Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

4 day trip

Property was relatively clean but very humid & understand that due to tropical climate bugs are present but saw a massive roach & a baby roach as well There were limited towels & no hand soapThe location was just isolated from convenience stores & Restaurants which I should have researched myself. Elevator also needs to be repaired don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that it does need it.

Kitchen needs some dishes -no pots/pans, mixing bowls, no baking dishes at all!!!!

Condo was clean, beds were comfy, right on the beach, condo facility as a whole outdated. It was hard to cook with no pots/pans or baking dishes so bring some of your own.

Terrible! The unit we got was not the listing that we booked. It had a leak in the ceiling and the unit was dirty. Terrible experience!

family weekend

The stay was great, apartment was clean,huge . The view absolutely beautiful. The hotel very nice, family friendly and access to pool, playground and beach ideal for the entite family. Will definately stay here again

NOT AS DESCRIBED - Beware..

SO bummed... this was a birthday weekend booked for me and my family. Quick weekend trip, not a lot of time to waste. We made it in very late after a fiasco day of travels, with unclear communication on expectations to check in or how to get in.. Only to find the room NOTHING like the photos listed, run down, smelling terrible, stains everywhere, paint peeling on the walls immediately next to the hand towels, and to the point we wanted to turn around and leave within minutes. I must say, the overnight security staff that helped us check in that night was very friendly, and thoughtful in explaining some details. The front desk manager (because this is an apartment / hotel and has full time front desk....) was also very accommodating in the morning to allow us to leave that morning and not complete our stay with a refund of the next 2 nights. unfortunately, the photos and descriptions are very deceiving, and I wish we had the time and money we spent getting there and relocating back with our short weekend.

Misleading booking information, parking and deposit

The place is old and the hallways smell like urine our room was ok and cleaned. But the furniture was old about to fall apart. The parking in the lower level was dirty trash was everywhere. And the smells, it was horrible.

Thanks so much for a beautiful stay:

I had driven from NY, we checked in and I planned to sleep until noon - until I realized that the sun rises straight in the middle of the family room window over the ocean, it was epic and inspired me to walk down to the beach for a closer look. The location is great, patio is relaxing and accessible from 3 rooms, beds comfortable, kitchen updated and functional, no complaints at all.

NFL Game

This was my brothers very first trip to Miami. We came down for the Dolphins, Panthers game. We had a great time and will be planning more trips to Miami. The only thing we would request is more/better cooking equipment in the condo.

The kitchen did not have cooking essentials. The beds were not comfortable. The elevator was the slowest and very congested. The view was amazing!!

Much to be desired

Very under supplied, sub-par upgrades, dishwasher did not work, did not receive room that was booked (booked oceanfront and received bay-side room), elevators are terrible with ridiculous amount of time spent waiting for them. Restaurant was closed more than open. Only upsides were location and relative price per sqft. Would not stay again.

Very tired and run down

Sadly this apartment block is the victim of 20-30 years of neglect. Everything is breaking, broken, peeling or rusting. Nice big apartments if that’s all you need and you have a limit budget but the whole place is pretty sad. We were told that the apartments were “renovated”, that would be a very kind description. It has good bones, it would be great if someone came in and did a proper job of it.

Beautiful view, worn room

The communication was great with the property manager and the check in process was easy. After looking at the photo on the listing, we expected a more up to date room as well as an ocean front balcony (based on the photo). We did have a beautiful view from a closed window and a side balcony where you could see the ocean. The room was dated. The bathrooms had scuffs in the tubs and out dated fixtures. They did all work. We did appreciate the ability to cool the rooms separately. In the listing it shows a fun tiki hut bar that was beachfront. It was permanently closed. The lady in the restaurant was very kind and the food was good.

Beautiful location, pool was great, right in the Miami Beach boardwalk. Amenities provided in suite were pathetic at best. 3 cups, 5 plates, no pans, etc. No dish soap, scissors, coffee filters for machine… basics I would assume a condo would have. Aesthetically pictures looked amazing however close up condo is run down and carpets need to be removed (bleach stains all over). It was very clean however and towels provided as needed. Tons of closet space (5 closets in main bedroom) Overall I would stay again and just be aware of what we don’t have for kitchen supplies.

Overrated

Like many locations on the beach, this place was old. The rugs needed replacing. There was no place to put the soap. The shower stalls and sinks didn’t have soap dishes. The hair dryer worked but the control switch was broken. The iron had rust so would’ve probably damaged clothing. A huge palmetto bug snuck in the room. The beds were creaky. The good news was the modernized kitchen was ample. The shower worked well. The final complaint was I didn’t get the room as shown on the website. The balcony didn’t face the ocean.

Bait and switch for spartan apartment

In many ways, this is a great apartment. It was big and spotlessly clean. Beach access is fantastic. It IS on Collins Avenue but it took a pricey UBER to get close to “where the action is” on Collins Ave. The kitchen is not bad (though the plates and cutlery need supplying!) BUT, the only near-by grocery store is next door and offers over-priced groceries. No restaurants other than the poorly reviewed one in the building are nearby. I strongly suggest Insta-Cart and/or Uber Eats is you stay here. But the reason for my poor review is two-fold: the apartment pictured in the offer and on my reservation is not the apartment I got. I was shown an expansive beach view—I got a view of the Intracoastal (not a BAD view but not what I expected). Secondly, I was unable to make the required deposit via phone or on-line which meant one of my guests couldn’t check in the night before my cruise ship arrived in board, wasting that first night’s rent. The front desk people are very good. Again, not a bad place. Just make sure you get the apartment that’s in the picture!

Average location but will not be returning

I had booked a family vacation to get away for a week. I booked this place which online looked amazing. The check in process was very irritating and staff was very rude. I showed up early of course not expecting to be able to check in but still wanted to try, was told I couldn’t check in until exactly 4 pm. The staff watched my family stand in the lobby with our luggage for an hour and about 5 minutes prior to 4pm asked if we were there to check in. This was the same staff that watched my family stand in the lobby for an hour and already knew why we were there. They had added fees that would be pending charges but taken off after stay. They have a separate elevator for luggage and that was to be used instead of the elevators inside, this was not told to us until after we had carried/pulled our belongings inside and security has to pull us aside and tell us. You can also not use luggage carriers unless a bellboy helps you. This place was average but the view from the room was amazing, the place was not as clean as we expected especially waiting until 4 pm. The railing outside on the balcony needs to be replaced (safety hazard for young kids). Staff especially the lady security on site was very rude harassing everyone about wristbands that they wanted guest to wear but should just be allowed as long as they have them on their person. Overall I will never be staying at this place again especially after the multiple incidents just trying to check in. NEVER AGAIN!!!
