Boasting 7 bedrooms and 5 baths, a loft area, a lakeside dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, this property is ideal for your next family gathering no matter the season. There are a lot of stairs on this property to get down to the lake, so it's not quite handicap accessible. Enjoy the Ideal Snowmobile Trail just a 2-minute drive from the front door! Take the trails and enjoy local eateries like the Old Milwaukee Club or Norway Ridge. Looking for a longer ride? Connect to the Breezy Point or Crosslake trails and explore all that the B.L.A has to offer this winter.

PET POLICY
-Shady Pines is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional $150 fee if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

ONSITE PONTOON RENTAL
The on-site pontoon is available for rent at $125/night. The pontoon must be rented for the full duration of your stay. Please inquire with us for more information.

• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement
