( A NOTER NON disponible LONG TERME l'hiver ) Beau condo penthouse, ( 2 étages ) a louer, quelques pas de la belle plage sécuritaire de cape Canaveral , 50 minutes de Disney et l’aéroport d'Orlando. De notre balcon très privé, et ombragé , on peut voir les bateaux de croisière quitter le Port Canaveral à tout les jours ! Beaucoup à faire dans notre coin, nous sommes près de la Nasa, Universal studios, et le port de croisière et ses restos sont à moins de 2 km. Cocoa beach est à côté, avec son célèbre PIER et magasin de surf Ron Jon, une multitude de restaurants, magasins, golf miniature et bien plus encore. Ce condo est entièrement rénové , est sur deux étages , avec 2 chambres et deux salle de bain NEUVES adjacente . La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée, avec tout les appareils moderne.

Great spot on the beach

We had an amazing stay at this property! The host was very responsive to our questions before our trip. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for a fantastic day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo in a great location

We were lucky to book this condo last minute when we found out the place we had booked was under construction. Johanne was wonderful to work with- patient and responded to questions quickly. The condo is even nicer than it looks in the pictures! It was clean, well stocked and in a great location. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We loved the beach and the pool and enjoyed the whole area. Do not hesitate to rent this condo- you will love it!

Like home

We felt like we were staying at someone's house. It's well loved. The furniture was very comfortable, and the details added so much to the rental's appeal.A few cons; The floors were kind of dirty. I was wearing white socks and they weren't white after walking in the house. Maybe housekeeping needs monitoring? The kitchen has seen better days..

Great condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for our beach vacation. We (me, husband, and teenage daughter) had plenty of room. The bunk beds upstairs went unused by us, but would be great for more kids. The bathrooms have been updated and included soaps, shampoo/conditioner body wash lotions and hair dryers. A very nice touch. The kitchen is very well stocked including many spices. The condo is steps away from a very quiet beach and there is everything you need from beach chairs and umbrellas to games, boogie boards and coolers. We were here during hurricane Milton and the communication with Johanne was amazing. She went above and beyond in communicating with us. Letting us know that all of the windows were hurricane rated, that they rarely lose power (we didn’t) and gave us the names of several local stores and restaurants that are usually open until the last minute. Because of Johanne, a stay that could have been very stressful was not. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful condo. You won’t be disappointed.

Cape Canaveral Vacation

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days and it was better than we could have imagined! The condo was clean, in a great location, and so close to the beach. It had everything we could possibly need for our beach time and had all cookware for our meals. The hosts were outstanding and checked in several times to make sure things were going well. We have referred this place to several other people and plan to go back Very soon!

Fantastic vacation

We flew in from New Jersey for daughter’s space camp at Kennedy space center! We had a fantastic time! The apartment was perfect! Clean and equipped with everything you may possibly need. Located right on the beautiful clean white sand beach. 2 min drive from Cruise port. We got to view a rocket launch right from our balcony. Host is extremely friendly and very easy to get in touch with. Will stay again next time in the area.

Great Experience!

Stayed with my wife, daughter(9), son(13). Location is great, clean unit and great for separate sleeping areas for adult(main level) and children( second level). Access to beach is amazing and easy. Pool and common area was clean and easy to get around to without a lot of walking or loading up a car to haul stuff around. Host was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Would stay again without hesitation!

Beautiful ocean views! Great communication and information provided about the condo and area. Beautifully updated bathrooms that included shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so we didn’t have to trace with these items. Thanks for sharing your place and the hospitality!

Beautiful place, fantastic experience!

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It is exactly as described, in a beautiful location steps from the beach, and offers everything you need with meticulous attention to detail and extra added touches to make your stay more comfortable. The communication with the property manager was excellent, she was great about providing all of the info we needed. My husband and I both worked remotely a few days while we were there and we had plenty of room. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit our family in the area! So glad we found this place.

This was our first experience with VRBO and it could have not went better. Thanks most of all to the owners of this property. From the reservation to the checkout, everything was accurately presented and smooth with no surprises or disappointments. Johanne and Richard have a truly lovely home and location. It is very well maintained and stocked better than most. It is very well furnished, comfortable and welcoming. We felt very safe in this property as well. For any individual, couple or small family, I highly recommend this property and encourage all who stay there to help watch over this place and keep it the truly great gem that it is for a long time.

Wonderful hosts

The hosts were great to work with. They sent tons of area information before the stay which really helped planning. They made it easy, and we had a wonderful time. We were there for a camp at Kennedy Space Center, and even got to see a launch and some baby turtles on the beach. Excellent trip helped by Johanne and Richard

Relaxing at Cape Canaveral

Nice accommodations. Great location. Beach was excellent. Johanne, the manager of the condo, was very informative and accommodating. Only disappointment was you couldn't see the ocean from inside the unit very easily. Also, there was very little shade on the balcony during the day. It is a very nice place to stay.

Setting the bar that much higher...

My wife and I along with our 11-year old twin girls recently visited Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach, & chose Johanne's unit to experience what the area had to offer. That said, here is our takeaway. If there ever was a gold standard for VRBO hosts, Johanne would be it. She was incredible from pre-planning to check-out, super responsive, amazingly helpful, & all around a genuinely good person. We consider ourselves lucky to have had her, & having stayed at many VRBO rentals, she is the bar hosts aspire to reach. Set in a beautiful location, the beach is steps away from your feet touching the sand. The view is picture perfect, with a lovely vista of the beach from your patio chair. Sitting outside looking out at a cruise ship illuminating the water at night with a glass of wine was nothing short of a magical. We instantly recognized what previous guests had stated, an immaculately clean place with a relaxing vibe permeating throughout. Johanne's tastefully decorated condo is both serene and relaxing, with a mix of European flair and beach accents throughout. Our girls loved the pool downstairs for guests as well, & none of us wanted to leave when our last day arrived. You can truly tell Johanne put her heart, soul & personal touches into this place. We have stay at many rentals over the years, and can say this truly ranks as one of our best. If you are seeking a place in Cape Canaveral to truly relax and get submersed in classic Floridian escape, this place will not disappoint.

Outstanding

From the moment I booked, I knew staying here would be the perfect location for my family of 4. The hosts are communicative and give great reccommendations for the area (which were familiar with already and can second their reccomendations). They also are detailed in arrival and departure instructions and when the property updated codes to the gates, she made sure to let us know ASAP. She was always available and was so kind. We will definitely be back simply for her kidness. The property itself was as described - a great location! The view from the balcony was soul-renewing, and getting to and from the beach was easy! The hosts thought of every detail by having beach chairs, umbrellas, stakes, and coolers all ready to go in the poperty. I cannot recommend this property enough. I will be bringing my family back for sure!

Amazing place

This condo was amazing, clean, and had everything. You really just need clothes to stay. I was a little worried about all the stairs but it really wasn't that bad. The neighbors were very nice as well. Amazing view and the beach was nice, not many people at all especially if you go to the left once you are on the beach. The area is now one of our favorites and we hope to return.

Cozy - like being a guest in someone's home

This condo was nice and cozy. Well furnished, with a full complement of niceties to make your stay comfortable. Johanne and Richard were super friendly, and were a fountain of knowledge about the local area. One small note: If you have bad knees like I do, be aware that because this is a split-level, there are several stairs to be navigated. Beyond that, though, the unit (and owners) were great!

Wonderful 2 week stay!!

We had a wonderful time here! We spent 2 weeks and were so comfortable! Just like home! Actually better because the ocean is right there as is the pool! The condo was exactly as described, maybe even better! So clean! It has everything you could possibly need to cook! The beds were comfortable! I absolutely loved the living room furniture! The water pressure in the showers was amazing!! The bathrooms are beautiful! The location is perfect! I loved sitting on the balcony watching the cruise ships go in and out of Port, as well as all the other boats! We also watched 2 rocket launches from the beach! I also enjoyed my daily walks on the beach every day! Then there are the hosts! They go above and beyond!! I have stayed in the area at many VRBO’s and I have never been given so much information on places to go, things to see, the best places to eat , the best places for drinks, activities going on in the area locally while we were there, it was all SO helpful!! I learned so much with this trip! Seriously, the BEST VRBO hosts I have ever had!!! If I had any questions Johanne was so quick to answer! It was such a pleasure chatting with her! I feel like I gained a new friend!! I would highly recommend this condo!! And I know I would be more than happy to come back!! Thank you so much!!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!!

Beautiful condo inside and out! Anything you might need is in the condo… you feel like you are at home away from home. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. View is spectacular. We couldn’t have found a better place for our family vacation!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This condo is in a terrific location, close to all major attractions, yet, on a very peaceful stretch of beach, with no public parkings close by , making it much less crowded than the rest of the area ! A nice , quiet and relaxing beach, yet close to the action .You get a small beach town feel with the excitement of rocket launches, festivals, and Port Canaveral cruise ships passing right by our condo! You may be even lucky enough to see a submarine come to port! Once and a while, a group of dolphins can been seen right in front, or , at many areas of Banana river. Located less than an hour from the theme parks, Kennedy space center, water parks, museums , ,Orlando shopping , a wonderful zoo ( 20 minutes ) , air boats , Mettitt island refuge park, etc there’s plenty to keep you busy.

Biking on our compact sand base beach is lots of fun, during low tide, or on our many well maintained safe trails. Bikes can be delivered directly to condo $ . All beach equipment can be rented for a small fee also $ .We have Ron Jon, the biggest surf and clothes in North America, as well as the dinosaur store and museum and shop Orlando Intl. Airport (MCO) - 51 min drive, theme parks under an hour,
Kennedy Space center about 18 miles.
