Quiet location, convenient to amenities, easy check in

Noah was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to my questions. The check in process was smooth, as well as check out. There is plenty of street parking available and we parked right outside the front door every day of our stay. The unit was as described and was quiet and peaceful at night.

Excellent choice for our stay in the Sacramento area. Noah's house was very clean and inviting. I will definitely book on my next trip to Sacramento.

Nice!

The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. Like others noted, there was just a lack of extra supplies in the home (hand towels, extra toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) that we ended up having to purchase on our own. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Natomas Gem

Perfect spot for visiting friends and family in Sacramento. This property is well kept and clean. Easy location to and from airport. Owner very responsive. Definitely a home away from home.

The listing was exactly as described in regards to rooms, beds, baths, and amenities. Very convenient to the airport and freeways (5, 80, 50) The communication was prompt, clear, and smooth with the property manager. More than enough space for our family of 5. Would stay at this VRBO again when travels take the family to the Sacramento area.

CHP Graduation

This place was amazing. Very clean, was here for 4 nights for my sons CHP Graduation. Very nice area, we had 3 adults and even a 6 month old, more than enough room. Close to downtown, the State Capitol, etc. Would highly recommend this property. The host Noah was very nice. If I had a question he would get right back to me.

Clean and Convenient

Came to stay here for the Ironman race held in Sacramento. The townhouse was very clean and is within easy driving distance of the center of Sacramento and the airport. It has plenty of space for four adults. Very close to Interstate five. Location is also close to nearby grocery stores and fast dining options. Nathan was very easy to communicate with and even reached out to us when we left some items behind after checking out and arranged for a pick-up of them with us.

Family illness visit

The property itself was wonderful, the lack of sufficient towels was appalling, relatively few hand towels as well as no kitchen related towels! Body wash almost empty in walk in shower, three containers in tub/bath area only one was labeled! If we had dined there we would have had to wash silverware with every meal. Only 5 water glasses for 4 people seems a little weird! It is a nice location to visit ill relative! Minor mechanical items discovered were looked at by handyman, thermostat on 2nd floor still needs a battery replaced. Shower handle tightened, drain in tub/shower still not corrected, very sluggish to drain when showering.

Not luxe home. Cust. svc. bad, they kept contacting us to ask about stay but refused to resolve.

Home was advertised 3B/3 full baths but was only 2.5 baths. Made the trip difficult as 3 couples had to take shifts using the showers, we had to leave the room so others could have privacy. I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience. They asked me to show where I saw 3 full baths, so I screenshot the ad. They changed the ad and next day responded stating it doesn't say that and denied a refund. They changed it & lied about the ad. When we arrived, the smoke detector was beeping as the battery was dead. We asked them to replace the battery, they asked us to go buy a battery and replace ourselves. We had to go to the store, but the detector was on a high ceiling, there was no ladder, so my husband had to climb on top of a barstool to change it. The water filter on the fridge expired. They asked me to get the filter number so they could "change it for my next trip with them" & refused to come change it. The kitchen garbage was full, I asked where additional bags were, they said they only give 1 bag, because people steal them. We had to use grocery bags to put our garbage in the rest of the trip. The dumpster was full, we had to leave the garbage in the kitchen. The dishes were sparse & didn't match, towels were awful, like shop towels, none matched & they were hard. Like they bought everything from 5 different garage sales. No hand towels or kitchen towels so we had to buy paper towels. Couch smelled like BO. Carpet & walls were filthy. Furniture was falling apart.

Almost perfect

Overall good but not perfect. Kitchen was not well stocked with pans/utensils. One of the bathrooms had no toilet paper and the others were low. We had to buy paper towels and toilet paper at the store. There was a soiled baby diaper under the bedside table in the master bedroom that the housekeeper missed. Also there were no extra trash bags. The location, size of the home, and overall space was excellent. Relatively new construction. We would stay again. Our critique is meant to help the owner make a few changes that would make it a five star VRBO.

Horribly Managed Property

The house was in a nice part of town, but that was it. Dirty and worn carpets, scratched up walls, very little dish ware, cups and ONE wine glass. Trash was piled high by the patio! Towels and pillows had stains on them and need to be replaced. A/C intake vent was filthy. After explaining the situation to the manager, she insisted on us sending her pictures of everything that was wrong. It took several tries before they were able to see the photos….and then they blamed their cleaning company. Couldn’t figure out why until we found out she was working ‘Off Shore’, taking working remote to a whole different level. Then I asked her when was the last time she visited the property and she confessed it had been many months. We insisted to speak to her boss and Noah finally calls back blaming the cleaning crew. Then I asked him the same question about the last time he ever visited the property and he had the same response. Asked him for a partial refund (cleaning fee?) and he said absolutely not. Asked him why the advertised listing said 3 bed 3 baths when it only had a half bath and he ignored the question. This has to be the worst managed property we have ever stayed at. Please save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else. This is NOT a “Luxe” property by any means.

Good 3 Bedroom Property w/ Accessible Location

We stayed with siblings for a family event. Conveniently located to airport, Woodland, downtown Sacramento and area freeways. Clearly a new rental property with a few kinks to be worked out, but nothing big.

We were very much pleased with our accommodations. The home is just beautiful and so ample for our family. It is kept in excellent condition. Nice neighborhood and close to stores. It was a perfect place to stay in Sacramento and will definitely stay there again next time we visit.

Beautiful home!

I booked this home for family to stay in for my graduation and it was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures! Noah was also a lovely host and answered all my questions quickly! It’s a great location close to stores/grocery stores/restaurants and the freeway!
