance to restaurants (Schooner's, Sombreros, Vals Diner, Patches Pub and more) and Dollar General store. So once you arrive could have days where you wouldn't have to drive anywhere if you didn't want to. Just a super fast elevator ride down to the first floor and then a 2 minute walk to the steps of that amazing white sugar sand beach. This unit is the perfect combination of easy, fun and relaxing.
