Plenty of different areas to enjoy our views, 3 different decks including an outdoor dining area & gorgeous fire pit area with a swing for the most unforgettable views.
Cabin
This cabin is nestled in a quiet community surrounded by nature and the most spectacular sunsets. Well positioned with close proximity to markets, restaurants, waterfalls and hiking trails. Lakes, boating, fishing, white water rafting, canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, biking, off-roading and so much more!
Dining Room
Wood dining room table comfortably sits 7 while steps away from the kitchen, it still allows you to interact with everyone hanging out in the living room.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove top, microwave, dish washer, Keurig, Mr. Coffee and so much more! And while you are whipping up your favorite meal, make sure to keep an eye on the window as the deer will often hang out a few feet away.
Living Room
The living rom is the hub of this cabin. A large, leather sectional will accommodate everyone comfortably while you enjoy the fireplace, large tv, record player and spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains!
Loft Bedroom
King sized bed with the most comfortable mattress will make it difficult for you to leave the bed in the morning (or in the afternoon!). Full bathroom will be steps away. Comfy slippers and lush towels provided for our guests to feel pampered. Full closet and dresser are included as well as a bench to place your bags. Nightstands will be on either side of the bed and have a power strips to plug in your electronics and lamps. This is my favorite bedroom in the house. It truly delivers the cabin experience.
Main Floor Bedroom
This room also features a king size bed with a full size bathroom. It is on the main floor and will not require any steps to access it other than the 3 steps to enter the house. This room features a closet and a dresser. Nightstands will be on either side of the bed and have a power strips to plug in your electronics.
Downstairs Bedroom
This is where the kids hang out! Two bunkbeds (full below, twin above) are what childhood cabin memories are made of. Full bathroom attached, dresser included and luggage caddy available.
Downstairs Family Room
This room is the kids hangout area (can also be for the big kids!). TV, fireplace and board games are all adjacent to the downstairs bedroom.
Pool Room
The pool table is in the garage. Stools are available for those that want to hang out, beautiful mural of the mountain range and feature wall with "This Must Be The Place" light up sign.
Front Porch
This is the best spot in the house. Here you will sit in one of the chairs or rocking chairs and have long range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, see the deer, the sunset, the sunrise, mockingbirds and so much more.
Side Porch
This porch has 2 eggs chairs facing the long range views right next the outdoor table with 8 chairs that recline for total comfort. Barbeque gas grill is waiting for you to show off your master chef skills.
Back Porch
The back porch is covered for an insect free, secluded space with 2 rocking chairs for true porch living. You will be completely surrounded by nature as you enjoy this space.
Firepit Area
This space is the perfect area to make smores, catch the sunset while enjoying your favorite beverage and making memories.
You'll have access to the entire property for yourself!
We have a locked closet for supplies.

This cabin is nestled at 2,080 feet elevation with safe, and easy paved roads leading the way. The community is a quiet getaway where you will be surrounded by the sound of nature. Everyone waves hello to fellow residents and guests and are always willing to lend a hand or recommendations on eateries and the local sights.
It is situated in the Chattahoochee National Forest and the Blue Ridge Mountains, making it a natural wonderland with lakes Nottely and Winfield Scott nearby. The Appalachian Trail also passes through Blairsville.
The cabin is an quick and easy 4 minute drive up into the community with paved roads leading the way. You do not need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to reach Sunsets On The Ridge.
Parking is available in the front of the house where 2 vehicles fit comfortably side by side and additional parking is available in front of the garage to accommodate all parking needs.
STAIRS
There are multiple stairs in the property as this is a 3 story cabin. The main floor has a bedroom, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and living room for convenience.

PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones.
If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet.

Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn't match the guest name, you'll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.

VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT
THE PARTIES HERETO, IN CONSIDERATION OF THESE PRESENTS, AGREE THAT:
1. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: GUEST must accurately disclose occupancy including the number of adults, children and animals that will occupy said rented premises in the booking data provided through the online platform. That determines the maximum occupancy at all times and applies to day visitors and children as well. Unless otherwise approved by your HOST, occupancy over the indicated capacity may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid.
2. NO SMOKING or Vaping or illegal drugs of any kind will take place in or on the premises. Violation of this will result in a $500 charge. Vaping or smoking outside with windows and doors closed is accepted. GUEST is liable for the full cost to remove any odor from the home in the case that it exceeds the above charge.
3. NO ANIMALS of any description will be kept in or on premises without prior approval by HOST. * Animal Addendum is required with this contract for approval of pets, emotional support or service animals.
4. DAMAGE POLICY & INSURANCE– Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The refundable security deposit will be held for 7 days post check-out and will be refunded provided there are no damages. The damage waiver is recommended.
There will be no charges in the case that there is no:
A) damage to property, its contents or furnishings,
B) dirt, trash or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
C) There is no negligent damage due to inclement weather. It is GUEST’S responsibility to secure items on premises in the case of inclement weather or outside conditions such as outdoor umbrellas, or any other item that may blow away or be damaged by high winds, or other inclement weather.
D) any other costs incurred by your Host because of your stay. Any damage to the Vacation Rental or its contents must be reported before check-out.
E) GUEST is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
F) No linens are lost, stained, or damaged.
G) The unit is left locked and secured when unoccupied.
To ensure that the proper party is held responsible GUEST must inform management within 24 hours of arrival of any pre-existing damage or issues or may be held responsible for any cost involved in repair to be taken from the security deposit.
Damage not covered by, or exceeding the coverage limit of, the accidental rental damage insurance, Security Deposit, or booking platform coverage, is your full responsibility. In the case that an insurance claim must be file with homeowner's insurance, the guest is liable to pay the deductible. You grant your HOST the right to be reimbursed via the booking platform or your credit card for any such damages, including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fees.
