Le complexe est niché dans le centre-ville en haut de la colline, dans un jardin botanique luxuriant. Ces unités ont été construites sur le substrat rocheux par une entreprise américaine à la fin des années 1970. Situé à quatre pâtés de maisons du malacon et de la vie nocturne avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Banderas et la ville de Puerto Valarta, à partir de différents endroits, sur une propriété fermée d'un bloc avec 81 condominiums et une entrée surveillée 24h / 24. La propriété a piscine et Palapa et 2 patios avec des barbecues et un parking premier arrivé pour les invités. Les températures y sont généralement 10 à 15 degrés plus basses qu'en ville à cause de la brise légère que la colline offre. Certains des meilleurs restaurants de PV sont situés à quelques rues ou moins. Accès Internet.

Le complexe est une communauté fermée. Ouvert 24h / 24. C’est l’un des secrets les mieux gardés de ceux qui passent six mois par an ici comme deuxième maison. Vous remarquerez qu'il est unique et unique en son genre dans tous les systèmes photovoltaïques centraux. Il n'y a simplement rien d'autre comme ça. Nous le connaissons comme notre oasis privée et notre paradis. Situé à 15 minutes de l'aéroport et à quatre rues de la plage.

Great spot...

prime location central to all of the fun things Puerta Vallarta offers. Grounds are beautiful...condo is as pictured...delightful little respite. Enjoyed the Day of the Dead decorations...Ron easy to work with...very accessible by text. Loved every moment of my stay.

Great condo with great people

Everything was as pictured and advertised. The host is extremely nice and easy to reach. Everyone who stays and lives at the condos seems friendly and laidback. And the front desk team could not have been nicer. A really perfect stay in a great part of town.

Puerto Vallarta Surprise

We were pleasantly surprised and delighted with this condo in Puesta del Sol in the Centro District of P.V. It is a truly beautiful setting, with gardens throughout the property, and easy walking distance to the Malecon on the waterfront.

Condo on the hill

The condo at Puesta del Sole is not very big, but is great for a couple.The landscape is fantastic,and beautiful .The pool was very clean, and nice. We learned quickly to get a cab for the trip back up to the condo. $3 dollars in the romantic zone. We would stay again. Al & Veronika

Photos represent the unit very well. Great location, great complex. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Ron was very quick to respond to any questions. Unit was well equipped. Food was the only thing we needed to add.

Great price, great stay

Place is as advertised. Stayed over Christmas 2019. Great pool, nice neighbours. Good walk up and down to the Malecon. And up to the lookout (15 more minutes up). Would definitely stay again. Ron was easy to deal with and provides a 2 minute video on youtube for operating the extensive TV package.

Puesta Del Sol is wonderful. Be prepared for Cab fares if you have trouble walking like I do.,

Lots of stairs outside the complex. Very nice area nice pool. Condo was very clean.

Great condo in a beautiful setting

My wife and I stayed at the condo for a week in February. The condo is very nicely furnished and has all the necessary kitchen items. The condo seemed new and is nicely decorated. It has a nice view of the pool from the patio. The complex is very well taken care of and the 24 hour front staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is only four blocks from the Malecon, so it is right in the heart of old town with easy access to the nicest restaurants in PV. If you don't want to walk up the one block hill, you can get a taxi from town for a couple of dollars that will drop you inside the gated complex. Ron was extremely helpful and made sure we had all the info we needed to have a wonderful stay. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect Spot for 2

My husband and I came to PV very last minute for a working vacation. This was the perfect spot for us. Light, bright condo. Comfortable bed. Excellent wifi. Great kitchen. Steps from the pool with plenty of sun/shade choices. Very quiet but friendly community of mostly older folks made it easy to get work done without music blaring. Easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach, the Malecon. Staff and Ron extremely responsive. Immaculately clean space. We've stayed all over PV. Highly recommend this spot.

Great place

Great place for short or long term stay. The front desk staff were awesome! The condo was clean and the property well looked after with beautiful plantings and a lovely pool. We spent alot of time walking so the hike up and down the hill a few times a day was good exercise. If you have mobility issues a taxi is a good bet. We would definately go back.

Amazing place, we'll defiantly come back.

The place was pretty and very clean. It was newly renovated with all stainless steel appliances. The condo is in a gated community with a very friendly staff that speak english, which was very important to us, they helped us with cabs and recommendation to places to visit and eat. They were also very fast to respond to any issue we had with the place. We had a small issue with the shower head, because it was brand new and we were the first one to use it, the staff came in and took care of it very quickly. Ron was a great host, he sent us a long document with almost everything we needed to know in Puerto Vallarta it was a great help. Thank you for making our vacation a great one Ron!

Great Find

We stayed in the condo for three weeks in January 2016. It was so relaxing. The pool was great with chairs and conversation always available. The condo was so peaceful looking out over the bay as we sat many hours on the balcony. The condo was furnished to the max. It even included a crock pot which sounds silly for me to mention but being at the pool all day and walking in for dinner. The grounds are immaculate and the staff so helpful, giving us directions or picking up our groceries and having them at our door in an instant. We appreciate Ron's informational papers regarding various 'what to do' and had dinner at many of his suggestions. Thanks for a great vacation. Ketta (BB)

Fantastic condo, fantastic location

We were lucky enough to stay in this condo for a 10 day vacation and it was WONDERFUL. The condo is large and well stocked with plenty of linens, dishes, and extra linens. Having 2 TV's (with cable) was nice so everyone could watch what they wanted. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony, listening to the birds and looking out over the ocean. The pool is only steps away and the free laundry room is just across the hall. The condo location is great - easy walking distance to the Melacon and beach. There are many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. We like to walk but, if you prefer, you can easily take a cab or the bus to farther away locations. The property staff are top-notch and will answer any questions you have. They will also help arrange transportation and book excursions to make your stay most enjoyable. The property owner was very easy to work with - emails were responded to quickly and they even let us extend our dates. Book this condo is you want a hassle-free vacation in paradise!

Outstanding condo, great owners, great location

We recently stayed in this condo for 6 weeks. It is absolutely perfect for us. Two large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation. Very many thoughtful details and extras really made us feel like it was our "home" too. The owners are terrific and answered all questions in a timely way. They were so helpful on our dates. We have already re-booked for next year. The beds are comfortable ( unlike many rental units) Lots of quality linens, towels and pillows. The kitchen was fully-stocked with everything you need to cook great meals. The appliances are first rate and there is a large fridge. The location is ideal, close to the heated pool, right outside the 24 hr free laundry room, and easy access to the parking/taxi drop off. I would like to thank Ron and Joe for being such great owners. I wish all were so first-class. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting a problem-free first class long-term vacation in Pto Vallarta.
