We’ll be back

Huuuuuge house with plenty of upstairs and downstairs space, multiple tables for eating and game playing plus TVs for every bedroom. Bountiful kitchen supplies and condiments plus terrific bathroom toiletries and laundry room detergents. Perfect for our family gathering celebrating a 90th birthday. Thanks!!

Great Getaway with the Family

We had an excellent time staying at Country View Estate. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive when contacted. We were in the area for a family gathering and everyone in the group was very happy with the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and this property definitely will be considered if we ever travel back. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group.

Family reunion weekend

Amazing home and great lovation

This home is exactly as described. Lots of room for a large family. Areas for family to gather, play games and hang out. Also able to spread out so you didn’t feel on top of each other. Super clean. Large area outside for kids to play. The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was close by. The hosts were great with communication and very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Nice community and spacious property

Our stay was very pleasant. The community was very beautiful, the house was spacious and clean. Everything we needed for our stay was available. Shopping and restaurants are only a few miles away. We had a wonderful time.

country view gathering

this is a spectacular house with plenty of room inside and out. It is beautifully maintained and cleaned, very spacious with large bedrooms and enough bathrooms to match the bedrooms. The public areas were very large and comfortable. The hosts were available and extremely helpful.

Our family gathered for a college graduation and made this home base. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and has the most well equipped kitchen I have ever experienced in a rental. I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

We were in Ohio for a family vacation and to attend a family members wedding. The property at Beavercreek was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the location was near the wedding venue in Miamisburg and also near great family activities such as Scene 75, Great Wolf Lodge and Kings Island. The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We will gladly stay again when in the area.

Christmas stay 2023

Our family really enjoyed this home. There is a big back yard for children to run and get out the wiggles, inside is not only beautiful but very spacious. Our younger grandchildren loved the large family room to play with their toys, games and just play. We would rent this home again for our family! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Mom's 95th Birthday and Thanksgiving Celebration

Beautiful home. We all had a very enjoyable fellowship with fun and good food.. We appreciate both the hospitality and the accommodation at your property. One suggestion: Upgrade your WiFi system because the access and reception was only thing that did not match the excellence in every other area of our visit at your property. Mini Family Reunion

I wanted to say something negative so other people would ignore this property. Honestly, I can’t say enough positive things about this home and sponsors. Great house, great setting and great owners. They also has several special displays that are eyeopening - I won’t say what they are to spoil the surprise. Deserving of the five stars.

Our Total Eclipse House

Lovely, spacious home in an upscale neighborhood with a large great room, big kitchen, and plenty of parking; convenient to shopping, restaurants, museums and entertainment. And a perfect view of the total eclipse from the large patio with plenty of seating (a roll-up awning that we didn’t need) and a gas grill which we did. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary accoutrements and basic household items are provided. The home is clean and well maintained and there is plenty of room outside on nicely landscaped grounds. The hosts are gracious and accommodating.

CELEBRATION/REPASS MOM

Upon arrival we were met and greeted to shower us with appreciation! Family members from out of state joined the family and friends in Dayton, Ohio. Even the smallest request or not mentioned were given to all of us. The home was a HOME surrounded with outside property of Nature and Peacefulness. Truly the 5 bedrooms and other accommodations were comforts as we shared our Love for Mom. We were able with their assistance to hold my Mom's repass outside with comforts! The owners and care givers honestly were the BEST and I remain indebted with GRATITUDE for making this extremely sadness met with Peace and Joy!
