Situated in the desirable Waikiki neighborhood, this fifth-floor condo is a perfect basecamp from which to explore all of Honolulu. Walk from your front door to dazzling beaches or the famous Kapi’olani Park. The central location also provides easy access to the zoo, aquarium, and top local restaurants.

Back at your scenic condo, you’ll love the breezy lanai, well-appointed kitchen, and comfy furnishings. Hawaiian sunshine pours into the living area through floor-to-ceiling windows. Stream movies on the 32” TV with Roku or set up a board game from the provided collection. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets you’ll need to create authentic island meals. Prepare local ingredients on granite countertops, then share your creations at the kitchen bar.

The primary bedroom offers a plush king-size bed and TV with Roku. A comfy sofa by the window creates a sunny reading nook. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. The en-suite bathroom also features a walk-in shower. Sip morning coffee on your private lanai and watch the city come to life!

Lively Neighborhood

The condo is great with private bathrooms in both bedrooms. The neighborhood is in a busy part of Waikiki so there is quite a bit of activity at all hours.

Lacation was good. had to sleep with the windows open because it would have been too hot with no AC. the streets where quit from 2am to 4am. the places needs alot of work. the place is falling apart. old sock in the closet was not ours. the instructions for entering the building could have been writen in order. that was a process

Nice place to stay

The unit was very clean with a very nice atmosphere. Although there was no air conditioning there was a constant breeze that was very refreshing. The location is perfect being only a city block from ocean/beach. only thing that would make it better would be some patio furniture for balcony. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay and enjoy Hawaii

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy and went well. It was a bit sad that their wasn't any air conditioning but we already new that. The parking is tight so a small car is preferred. We never heard our neighbors (even in the same apartment). The street noise was not the greatest but our windows were open and we were downtown and the beach was right there so that made it all ok lol. Even with the noise we slept great. It was a great little place to stay.

Race weekend

We rented this condo near the zoo to be within walking distance of the Hibiscus half marathon. Everything was as described. Hearing the roosters crowing in the morning made me smile. We enjoyed walking to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Great location but noisy

Stay was very enjoyable. Location was great. Lanai disappointing because there was no outdoor facilities. BBQ etc, railing was unsafe needs fixing. Beds were good and bathrooms adequate. Overall a good place to stay in Waikiki.

Loved our stay

Beds were nice and soft; great location-close to beach, restaurants and shopping; made use of the extra beach equipment. As others have said, there is a lot of street noise outside.

This condo is very centrally located. We enjoyed walking right out to the beach, and to Eggs and Things, and eating at the food trucks right downstairs. The free parking was super convenient. The space was open and spacious, and well stocked to meet all our needs.

The best part about this property is the location. The beach is a block away and there are shops and restraunts all around. Sadly, the goodness ends there. The unit is not clean. Dirt caked on the floors near the baseboards, especially bad in the bathrooms. Dishes needed to berewashed.

Great location, close to beach and zoo. Nice balcony, but no furniture to sit on. The place was well stocked. The only real problem was the noise. We tried earplugs, but could not block out all of the noise on the street and of the pool and the parties that went on next-door And the food trucks below our balcony other than that we had a great time

Great location - perfect for two couples

The property is exactly as described. A short walk to Waikiki beach, this 5th floor, two bedroom unit (each with it's own bathroom) is perfect for two couples. It has a nice kitchen and living room and plenty of storage. Yes it can be noisy outside but that is true for all properties in such a great location. The unit also had a room full of items for the beach like blow-up lounges and beach chairs, obviously left from travelers not wanting to take them with them. The unit was clean and the communication was exceptional. Highly recommended.

The property looked like it had mold on the ceiling and was in the vents. The place was not clean and the futon/couch was broke. We checked in late and expected to be able to check in and relax but that wasn't possible. After working with the property management company we were finally put into another place around midnight and just for the night but needed to find other living arrangements. I was there for a work conference and was not able to attend the first day because we were not going to have a place to stay.

Enjoy this stay But

It was a great stay I did not realize it had no air-conditioning which was disappointing the second bedroom too small we were two adult couples the bench in both rooms are useless dresser drawers would have been extremely nice to have two few hangers for our clothes front door did not lock when we left and stayed that way No one showed up to fix it even though they said they would I didn't that we did enjoy our stay there should be perhaps two chairs and a table on the sundeck so it could be useful it is walking distance to water and shops we love that part of it TV did have lots of channels most furniture was quite comfortable kitchen was fully stocked

The description listed a portable AC unit would be provided. This was not so. The unit was constant 80 F and very uncomfortable. We had to use fans which was really noisy. My daughter was stuck in the bathroom because of faulty locks and we couldn't hear her banging on the door to signal she was stuck. This was my worst ever experience. Everyone in the family was hot, moody and tired from the heat. The sliding door did not lock. The toilet wobbled and was unstable. There were no GFCI in the bathrooms. No shower gel was provided. The water tasted weird. The single pane windows did not shut properly and this was a noisy street with many good food carts outside the window. The parking spot was extremely tight. There was much more but i have run out of space.

Scandia Towers 502

Location was great. However, there were a couple of things that caused issues. Firstly, there were no drawers to store clothing. Yes, there was a wardrobe in each bedroom but they only provided hanging space. Secondly, entry to the building was via a fob which was collected from a lockbox outside the entry. Once inside the building, the fob was required to travel upstairs in the lift. This meant that if one person was to return to the unit and others came afterwards, the first person would be required to go down in the lift to allow others to enter. This was very annoying.

Good centralized location with good amenities

Great location for getting around Waikiki. Nice kitchen & furnishings. My only recommendation is to get 2 more portable AC units for the other bedroom & living room
