A clean and comfortable landing pad for an early morning appointment

Oceanside

This cute studio apartment met all of our needs. Ideal location close to the beach, shopping, downtown and freeways. The bed was comfortable, a good kitchen with a stove? Oven that works, refrigerator, nice bathroom with big tub and walk-in/shower. The property owner is very nice and allows you your privacy

Great little place

Stayed here for a little over a week with my fiance and absolutely loved the location and everything that was within walking distance of the property. Had to dig through the property listing a little for all the details of where to find the door and a few other things (we also arrived at night, so that didn't help with finding things), but once we found all the details everything went smoothly and we had a nice stay. Great little property!

Highly recommended and really great location

Our experience with the property was really great and as presented in the description. Location was pretty perfect for visiting beaches in the surrounding area as well. We will definitely keep this property in mind for the future.

Just what we were looking fir

The property was exactly as described with a perfectly adequate kitchen and a great bathroom, especially the giant claw foot tub! Brad was a great host and very responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Nice property located very near downtown Oceanside. I loved that I could get my morning runs from the location to the pier without having to drive. I highly recommend!

Place to stay when meeting your new granddaughter

Brad was an attentive host. Answered questions quickly. Safe area. Great seeing flowers and passion fruit growing. We are from the Midwest, so enjoyed the warm weather.

Great location!

This was perfect for me and my spouse. The location was 7 minutes from the beach. We loved the natural cool breeze in the Studio. We enjoyed the warm electric heater when we needed it. Brad was very attentive and responded quickly when we had a question. We would love to stay here again!

Great Apartment Studio

The Apartment was well stocked with everything you need and very clean. Bed was comfortable. The parking on the street was not always good. Most of our stay we had to park down the street in the evening but other than that everything was great.

July 4th in Oceanside

The location of the studio is fantastic! Oceanside pier, beach, grocery stores, freeway are all conveniently located. The room, kitchen and bathroom were surfaced clean. Kitchen stove had food remanence, the toilet area had a foul smell. A bit more attention to detail would be nice, newer towels and better cooking pans. Thank you.

Oceanside getaway

Quiet, cozy and private studio in back of house. Room for our dog to explore. Loved the brand of sheets, pillows were great and bed was comfy! Clean place and plenty of toiletries available. Quantity of towels was very nice, however bath towels smelled like they were not used in awhile so we made do with the beach towels provided which were very nice. This is not enough to rate the stay lower than 5 stars, still an A+ compared to other places we have stayed. The owners do an amazing job and made sure we knew to reach out anytime, very hospitable!

Christmas

Brad was a great host and always available to answer questions. The space was wonderful! There is everything in the studio that one would need. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bed is sooo comfortable. It's close to the beach and great restaurants. The outside space was a nice place to relax and had a fenced yard so we could let our little dog outside. Thanks Brad for sharing your space with us! We would definately stay here again!
