Profitez d'une escapade tranquille loin de la foule dans une maison unifamiliale isolée directement sur l'océan. Un endroit parfait pour se échapper sur votre propre plage privée de sable blanc sans rochers. Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan des deux niveaux de la maison. Profitez de magnifiques levers de soleil prennent un petit déjeuner sur les chambres avec balcon ou terrasse premier étage. Avoir une expérience mémorable coucher de soleil en profitant des dîners sur la plage sur votre propre deck plage de croisement avec des dunes plates et pas d'escaliers.

Maison de plage exceptionnelle de deux chambres et trois chambres avec piscine privée. Deuxième étage a un énorme enveloppe autour du pont qui offre une vue panoramique sur l'océan dans toutes les directions. Accueil est élevée au-dessus des dunes hautes de sorte premières vues de sol sont également très bien. Les trois chambres à coucher dormir confortablement huit et la propriété dispose d'un mobilier de haute qualité tout au long. La plage privée est bien connu pour la nidification des tortues dans le monde entier. .

L'emplacement est juste un mile au nord de Sebastian Inlet qui offre certains des meilleurs pêche et le surf dans l'État de la Floride. shopping de qualité et salle à manger sont à proximité à Vero Beach et Melbourne, mais l'emplacement offre une intimité pour des vacances de qualité. Great spot on the beach

Very quiet beautiful beach. Nice pool. Comfortable house. Easy biking distance to Sebastian inlet state park. Marilyn is an excellent hostess. We had an air conditioner go out while we were there. She had the problem fixed the next morning, and the handyman set us up with a portable indoor A/C within hours. Highly recommended.

Beautiful beach vacation!

tayed here with my husband and 3 young children. The best thing about the house is definitely how close you are to the beach! If you forgot something, it was no big deal to just run back in. It is just like walking to your backyard. This house is very secluded in that we never really saw other people on the beach and if we did they were really far down. Very peaceful! The house has everything you want to cook meals and lots of pool toys and beach chairs/umbrellas. My kids loved the pool and you can tell how clean and well taken care of it is. Check in was super easy and fast which was amazing after traveling all day with kids. We did have a few issues, but Mariyln was so quick to respond and help us. She was fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect family location

There were 5 adults and one 8 month old in our group. The very short walk to the beach, fantastic pool, and excellect layout of the home made it the perfect stay. The Sebastian area is one of the last few beach towns in Florida that doesn't feel overrun with cars, people, and condos. For a quiet, beautiful beach experience...This is the best! Highly recommend this rental!

A rare find

An ocean front with a pool at an affordable price. We enjoyed a totally relaxing and private get-a-way at this lovely property. With the ocean just steps away and a pool just outside the front door, we were able to spend a week relaxing in the privacy and quiet. This home is spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the baths were updated, kitchen was well supplied. We appreciated the large TV's in all the bedrooms. And the decks were wonderful. Spent the majority of our time on the lower deck with plenty of seating and shade in the afternoon. There were also plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels . The owners were great with communication and messaged several times during our stay to make sure that everything was going well. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others looking for a quiet, relaxing, and comfortable vacation.

Beautiful Beach House

We had another great stay at this wonderful ocean front beach home! It is very quiet and secluded, perfect for our getaway. The deck by the beach was my favorite place to watch the sunrise. This home is just as it is described and met all of our needs. Marilyn was a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond and very accommodating. We look forward to returning soon.

An Amazing Relax-cation

We were looking for a relaxing week at the beach this property is absolutely perfect!! Everything was as described and we couldn’t have been happier with the house and amenities it has. It has absolutely everything you need for your stay! It was just steps from the beach and if we needed a break from the beach we were able to relax in the pool! We’re already looking at dates to back and enjoy the beach! Communication with the owners was amazing and they’re very accommodating! Definitely a 5 Star stay!

Perfect Week!

If you're looking for the ultimate private location with the best of both worlds, your own pool and the gorgeous ocean at your feet, look no further. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, well stocked kitchen. Everything you need for a fantastic ocean side getaway. Five year old granddaughter loved it. Turtle nests right off the sand stairs and dozens of turtles just off shore to watch frolic in the waves. Don't forget your binoculars like we did! Enjoy. We know we will be back.

The house was absolutely wonderful as well as the area. Enjoyed meeting people at the New England Pub. Only recommendation is bring bug spray. The noseeums were awful. However, that is a Florida thing.

Exactly as advertised!

Lots of credit to Marilyn for her communication skills! The house really is exactly as described, secluded and incredibly restorative. Thanks to the house being very well provisioned, we were able to fly in with our three kids (5, 6, 7) with only carryon luggage. A good supply of towels/linens/beach&pool toys and kitchen equipment. And there's a Publix 15 minutes down the road but we did Instacart a few times to maximize our beach time. The beds and linens were SO nice for a VRBO, slept like a baby. The beach really was empty around us so we were able to let our kids roam kind of free which was a delight. There are a few kids attractions close by and more within 35-50 minutes on the mainland. I was worried about the unheated pool but it was a nice temperature for swimming with average outdoor temps between 65-80 degrees. The biting midges were quite a nuisance by the pool when the wind wasn't blowing so I do recommend bug spray! Overall, we had an incredible week here and we'd love to come back.

Wonderful oceanfront home

We spent 3 great weeks here. The house is clean, has updated kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and linen and in great shape. It is just steps from the beach and has ocean views. The walkway to the beach ends at a large deck, where you can spend the entire day at the ocean without having to get into the sand. We have stayed in Vero/South Beach several times, and this area was new to us. It is very remote. Its a 15 minute drive to a grocery store and 30+ minutes to everything else. So planning your trips are important. While the remoteness did make it a little inconvenient, it did provide a lot of privacy, especially on the beach. There were many days where we saw just a few people, almost like your own private beach. The only thing we didn't anticipate was the heavy dump truck traffic associated with the beach restoration due the hurricanes. Trucks were going by about once a minute 6 days a week. This made our walks noisy and bike rides a little nerve racking. Fortunately, this restoration should be done soon and things will quiet down next year. We plan to go again. Highly recommended.

The feeling of living on an island all by yourself!.....the Beach Cottage-Villa feel, yet, the rooms are large. The house is surrounded by lush tropical foliage including palm trees and sea grape trees. The beauty of Nature is on full display....Dolphins, Sea Gulls, Sand Pipers, birds and the largest Green Turtle nesting beach in the western hemisphere! Beach House is a two story 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family house with private pool and private beach. First floor has Pool deck and large deck overlooking the beach. Second floor has huge wrap around balcony that offers panoramic ocean views. The views of the pool and beach from the house are simply amazing and the house is tucked away and very private from the road.
Maravilla is fully equipped with quality furniture, mattresses and linens. There are outdoor tables and chairs on both patio and balcony, and chaise lounges by the pool. Sand chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and sand toys are provided.
The close proximity to Disney is great for day trips and Port Canaveral is nearby for a short cruise before or after your stay.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The beach is part of the Archie CarrTurtle Preserve, a very private area of beach with few private homes and absolutely no Condo's or hotels nearby. There are days where you may not see anyone on the beach for hours, but at night, in nesting season, you may see a green turtle laying her egg or babies hatching in the early morning hours.
Incredible memory making experiences!
