This is a perfect family home with a sparkling pool and grassy backyard! Gilbert is one of the best addresses in Arizona with family friendly things to do, parks, baseball, a fun filled downtown Gilbert and easy freeway access to the entire metro Phoenix Area.

Step inside to a contemporary home with lots of surprises and private spaces that everyone will enjoy. The living room and dining room combo is first with a cozy sectional and dining table that can double as a game or puzzle table and even has a piano should you wish to do a little entertaining.
To the left is the gourmet kitchen with a massive island for food prep or just hanging out. There is a breakfast table and Keurig DUO coffee station which allows for drip or pod coffee. The family room with super sized sectional, massive SmarTV and views to the backyard oasis.
The popular split floor plan has the master on one side or the house and the other bedrooms on the other. The master has a walk in closet, walk in shower, double sinks and even a chandelier. The king bed is super comfy has is made with luxurious sheets. There is a SmarTV for watching from bed and a special surprise reading nook for curling up in the egg chair with a good book.
Down the other hall you will find 2 queen bedrooms with SmarTVs and shared bath. The 4th bedroom/office is in the center of the home, offers a queen bed, office desk and chair and has a privacy curtain for sleeping. This one comes well equipped with baby gear, high chair, pack and play etc. 2 car garage, lots of driveway parking and super fast wifi make this home a winning choice.
Outside you will find a sparkling pool, loungers, dining for 6, a BBQ grill and a large grassy area for lawn games and more family fun. The pool also has a super fun basketball hoop for the kidos. Enjoy the Arizona sun, take a refreshing dip in the pool and make beautiful memories.

The property had all the essentials. The back yard with cornhole was a hit. It was still a bit cool out for the pool.

Wonderful place to stay

This was an absolutely beautiful home. Had a problem with the thermostat but once I contacted the host was fixed within minutes. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice property

We rented this for a local wedding event and it worked out very well. Great location for us, the unit was very well stocked, very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. I would stay here again.

Spring break in Phoenix

Great place for my family and parents. Nice central location to everything in the area. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances which made meal prep and cooking effortless. Outdoor area was great. More pool toys and games would be nice but we had plenty to do both at the house and in the area.

Nice place, good location

The house is nice and has a great layout. It is in a great location. Good neighbors! The only downfalls to the house that i can see is the pool is not heated, they did not have handsoap for the bathrooms. Overall a great option for a family and I would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for our soccer tournament stay. It was close to great dining options and not too far from the field. The grocery stores were nearby. The house was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our boys to entertain themselves.

It was very clean, everything as pictured, modern well maintained, quiet conveniently located. Great interface for communicating with host. Overall very very satisfied. Will definitely recommend and will stay again.

Really cute home in a great location of the valley. Cleaning crew forgot to empty the trash from previous family but everything else was pretty clean.

Family get together

Conveniently located near the rest of the family so it made things easy. Good communication with the host. When we arrived the thermostat was set a little high but locked. I made one phone call and they remotely adjusted the thermostat to my desired temperature and then sent someone out the next day to remove the thermostat lock so that we could control it for the rest of our stay.

Pictures don’t do this house justice. Lots of room. Beautiful home. Quiet neighborhood centrally located. Seamless process and great communication with property management. Would definitely stay again!

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for the five of us (2 adults and 3 teens). The pool was nice though we didn't get a chance to really use it since the weather wasn't very warm and the pool did not have a heater. The kids really enjoyed the fact that we backed up to a horse farm and got to visit with them everyday. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We liked that we were within 10 minutes of shopping and restaurants. We did have a few questions after arrival we contacted the host and they got back to us quickly. If we come back to Gilbert we hope to rent this house again.

Upon arrival all carpets were wet, causing floors to be slippery (not fun when you have elderly family staying), had to turn on fans and open all windows, garage door was broken and would not lock so had to lock door between garage and house, not a comfortable feeling staying in a home that was not totally secure. Fan in one spare bedroom was so wobbly we couldn’t turn on so that bedroom stayed wet longer. Spare bedroom tub faucet backwards so took cold shower until figured it out and then almost got burnt. Fan on patio is old and warped so can’t use, self closing mechanism at patio door to pool did not work and no pool fence…thank goodness we didn’t have littles with us…only a couple towels were in the homes, property management co sent towels via Amazon so had to do laundry but only had enough detergent to do 2 loads. Some random guy showed up to fix a blind which we didn’t even know was broke..showed up on wrong day but was rude to me. There is no spices…not even salt/pepper which was shocking so bring your own. I could go on and on. I stay frequently in rentals and have never encountered or had to deal with so much during a short 3 days. The home is nice and fit our family and property management company is extremely responsive and attentive to needs..so if you book just know they will respond with any issues you have.

Gilbert AZ trip-

Had a beautiful stay in this lovely home, master bedroom and master bath were beautiful. The other three bedrooms were on the opposite wing of the house which made it very nice and private for everyone. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. My only complaint was the backyard. I think it could use a little bit more updating/ maybe add pool toys/ corn hole - Pool Needs To be resurfaced. Overall it was a very nice trip!! Five stars to the property management. Easy check in and check out-

Beautiful, well stocked home

Our family enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. We did have some issues that we needed to communicate with the property management company about and received some super unprofessional responses which was disappointing but once we made it through those issues, the condition of the house, the comfort of the beds, etc made up for those things. There is a set temperature that the air conditioning cannot go below and it is monitored by the property management company and adjusted accordingly by them through an app. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property despite the few things we ran into.

Good but not Great

Location of this property is easy to access in a subdivision. The subdivision is pleasant, and seems safe should you want to enjoy an evening walk. The home backs up to a large Horse Barn. In the heat of the summer the entire area reeks of manure and horse flies are evident. With that said, the morning hours when it was cooler the smell wasn't as potent as later in the day. We had hoped to relax using the pool but due to the smell we couldn't use the back yard amenities. The home looks exactly like the photos. It's open and spacious providing 2 living spaces to gather plus the large kitchen which was very nice. Beds were comfortable and rooms provided blinds to block out lights. Kitchen seem stocked with needed items to cook etc even having small appliances like a pressure cooker, toaster, blender, etc. Ceramic dishes along with casual dishes were available as well. Our experience had many burnt out light bulbs or lights that did not work but we managed. Reaching out to property manager/ after hours person was less than helpful. Even being told they would not help and promising to come the following day but never came. Problem was never resolved during our stay. It was extremely disappointing. Property lacked any simple cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets etc which made it difficult to even clean up after ourselves on a daily basis. Check in / Check out was extremely easy. Keypad entry was easy to use to come and go. Good but not Great
