Annual Hot Springs trip

Bethel is excellent to rent from. Her place is located in a perfect location for anything you are going to do. The house is such a great place to stay. This was our 2nd year staying in this place.

Perfect location

We came to Hot Springs for the horse races. This location couldn’t be better! Close to the races and restaurants. Very welcoming environment, clean, and very responsive, kind owner. We will gladly stay here again on our next visit.

Enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect for three couples! We came in for the races, which were canceled due to the weather, so ended up enjoying a lot of family time. We cooked dinner for 10 people one night! There were plenty of utensils, plates, pots and pans, and plenty of room for us all to eat comfortably. The owners had the place well stocked, clean, with beautiful furnishings. The beds were so comfy! We would stay here again!

Horse Races!

The PERFECT set up for couples traveling together..you all have your own private bath..huge plus! Great location just a short drive to horse track and downtown. Will stay again!

Lake Time!

We enjoyed our stay. The host is easy to communicate with and very friendly. We had a family get together and everyone had a great time. The house has everything you need. It was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. We thought it was a very good price as well, we will definitely be going back. I would recommend this place.

Couples trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this house! We went for a short couples trip and wish we could have stayed longer! It was cute, clean, and a great location! We liked that we each had a bathroom with our bedroom! The balcony and back yard were perfect if we only had more time to enjoy them! We will definitely return!!

Very hospitable host

Great stay in Hot Springs. The listing was accurate with no major complaints. The host was extremely accommodating with checkout times. We were there July 4th weekend and were able to watch the fireworks right from the driveway. Absolutely would stay here again.

The property was terrific. Owner very responsive to any questions. House was petty much within 15 -20 minutes to everything. Great location, great house, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Nice house. Loved the sleeping arrangements

The house is a few miles from downtown hot springs. What we really liked is the sleeping arrangements. 3 king beds and we all had private bathrooms. That was a great setup for us. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with owner was great and they let us move our stuff in a couple hours early, very nice of them. We had no issues with the place but we were really just there to sleep. We did not cook a meal (but the kitchen looked good).

2024 Graduation

We had 3 of us and a small dog and a few friends and family visiting us while we were there. everything was in good shape and the rooms were very accommodating but the tv is only apps and no local channels but that was fine because we stayed busy. the outside areas around the doors and sitting areas needed some tlc. I took the broom and removed all the tiny spiders and webs around the door frames. The grill was in good shape and it had plenty of propane so we grilled burgers and enjoyed the outside. The air was cold and the water was hot. The smoke alarm went off several times the last day for no reason but thankfully not while we were sleeping. The owner is awesome and she was going to have it fixed. Overall we had a great experience and i would rent again.

Home was well maintained and clean. Close to everything. Adorable place. Bethel was so helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Felt like we are new friends!! Highly rate this property.
