Property Layout:

1st Floor: Master (King, Sofa Sleeper, T/T Bunk) + Kitchen

2nd Floor: Main Kitchen, Living and Dining Spaces. Half Bath.

3rd Floor: Master (King and Sofa Sleeper). Guest Room (2 Queen Beds and T/T Bunk).

A one of a kind town home in the popular Blue Mountain Beach. This floor plan is unique to Sea Cliffs and is even unique to the 30A area. This 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths condo has ample windows throughout the condo. Enjoy the condos complexes shared green space.

The first floor has a king bed with a sofa sleeper as well as a full kitchen and trundle bed. There is private access off of the bedroom out to the patio. The second floor is where the main living and dining area, and large kitchen are located, as well as a half bath, patio w/ ocean views.. The third floor boasts another king primary suite with a sofa sleeper., full bath and a private balcony with ocean views! Also on the third floor, you will find a guest room w/ private bath, fit for a slumber party with two queen beds (not pictured ) and one set of bunk beds.

Not to mention all of the awesome things that Blue Mountain Beach has to offer...restaurants, a bakery, and health food store, bike rentals, just to name a few and all within walking distance. This truly is a GREAT FIND!

We love this house!

This house is amazing. It’s in a great location- we loved walking to the bakery every day and the beach is so close. The host is top notch- her communication was wonderful, she was quick to respond, and she worked with us on getting us into the house early. I could not be more pleased with her. The house is very spacious and fit our whole family. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of space. We have gone two years in a row. The town is great and the ice cream shop and the live music were within walking distance. The only slightly negative thing that I noticed was the house was not quite as clean this year as it was last year. The bedding and towels were clean and we felt comfortable enough that we did not need the housekeeper to come. We reached out to the host and she offered to send them which was so kind! We just bought a swiffer and did it ourselves which was fine. There was just quite a bit of pet hair on the floors and couches. I just include this detail in case there is someone who is allergic to pets, it may be a problem for them but it wasn’t a problem for us! We loved the house and would 100% be back

Nice place to stay

Supplied house code did not work, toaster hardly worked, one room wall was not completely painted one color. Trash cans were missing. Place reminded us of a house built in the 70’s-80’s. Interior decorating was top notch. Although dated, all of the main floor furniture was comfortable. Balcony furniture was a nice assortment for viewing the gulf. All of the beds were very comfortable. Having adjoining baths to the bedrooms was great. The half bath on the main floor was a nice bonus. Long dining table was great. Baths, though dated, functioned as necessary. Well stocked kitchen with regard to utensils, dishes, prep and serving pieces. Location very convenient to beach and retail. We feel fortunate to have found it for the price, especially during a holiday.

The location can’t be beat. We’ve returned here because we love the area, the home is laid out very well and there’s lots of room. A definite must stay!!

Fun place to stay in Santa Rosa.....

We were very satisfied with the space. Ample space for our 3 families and the extra room downstairs helped with the young children. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness - floors needed to be cleaner, some sand on the bottom floor and the rugs seemed dirty. The beds were very comfortable but some of the other furniture was dated. The proximity to the beach and the privacy were a plus however and our family loved walking down to enjoy the surf and sand. The other negative was that you heard every step of anyone walking on the floor above. This caused the sleeping arrangements to have to be coordinated and early mornings had to tip-toe around. We gave it 3 stars for these reasons.

Great spot

Our family, with 3 generations, had a wonderful time during our stay and this condo was perfect for us. It was roomy and comfortable, very close to the beach and quiet. When the ac went out it was promptly fixed. We had no trouble getting in touch to report it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We had a great trip and enjoyed the property. Communication from start to finish was very quick and thorough. The condo was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 5. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

Great location, beautiful beach, cozy home!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Laurie’s townhome! The house was clean when we arrived and we had no issues with checking in. The kitchen was very well-stocked and allowed us to cook in a few evenings which was great. We loved the private beach area, it was so quiet and easy to relax on the beach each day. Our whole group slept great and all agreed that the beds were very high quality! We would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone and can’t wait to be back!

Upon arrival, we had a complication with the code to get in. I called Laurie and she was able to help us right away! We loved the privacy the condo offered, and we were only steps from the beach. It was a great stay, and highly recommend this stay!

Great spot for our family beach trip

Beach get-away with our adult kids and grands! Vitamin Sea was a great place to gather, relax, play games and enjoy time together! Laurie was quick to respond with questions about our booking, and a minor concern during our stay. Plenty of room and so close to a beautiful private beach!

Great location!

We have already booked this condo for 2025! Great location with easy access to the private beach, restaurants and shopping! Bike rentals were just across the street as well! The entire family enjoyed it and we can’t wait to go back. The condo is very nice and meet all of our needs!!!

Great Location, Great Place, Great Time

Nice place for multiple families to stay. The unit was very clean and spacious and allows for privacy if needed. Even though it was spring break the neighboring units around us was very peaceful and quiet with great greenspace and easy access to a very private beach. Overall, this is a great place, and a great unit in a great location. The unit was very clean, and there is some minor TLC that it could use throughout, but this would not stop us from renting this unit again.

Beach Getaway

We loved this property! The place was exactly as pictured. Great communication. Very clean and close to beach. With two toddlers, we needed to be able to walk to and from beach easily. Location was fabulous! We can’t wait to return.

Beach Trip

The floor plan of the property was perfect for our family. The bedrooms are large and each has a private bath. Several restaurants and shopping opportunities are within easy walking distance. We liked that there is a large grassy area where the kids could play and that it’s easy access to the beach.

Our home has walkability to many restaurants, a health food store with massage therapy, Blue Mountain Creamery, a bakery and much more. What I love the most is the private beach access that keeps our beach so peaceful, giving you the relaxation you deserve. Enjoy!
