Clean, modern and in a great location

We choose this property for a 3 night stay in Sitka and it was perfect. Very short walking distance to the marina, restaurants and shops and hiking trails. It was very clean and comfortable.

Great location, new and clean.

This location is in the midst of Sitka's waterfront and perfect for walking excursions. Parking is close as well. New, clean, a nice place.

I was solo but this would be good for a couple too. Could not be better located and super helpful manager. The bed was so comfy too.

The perfect stay for a fishing. Nice full kitchen perfect for snacks and breakfast. Balcony and incredible location right accross from the Watermark Hotel. Clean, warm, comfortable bed and tv with Roku. Will be back to stay when we come back for next year's fishing trip.

Easy walk to downtown Sitka

The bus lines and restaurants and bars were 1 block away. We would stay here again.

Our Stay

This was a good place to stay. The only thing is it was very hot in the unit when we arrived. There is also no alarm clock. Other then that is was great! Great location, clean, and comfortable.

We had a couple of unforeseen issues during our stay and the property manager was extremely responsive and the issues were resolved immediately, The studio is small but perfect for a couple and extremely clean and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vance Towers was awesome! Centrally located - east walking distance to everything Sitka! The condo is also beautiful- modern decor and everything newly renovated and comfortable stay for two people.My only complaint is that the white towels were not white and appeared to be “heavily used” instead of “high end” crisp and new condition. They were dingy and some even had yellow stains. Bleach might solve this for you - or get gray towels?

It has a small balcony which was perfect for sitting outside when it got a little hot in the condo (recommend the owners supply a small fan).

Location is excellent, very central within Sitka and close to local bus stops and a great cafe. The apartment is well fitted out with decent kitchen and clothes washer and dryer. Could benefit from a small table for meals. Also note this apartment requires two door codes for access, so check the info sent carefully.

Cute Studio

Loved the location and property. Loved having an in Unit washer dryer. The space was a little dirty for our taste. Floor felt dirty, bathtub was very brown at the bottom and the tub didn’t drain well at all. The toilet bowl was also dirty upon our arrival. I think if there was a little more time spent cleaning and the drain was fixed in the tub, it would have been perfect.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Stayed in the upstairs unit D. Balcony was nice on a sunny day with a view of the nearby mountain. Short walk to downtown and waterfront. Wildflour Cafe across the street has excellent coffee and breakfast/lunch. Much nicer and less expensive than a hotel (beginning with B) that I checked out just up the street. My only minor complaint was an odd smell in the bathroom that I couldn't figure out - like a plasticky smell. I just kept the bathroom door closed and it was fine.
