Luxury 3/4 Home in Las Olas with Pool and Hot Tub Near the Beach
Welcome to our Las Olas’ Modern Zen House A! This incredibly well thought out property is the twin of our other Zen Home and has everything you need to enjoy a stay with friends, family, and colleagues alike! Located in the posh neighborhood of Victoria Park, you’ll be only 5 minutes away from both the wondrous nightlife of Las Olas where there’s a never-ending list of events for people of all ages, and of course, Fort Lauderdale Beach!
Upon entering the home, you’ll immediately be greeted by the contrast of cool and warm colors that will be highlighted in our tasteful furniture and decor.
Are you eco conscious and driving an EV? We’ve got you covered! Located inside the garage you’ll have the capability to charge your vehicle without having to find a local charging station. Parking allows for one vehicle inside the garage and two vehicles on the driveway.
With smart appliances, LED mirrors, and other home automation features, this property is definitely very modern. To balance this out, you’ll find greenery throughout the home with wooden accents to provide a very warm feel.
The first level has a fully equipped bathroom, a full kitchen with a large kitchen island that allows for an additional dining space, a dining table for 6, an oversized couch that can be converted into a sleeper sofa, a large tv for entertainment, access to the garage, sliding doors that lead you to your patio space.
On the patio we have an outside kitchen complete with a grill, lounge chairs, an outside shower, and of course our pool.
The first floor has multiple switches to control various lighting settings for both inside and outside as well. You’ll also have the capability to connect your phone or other smart devices to our sound system. We have a sound system located on each level and control knobs located near the bottom level patio to control the sound outside.
The kitchen is equipped with all of the must have items, you’d typically find in your own kitchen. Large pots and pans, bakeware, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, rice cooker, toaster, and so much more!
Once you make your way upstairs, you’ll find our loft area which includes a tv, seating area, including a futon that converts into a sleeper sofa, and a small workspace with a desk perfect for working from home.
Immediately to the left of the stairs, you’ll find the master bedroom which includes a smart tv, walk-in closet, full bathroom, outdoor balcony, patio furniture, and a sleek hot tub where you can wash away your worries! The bathroom in the master room is equipped with a sauna machine that’ll convert your shower into a shower steamer. This way you can detox or melt away any bad decisions potentially made on one of the previous night’s out!
To the right of the stairs, you’ll first see the laundry room to the left. Here we have a washer and dryer Samsung duo that you can use at your convenience.
To your right you’ll enter the “Blue Room.” Following along with the theme of cool and warm colors, you’ll find relaxing hues of blue, gray, and gold throughout the room. This room also has a full-sized mirror for the fashionista in your life, a full bathroom, and a closet.
At the end of the hall, you’ll find the fiery “Red Room.” This room has pops of red throughout, another walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and an outdoor balcony. The red room is perfect for those passionate personalities in our lives!
***PLEASE NOTE: All of the beds are Asian themed and are low to the ground!!***
The entire home is filled with Zen Inspired images and decor to help remind us that regardless of life's hustle and bustle, we should always try to be present and enjoy the little moments of the here and now.
The entire space is available for guest use. Please be aware this unit is a twin duplex, meaning our neighbors live on the other side. Please only use the east side of the building, including the driveway. Please do not mess or tamper with any cabinets or storage chests with locks on them. They are only to be used by the cleaning crew for restocking.
Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood that has a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and historic properties surrounded by beautiful foliage and lighting and centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer!
Our property has three parking spaces available: one inside the garage, and two more will fit in the driveway. Please DO NOT park on any of our neighbors' properties or on the street.
We are only a 5-minute car ride from both the beach and the Las Olas strip- where you'll find plenty of dining and shopping options.
For the nightlife scene, you'll want to check out Riverfront, which is only a 10-minute Uber ride away.
If you're looking for a park to do some outdoor exercises, look no further than Holiday Park which is only a few blocks away from the property and a 5-minute walk.
Check-in time is 4pm / Check-out time is 11am.
Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours 10pm-8am.
No unauthorized guests permitted after 12am.

Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. We understand that people are not a “one size fits all” category, so please reach out to us with any questions or concerns in this document. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!!
Mi casa, tu casa! But you wouldn’t intentionally damage or mess up your home, would you? We ask that you treat our property as if it was your very own as well! Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you happen to notice anything broken when you arrive, please contact us to let us know.
We also ask that you please watch noise levels at night. We love our neighbors! They’re nice, we’re nice to them, and we hope you are nice to them too! Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules.
Check-in
Check-in time is from 4:00pm -12:00am. If you have a late/delayed flight, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you. Early check-ins are available upon request, however please understand that we cannot make any guarantees until the day of or before. If you are interested in an early check in, please reach out to us and we will let you know what the additional cost would be.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11am. Late checkouts are based on availability and an additional fee of $150/per hour. Unless otherwise authorized by us, please give us a 24-hour notice for late checkout requests or if you would like to extend your stay with us. Please keep in mind that we will try our best to accommodate these requests however we cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request. Any guest who stays after the 11am checkout time without requesting it from us previously or stays despite having their request denied will be charged an additional night’s stay and will be forced to vacate. Should we experience any cancellations or losses in our calendar arising from any check out related complications from you or any guests, you will be charged for the next booking. Prior to leaving please place a load of regular towels and beach towels to wash. This will help our cleaners get a heads start for our next guest. There are always a total of 12 TidePods for use. 10 for our guests to use if desired and 2 for this last required load. *You will not be charged for the use of the last 2 TidePods for the required wash.*
*Upon checking out, please make sure that our house looks reasonably neat- just like the way you found it. Although we pride ourselves on cleanliness, we do not expect you to scrub it clean but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
Security
When you leave the property and at night, please make sure all doors are locked and secured. Even though our home is in a safe neighborhood, we take the safety of our guests very seriously. Our security protocol includes 5 outdoor cameras and 2 sound level detection devices. The cameras are located in the following common areas: the entryway by the front door, the entryway of the garage, inside the garage, the entryway of the side patio door, the side patio walkway, and the backyard pool area. The sound level detection devices are located on each level of the house. One is attached to the ceiling in the kitchen area and another in the ceiling of the second floor hallway near the laundry room.
Please note: These devices are not meant to micro-manage our guests. We do not have time to monitor or watch your every move. It is solely there to monitor any suspicious activity that will trip the alarms and cause us concern. In which case, we will check on the safety of our guests immediately.
Deposit
A security deposit may be required to reserve the home, depending on a few various factors. Please reach out to us prior to booking to find out if we will require one for your stay. The deposit is held to prevent damages/inconveniences from occurring. The deposit will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met:
*No damage is done to the unit or its contents
*No excessive cleaning is required
*No linens are missing, damaged, or excessively stained
*The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance
*There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.
Any types of damages or inconveniences that occur like the ones listed above will be subject to additional fees.
