Surround yourself with Park City fun at this 3BR/4BA rental in the Red Pine community! Stroll just minutes to the lifts at The Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort. Other nearby attractions include Deer Valley Resort, Main Street, and Red Pine Adventures. Two pools, community hot tubs, and sports courts keep the fun going at home.

Your rental offers three stories of inviting living space. A gas and a wood-burning fireplace, as well as plush furnishings and a well-appointed kitchen, deliver the comfort of home in an exciting vacation setting.

LIVING AREA

The first living area is furnished with a sofa and three armchairs. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the 36” TV. Light the gas fireplace for added allure.

A love seat in the second living area offers a quiet reading nook.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create hearty mountain meals in the kitchen, appointed with granite counters and an array of helpful gadgets. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the kitchen bar for three.

The table in the dining area seats eight for festive dinners.

BED & BATH

This townhome sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, outfitted with a king-size bed, a wood-burning fireplace, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV in the third bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A fourth bathroom with a walk-in shower offers added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Dip in two community pools (one is heated) or unwind in the hot tubs after an exciting day.

The seasonal pools and indoor hot tub are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and Thanksgiving through the second weekend in April. The outdoor hot tub is open year-round.

Tennis and volleyball courts offer group amusement.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Reserved parking is available for two cars (one covered space and one open space).

This rental does not have air-conditioning.

THE LOCATION

Walk 8 minutes to the base of The Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort. Even more mountain fun awaits at Woodward Park City (6 miles), Deer Valley Resort (6 miles), and Red Pine Adventures (1 mile).

Travel 5 miles to Main Street, the hub of Park City. Browse galleries, dine at upscale eateries, and discover unique shops. Check out the restaurants and shops at Redstone Center in Kimball Junction and Utah Olympic Park.

Catch a ride on the free shuttle system that operates throughout Park City, including to Main Street/Old Town, up to Silver Lake in Deer Valley, and to Park Meadows, the Canyons, and Kimball Junction.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo work well for a group of friends getting together to ski. The condo is too far to walk to the slopes but close to the parking for cabriolet lift.

Clean, no frills

This condo was clean, a short walk to the gondola, and had a free shuttle for getting to the gondola, which was great with ski gear. Each room having its own bathroom was awesome. The downsides were that the bunk beds weren’t secure so adults couldn’t safely sleep on top, the plugs fell out of the outlets as others mentioned, and there was a window from the living room to the primary bedroom which was very annoying if people were awake at different times (light in the LR shone directly into the bedroom!). All in all, this condo got the job done but wasn’t an up-to-date place I’d opt to stay again.

Your average Park City Condo

It’s a nice condo located in the Park City “Canyons” area. No AC for the summertime but most PC places don’t. 4 box fans helped out during this extremely hot 2021 summer. The pools, hot tubs, sauna were very nice and close to the unit. Clubhouse has some Bbq’s on the upstairs deck, but appeared closed off(probably still from Covid-19?). Only thing I definitely think should be changed are the electrical outlets. Through the whole condo. Many won’t hold a plug; the cord literally falls out of the sockets. With lots of people it is difficult to find a spot to charge your devices. Overall nice stay with friends and family! Turnkey was delightful to deal with, no in person sign in, address and door codes sent in emails. Slick and easy!

Great value and location!

Overall this was a great property for a ski weekend with friends. Close to the slopes and a good size for 6-8 people. Overall clean and comfy. Did have several outlets that either didn’t work or the appliances fell out of them while plugged in. The clubhouse is also very strict on use of the amenities - when they say the pool/hot tub close at 10, they mean it! Overall a very nice Vrbo, would stay there again!

Great location for skiing

Second time at Red Pine Condo's. This unit met all the marks. Close to the mountain, free transportation to the ski lifts and back. Great unit - no complaints.

Nice place to stay, but needs major update

Here is my attempt to tell you all of the things I would want someone to tell me before booking: You will walk into split entry immediately- you have 3 ft to decide if you're going up or down :). Very clean. Smells good. The family room chairs and the 2 log bunk beds are extremely wobbley and rickety (needs some serious tightening for feeling and being safe). Old chewing gum found on the top bunk. My 8 yr old didn't love finding that. The kitchen is fully stocked and even has an ice cream scoop (thank you!). BEWARE- NO A/C. We went in July and didn't realize that the 90 degree heat in Park City was a major issue in the house as it didn't start to cool down until after midnight in the master bedroom (3rd floor)- we couldn't sleep even with the multiple fans on and all windows open on the main and master floors- HOT! My spouse and I had to move to the bunk beds in the basement with our 8 and 11 yr old girls. Every room has a bathroom- which was AWESOME for us. The grounds are beautiful! But, because the windows are open 24/7, you will hear every neighbor, baby, and screaming kiddo in the near condo space- and smell their parents smoking, too. :( The pool and tennis courts were SO MUCH FUN and we spent a lot of time over there. The company around the pool was very nice and everyone seemed to really be enjoying their stay in the complex. The pool attendants were very kind and helpful. The TV in the master and queen bedroom (basement) did not work at all. The electrical outlets were incredibly old and most of our phone/iPad hubs would not stay in the plugs- we found only 2 outlets that worked great so we took turns charging what we needed to. I couldn't blow dry or curl my hair as the electrical outlets wouldn't hold the plug in the wall- CRAZY. Overall, the condo was OK. It was very clean- except for the ABC gum. It's close enough to Main Street and all of the resorts that we really enjoyed the atmosphere Park City had to offer. Laundry in the unit was nice and and we were given a large amount of towels which came in helpful for the pool visits. We never had to contact the property manager, but we received the info we needed to enter and check out very easily. The house just needs some updating to feel like it isn't 1982. Thanks for a good last minute stay!

Most thoughtfully appointed rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four really enjoyed our two weeks in this townhome. While we came mainly to ski, the townhouse provided such a wonderful space to stay in that we did just stay in for many of our days here! We slept really well on the supportive, perfectly comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. Our girls had fun with their bunked bed. Kitchen, bathrooms and living room were all well and thoughtfully stocked, they made this place feel like a true home away from home. We had fun enjoying the library of boardgames and barely watched any TV! The one drawback to this place is the lack of sound insulation from the neighbors. Still, the townhouse offered sufficient space and sanctuary within that we would happily return for another stay.
