A friendly pool covered by a lanai, an open layout to house everyone in your group, and a Blackstone grill to start off your barbecues right - this home is ready to welcome guests! You'll find it seriously easy to relax here, especially if you're a fan of chillin' poolside. Light up the fire table and enjoy conversations on the plush back patio seating. Inside, you can relax in multiple gathering spots cooled by central air-conditioning. The open kitchen is separated into sections for a seamless cooking experience, with a French door kitchen, prep island, and designated coffee station (including a French press!) making things even easier. When it comes time to wind down, just close the room-darkening shades for a peaceful sleep. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy a luxurious en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower in addition to a private entrance to the pool - it's always hard to stay away from the pool here.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
