Recently remodeled, this spacious 5BR/3BA 2500 sq. ft. home located in a desirable neighborhood with mountain views features new furnishings, two living areas, two master suites, and two kitchens. Easily venture about town to Main Street or any of the three ski resorts via the complimentary bus line located a short stroll from this charming alpine getaway.

To hit the slopes, drive 5 minutes to Park City Mountain or Canyons Village. Deer Valley is 10 minutes away.

The Park City Municipal Area Recreational Center (PCMARC), that offers a basketball gym, indoor tennis and track, outdoor tennis, pickleball, seasonal lap and leisure pools, cardio equipment and free weights, and more is located within walking distance and accessible by purchasing guest passes. During Sundance Film Festival, The Park City MARC is one of the premier theaters, in addition to the Eccles Center, which is a half mile away.

The home is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your time in Park City. Our local property manager is available to support you should a concern arise.

LIVING AREAS

The spacious open concept living area provides an inviting spot to convene, featuring two comfortable couches, a 50" TV and a gas fireplace. An additional living area on the lower level offers a sofa with two recliners and a 48" TV.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The well-equipped kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances; including a wine/beverage fridge is perfect for creating meals during your stay. On the lower level, another kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, and sink.

When it is time to eat, gather at the oversized eight-person table. The kitchen bar also seats two.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS

This two-story home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests between the five bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, which offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and a walk-in master closet.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the guest bathroom (access via the hallway) features a tub/shower combination.

Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level.

The third bedroom boasts a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and two separate sink vanities (this bathroom is also accessible via the hallway). The fourth bedroom has a queen bed while the fifth bedroom includes two twin beds.

THE LOCATION

Travel the area via the complimentary bus line with a stop located a short 3 minute walk from the home. The complimentary Park City Bus System will take you wherever you want to go: Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain, Deer Valley Resort, The Canyons, Kimball Junction, the Outlets Park City, Utah Olympic Park, and more. To hit the slopes, Park City Mountain as well as Canyons Village, are just a five minute drive away should you have your own vehicle. In addition, the McLeod Creek Trail is a 7 minute walk for guests to easily walk, bike or cross-country ski along this popular paved/groomed path.

Park City is now a "three resort" town with the addition of Woodward Park City. Open year-round, Woodward is a world-class action sports destination and training facility. Highlights include 60 acres of sports and mountain parks, snowboarding, skiing, and mountain biking, as well as skateboarding and MBX facilities.

This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Violation of the policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. For your convenience, guests are provided with a garage door opener. The Garage Door Opener Deposit (listed as Property Fee) will be refunded upon checkout/the opener being left in the home.

Wonderful home in Park City

We had a wonderful time in Park City. The house was in a great location with easy access to the slopes and shopping. The house had all the conveniences of home. Mary was a wonderful host and the communication was great. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!!

Perfect location between PArk City & the Canyons, close to Deer Valley & Downtown PC too. Great amenities- loved parking in the garage & having a yard for kids to play in the snow. Communication with owner was incredibly prompt & helpful!

We stayed at the house for a ski trip.We would highly recommended the house for anyone looking for a rental.The house was very clean, communication with the owner was excellent, big family room with comfortable furniture for watching movies after a long day of skiiing.

Prefect location

This is the 2nd time our family stayed at this house. Met all our needs last year so glad it was available again. The house layout made it very comfortable for 2 families giving everyone the space to relax. Five minutes to the slopes yet in a very quiet neighborhood.

The home is beautiful. It was easy access to the bus routes. We didn’t have a car yet were able to easily and quickly access ski lifts, downtown, grocery stores etc. The owner and property managers were both helpful and responsive. We had a great ladies trip!

Clean, spacious property with all necessary amenities. Great for a group coming into town for Sundance or skiing. A bit far out, so you need a car or reliable transportation, but overall great place to stay if coming to Park City.

Ski Trip

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was perfect for our two families totaling 9 people. The space was great, all the things we needed besides our meals was there and available- kitchen soap, paper towels, laundry soap, etc was available. I’ve been to other rentals with the basic starter items only so was pleasantly surprised. Felt like we were visiting a home perfectly lived in. The neighborhood was beautiful, even seeing deer wandering the streets. Owners were great to communicate with and checked in to make sure we had all we needed. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much!

Great Spring Break

This house was perfect for two families of four for a week of skiing. Our young teens loved having their own living area downstairs, and there was also plenty of room for everyone to visit upstairs as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, so we ended up cooking and eating in most nights. The house is in a quiet residential area, but it's a quick drive to the slopes and parking was easy with Park City's reservation system. The owner was great with communication as well.

We were very pleased with the accommodations at the home . The spilit living between the 2 floors came in very useful . The fireplace in the basement is a real plus. The kitchenwas fully equipped & absolutely loved the round dinning table . We would highly recommend this property for a large family or 2 families . Location for skiing was great . A perfect 2022 Christmas!

Our experience at this property was amazing!! The house is situated on a quiet cul de sac with an easy walk to the bus line. It is also a short drive to the ski resorts. We spent our stay over the Christmas holiday and the property manager was so accommodating to even put up a tree for us. The house was very clean and beautiful with all amenities provided. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you may need. The host and property manager were extremely easy to work with. This is a great place to stay while visiting Park City!

Made a comment 2nd day in we were struggling with an old can opener and boom next day new one shows up on porch. Very happy with stay and amenities.

Perfect house for ski vacation!!

This house is the perfect place after a long day of skiing Park City Mountain. The house has an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need. We skied every day and took us under 10 minutes to drive and park at Canyons. We rented a car but there is a complimentary bus line just around the corner. Snow was amazing. We saw lots of deer on the property too! House had all we needed and more- pleasantly surprised to find a French press coffee maker and grinder there. House was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were the best at communicating with us compared to all the other homes we’ve stayed in. The gift tote bag with wine and chocolates were a nice touch! We will definitely be staying here again next ski season.

As Good As It Gets

This property was perfect for our family which included my wife and me, our younger daughter and one of her best friends from college, our older daughter, her husband, their 6 year old boy/girl twins and 3 year old daughter. Having two levels each with its own kitchen, living room with smart TVs and comfortable furniture, and bedrooms made life easier since the kids and their parent could take the downstairs and the rest of us take the upstairs. With the little ones being tired from ski school and later on skiing on their own they would be tired in the evening and it was nice for them to have their own space to watch TV before going to bed. The house was just a couple blocks from the bus stops. There is an app that you can download and track the busses you want to ride in real time so you know when they will be at the bus stop - and its easy to figured out which buses to take to get you were you want to go. Not having to rent a vehicle saved us a lot of money. With 9 people in our group we would have needed to rent a large SUV or a van and with 3 kids under 8 years old, we would have needed to rent 3 car seats which would have been over $300/day. It was very easy to take a shuttle to and from the airport and then use the bus system to get around town or go to the Canyons or Deer Valley. And the town is loaded with Ubers. I can’t say enough good things about this house, its owner and its property manager. I rate it a 10 and would definitely stay there again.
