We had a lovely stay in Villa Carroca. There were 17 ladies staying for a hen weekend and it managed to accommodate us all without us getting on top of each other. The villa was well kept, and the outside area with the fridges worked well. It was a short walk to the shops and there is a cafe that serves breakfast and lunch if you wanted to eat out. It is a short distance from Playa d’en Bossa and San Antonio but taxis were easily organised via a contact we’d been provided with. The villa host, Mandy & Karon was really helpful and always on hand via text if we needed assistance. All in all we had a great weekend! Would stay again.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic Villa - everything about it from the location to communication was perfect. Stayed with 15 of us and all enjoyed every second. Recommend getting in the BBQ people that can be arranged through the vendor. The villa was that good we spent the first 24hrs there without exploring the surroundings. Would highly recommend

perfect villa for a large group

everything was as listed in the description, pictures are recent so you get exactly what you see. communication with the hosts was excellent all the way through and they were accommodating with some requests we had. Location is great and taxis were never a problem. will stay again!

Very Disappointing

Two of the four bathrooms are located inside bedrooms which limit who can access them at any given time. The third bathroom is outside, and the door doesn't close all the way. That leaves one bathroom for most guests. Three of the toilet seats were broken and although we asked for them to be replaced during our stay, we had to chase property management and they were never replaced. Two of the showers leaked onto the bathroom floors and the air filters in the bedrooms shed black foam on the floors and beds when running. Again, we chased property management and a housekeeper came to clean up the last full day of our stay, but said she couldn't fix the issue. Two of the bedrooms were located underground. One had a tiny window and one had no window. Both rooms were damp and musty so we could not use them. We also saw mold on window sills upstairs but the villa was filled with potpourri so it masked the smell. We were very disappointed, given the cost of this villa. It definitely was not worth the price.

The owner was realy rude to us because of a bbq with some music. There also was nobody to check out

They say 4 badrooms but there are only 3 for 20pp . Only one toilet seperatr Outside so not enough for all people! Somebody also came in the house to clean the pool without mention to us. He had je key & came in… this is not privacy! Regards J

La casa es bastante grande y con dormitorios amplios, la cocina perfecta para cocinar en grupo, y la zona de BbQ y piscina fue perfecto para cenar todos juntos y después pegarnos un chapuzón en la piscina, nos encantó muchísimo la villa la verdad asi que repetiríamos una y otra vez en esta maravillosa villa, lo recomiendo sin lugar a duda

Wonderful villa, fantastic location

We stayed in a group of 16 girls at the villa and had an unforgettable stay at this villa. The villa was well & cozy designed, spacious, clean, with sea view and a very nice and relaxing pool area. The location in Sa Carroca is great as we were only a few minutes away to Ibiza town & Playa d’en Bossa and Salinas beach. I can highly recommend this villa to any big group visiting Ibiza! We booked already for next year again :-)

Best villa for big groups! Very central location

We stayed in quite a few villas in Ibiza already over the last years but have to admit that this villa is the best one. It was an amazing villa experience, nice pool, beautiful big garden, clean, many rooms, cute decorated, very responsive & helpful host, only 5 min. drive to Playa d‘en Bossa, to the beach and to Ibiza town. Restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance from the villa. Can highly recommend Chris villa and we decided already to book with him for next summer again!

Wonderful big group villa close to all main spots

This place was perfect villa for our group (19 ppl), 5 min. driving distance Playa d'en Bossa and Ibiza town, clubs∋ghtlife and stunning close by beaches. Great big Mediterranean garden, lovely Balinese outdoor bed, nice pool and bbq dinners and very clean. We had a superb stay in this huge villa and Chris was a wonderful host, he had loads of recommendations and was always quick to reply. Will come back next year for sure. Thank you so much for everything!

Spacious villa for family holiday

We have just returned from a two week stay here. There were 12 adults and 6 children (aged 8, 10, 5 and 3). We booked through the owner direct on this website. The villa exceeded all expectations. It is situated in the quiet residential area of Sa Carroca. The villa is a mix of holiday and residential home, super cozy, the garden very clean and inviting. The villa for us was spacious and well equipped. We arrived and it was clean and tidy. There are two nice seated outdoor covered areas which are great for socialising and eating. The barbecue area is absolutely fantastic and so was the pool and the many sun loungers. There is a Mercadonna only 2 minutes away by car which was a great help for us with many kids and adults always hungry :-)) haha During our time, the villa was cleaned one time and the pool was cleaned two times, we were well looked after! We don’t really have any negatives. The hosts were fantastic to deal with and gave us everything we needed to know before we flew out so we knew exactly what to expect. They were very efficient. We would definitely book through them again to this villa! Overall a fantastic property and we can’t wait to go back.

Would definitely recommend this villa!!

20 of us stayed in the villa for four days and it was a perfect holiday for us. We fitted easily within the lovely decorated villa, loved the BBQ area and the swimming pool was perfect to chill by all day. Location wise it’s super central but also super private, as only a short walk to restaurants and shops and 5 minutes taxi ride away from plenty of the clubs. Chris is super helpful, had loads of recommendations and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend!

Deluxe villa close to beaches & nightlife!! :-)

We had amazing 6 days here in a group of 18 persons! Lots of nice features such as a great relaxing pool area, big BBQ (incl. huge beautiful dining table), a rooftop area with sea view and modern rooms with all comfort we could ask for + plenty of space. Only 5 min. to Playa d'en Bossa, Ibiza town and to fantastic beaches! Our host Chris was very helpful and always on hand with anything needed. He got us a private yacht charter to Formentera, villa BBQ-service and many more. Would definitely come back again, top villa!

Stunning big villa in a super location! 5 stars

Myself and 16 other girls had a fantastic stay at Chris villa. He was the perfect host; driving to meet us all on arrival and easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is exactly (actually even better!) as pictured/described on HomeAway: spacious, clean, with a beautiful seaview and a nice pool area. The location in Sa Carroca is great as we were only a few minutes away to beautiful beaches and to Ibiza town & Playa d’en Bossa allowing for both fun nights followed by some civilised time at this beautiful place. I can highly recommend this villa to any big group visiting Ibiza.
