Nice place!

Easy access to everything. The house was perfect. Wish we could have spent some time outside in the cute backyard but we were busy and it was a little windy while we were there. I would stay there again.

Excellent and comfy place!

It was a good place to stay. Everything is clean and worked very good. There are 4 rooms, and since the heating is controlled for all the house… one room is a little hot and other room is a little cold. The rest of the house wow! I loved it

Stay in Denver

This property was the whole set up! The host had everything you could need and more. It snowed while we were there and someone came and shoveled the driveway. Would definitely recommend!

Charming Home

Julia was a perfect host. We were traveling with an infant and Julia had the travel crib set up on our arrival. The home is comfortable and warm. Julia has many amenities available for guests. Off street parking was great. Yard and outdoor seating is awesome. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay!

The house is beautifully appointed and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. The hostess is very thorough with check in and quickly responds to inquiries. The backyard is a great place to relax. I read concerns about the neighborhood, but I had none. I walked down to the lake area each morning to enjoy the beautiful weather and mountain scenery. I would describe it as area undergoing gentrification and would stay here again.

Cozy Cottage

It's not very often when trying to book online that the pictures match reality. The pictures of this charming house did it no justice in real life! Beautiful, clean and very welcoming. Julia was absolutely great. She checked to see if we checked in ok and if there was anything she could do to make our stay better. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Highly recommend and will definitely book again! M

Everything about this house was great, from the owner communication to the location. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The location was central to everything we did the the Denver area. Would recommend a 1000%!!
