At mealtimes, choose between a plethora of nearby restaurants or prepare something at home in the full kitchen - a quick stroll will bring you to a grocery store so that you can stock the fridge. Dine at the high-top kitchen table or enjoy a cool breeze at the patio table on the private deck.
Guests of this home will also have access to shared indoor and outdoor pools plus tennis and racquetball courts.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Dock details: Dock 20: Guests are able to use the private boat dock for boats as long as this does not violate any Vacasa rules.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
