Beautiful newly constructed 3 story home walking distance to The French Quarter's and Frenchman St. The House is professionally decorated and is in a great location. There are 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This is a super nice upscale home.

Amazing! Must rent!

This place was amazing! It slept all of us comfortably and had so many bathrooms for us to get ready. It was the perfect neighborhood, we walked pretty much everywhere from the house. Very central located. It’s about 20 min walk to bourbon street. The bar across the street is awesome for a late night cocktail or pregame shot. Also the owner was so responsive, sent recommendations, and very nice! Highly recommend this house!

A perfect stay

I have to agree with all of the other reviews! The property is great. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and there was room for everyone. The location is perfect. A short, safe walk to the French Quarter and lots of good places close by. Little People's Place across the street is a friendly dive bar. If you look the bar up online (which I did), it looks a bit sketchy and you might think "what kind of neighborhood is this?!" ... but fear not. :-) The owner of the house is extremely responsive. The house has everything you need and the space is very comfortable for a group. There are 3 levels - the first level has the living/dining/kitchen, a large bedroom with 2 beds and twin futon, and a powder bath (whoever stays in this room will have to go to an upstairs bathroom to shower, but they have a toilet/sink on their level). The 2nd level has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a w/d. The master is a large room with queen bed and twin futon and a connected bath. There is another large room (this room faces the street and has a porch but you can't access the porch) that shares the full hall bath with a second (VERY) small room. The 3rd floor is one large room with two twin over full bunk beds and another full bath. We never had a problem with parking or noise (when we checked in, some very large sounding dogs were barking - but we couldn't hear them inside). Even if we are a smaller group, we would DEFINITELY stay here again on our next trip to NOLA.

Great spacious place

We had a great time in this spot and it was as spacious as advertised. Short walk to the French Quarter and all it has to offer. It was clean and well kept and would definitely recommend it for anyone traveling with a large group.

Good location, limited parking

Overall, a great location. Very clean. Parking is an issue. I had to park three blocks away on one occasion and then was blocked by a car illegally parked- I was unable to move my car for four hours. I would expect designated parking with the fee I paid.

We Felt at Home

This house is comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of cooking and a lot of hanging out. There are some good restaurants and stores close-by. Would definitely stay there again.

21st Birthday Celebration

Location is great 5-10 minute Uber to everything. Great communication with host. Had extra beds and we were 10 people. Dive bar across the street was great. They are the sweetest people.

Birthday Cousin’s Trip

We had a fabulous time. This property allows for every one of the 11 people in our stay to have a bed. We received great recommendations and the suggestions were all great. The people across the street were great! We truly enjoyed everything. Parking was tough at times. Still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Weekend in New Orleans

We rented this property for a long weekend in New Orleans with a group of 11 guys. The property was excellent and was just as good or better than the pictures appeared. The location is great and an easy walk to Frenchmen St and the French Quarter. Check in and check out was seamless and Jimmie was a great host. We would stay here again if we had to do it over again.

Great Home Base to Explore New Orleans

The house is beautiful with tons of space, within walking distance of tons of fun bars and delicious restaurants. Jimmie was a great host, very communicative and helpful. Be sure to pop in across the street and have a drink at Rodney’s Lil People’s Place!

Enjoyed our stay there

Jimmie was easy to communicate with and very accommodating when we had to come a day early to avoid incoming weather on our end. The house was clean and decorated nicely. The guys at the bar across the street were fun to chat with and welcomed us over for a shot of Mississippi moonshine. Loved taking with them. Do not be shocked by homeless around the area…..you’re coming to New Orleans……it’s all part of the beautiful fabric that makes this city what it is. Go out for a walk and get this city under your feet. Become part of the fabric yourselves. Close to FQ and restaurants.

Very good stay for 3 families of total 6 adults and 6 kids of different ages.

Very good choice for a big group with kids. A bit far from all downtown happening places.
