Great Setting, TLC and WiFi Needed
What I loved was the amazing beachfront view in a lush tropical setting with a beautiful pool and firepit area. The unit is nicely decorated and comfortable for 5-6 people. What I didn’t love was no WiFi (or TVs) for the whole stay - a challenge during a tropical storm with Olympics on the agenda for our family reunion and anniversary. The support group (robots?) kept telling us to look all around the unit for the router. After days of looking, we learned it lives in the unit on the top floor - something they should have known without frustrating us. The home could use a little TLC: we had a broken shower head, wobbly door knobs and really bright glaring overhead lights that could be easily fixed. NO HAIR DRYERS, tissues, oven mitts or soap to wash the beach towels as instructed. Overall it was an OK stay for a tropical storm weekend, however I expect more from a property of this rate level.

Beautiful location right on the beach and the pool was more refreshing than the ocean- which was nice and it was super clean. They asked if they should bring one and we said yes- we didn't have time to go to the store until the last day! This was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING....AND NO POT HOLDERS- HAD TO USE A TOWEL. PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE ARE SOME FOR THE NEXT GUEST! Basic supplies are a must and we have NEVER had this happen before. Reviews warned us about hearing footsteps above! It was horrible at times- especially at night. But we knew this ahead of time.

Family Vaca in Paradise!
We loved our stay at On the Rocks. We booked units 1 and 2 for a family vacation and were so happy with our experience. Most of our basic needs were met within the house (coffee pot, pans, dishes) and anything that we needed to pick up was easy to do with a CVS in walking distance and a Publix nearby. Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was incredible. It was great to not worry about bringing linens or bath towels. The location could not be beat with the pool and beach right outside and some fun bars and restaurants just a couple of blocks away. The only note I made to the owner was to check the status of the grill. We bought burgers and ended up making them inside on the stove and the grill wasn’t in great shape. With that being said, we will be back! So happy to have found this awesome property.

Nice stay
This is a great rental for families. We have 3 kids under the age of 5 and this was a great location and home for our needs. The only drawback was that the internet connection was out for our stay and we did not have a heads up on this problem while we were there.

Beautiful setting and decor, not very well maintained for the price
We needed a three bedroom on the beach. This condo was perfect for that. The decor was lovely. Unfortunately every light bulb was a very harsh LED bulb, which wasn't very cozy. Sharing beach chairs with two other units didn't work very well. They were mostly half broken anyway, and one group would take all of them for themselves. We rented some, but stored them on our landing so the neighbors wouldn't take them too. Pool was lovely. We enjoyed a meal poolside, enjoying the lovely landscaping. Overall the house had too many issues and broken things for the price. It needs a little more attention, and response to complaints.

Amazing
We loved our stay and had the best time!!! Recapping on past reviews, all locks worked and the pool was clean and heated. The view is breathtaking, the beds super comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was super clean which is a high standard for me. The only feature I didn’t care for was the room that’s set up for kids (with bunk) is a room with a balcony and sliding door. If you have small kids you plan to have sleep alone there should really be a safety lock for the littles, this was very uncomfortable for me, being on the other side of the condo and a younger child with special needs, but our younger teens did sleep there and it was good for them. Also loved the top door lock on the front door that was toddler safe as well and made our stay that much more relaxing.

Long weekend beach getaway
The house was very nice and in a great location -beautiful beach, on main road and close to many restaurants and bars. House was well decorated, clean and as pictured. Pool area was nice and walkway to beach was perfect. Pool was small and didnt seem heated but was refreshing in April. Jacuzzi was same temp as pool. Patio umbrella was in shambles and some beach chairs were broken. Team replaced 3 chairs a few days later but was too late for our visit. All in all it was a very nice place and I would recommend. Note: no hairdryer. Early checkin could have been provided since it was empty.

Great location Average amenities
We absolutely loved the vacation and the unit was very nice. The pool was very small and not heated while we were there. If more than one family tried to use pool at one time, it would be too small. Overall though, we greatly enjoyed our stay and loved the IRB area.

Condo is very nice, well equipment kitchen, laundry, bedrooms are spacious. Weather was too cool and rained to utilize the pool, firepit or other outdoor activities. Being the bottom unit, we did hear noise from above (chairs sliding, walking) but it wasn't terrible. Walkable to restaurants and CVS. Only complaint was we lost internet (TV) on our last day and was confused on how to restore. The Vacasa 800 number was useless and so was the manual left. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Great Location, but pool not heated/maintained!
Overall a great location and option for anyone looking in this area. Unfortunately, we found that upon checkin, the pool was not heated as had been described in the listing at the time of booking, or looked like it had been maintained, as there was sand and debris throughout. The kids were disappointed, as the ocean is pretty cool this time of year, and were looking for a warmer option at times. Otherwise it was a great stay, and in a great location to restaurants and stores nearby. Would recommend!

Nice view but a couple of hiccups.
I like to leave honest reviews with both highlights and room for improvements. This condo is nicely decorated, has an amazing view and the beds were super comfy. It has every amenity you would need to cook and was spotlessly clean. Being able to use beach chairs and bikes was a nice plus, and the balcony with comfy furniture was wonderful. There were two major drawbacks. The first was that the pool was not heated as advertised, and when I tried to inquire, all I got was what sounded like an AI virtual assistant who stated the heater was not working and informed me I could use the pool anyway (It was 60 degrees.) Not having the heated pool really changed the flavor of the trip considering it was New Year’s. The biggest issue, however, was that the unit is on the first level, and it sounded like elephants running in circles from 6am-2am every morning on the floor above. We do not know the building codes, but it seemed like there was a lack of soundproofing. I cannot stress how loud it was- we lost sleep over it. These two issues really stole some of the joy of our vacation.

Overall this was a great places for us to stay with have a group of 6, including two people that had never been to the beach or ocean. The beach and ocean being so close was a huge plus. However down side is, the pool was FREEZING COLD. Was informed it would be set to 78 degrees while we there and it was so cold we were unable to get in or make use of the pools. However the beach toys and fire pit made up for it and allowed us other things to do. Plenty of room for a larger group of friends. Close and walking distance to a lot or restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.

Cousins Vacation
Love this condo! We are Florida natives and Indian Rocks Beach is our favorite beach - The condo is in a great location, close to our wonderful restaurants and shopping. This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Beautiful beach view and access!

It was an amazing property. Everything was as advertised and as other reviews stated. The proximity from your condo, to the pool, then to the beach, could not be beat. The kayaks the property has, the beach chairs, amazingly convenient. We left some kid sand toys for others who may come after he (mid September 2023).

We loved the view from the balcony. we saw dolphins, and manatees. The condo had everything we needed. Although we could have used more bath towels and wash rags. But we just washed them. The appliances were all high tech. Very nice place I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect and so convenient to the beach. Indian Rocks was so family friendly and easy to get around. The condo was so clean and perfect for our family. We saw dolphins from our balcony on multiple occasions. We'll certainly come back!

Our stay
We found our unit to be very clean and really enjoyed the stocked kitchen and the layout, furniture and space was perfect and as described in the listing. The reason why we did not rate higher was because of the lack of response or acknowledgement when reaching out to Vacasa. Understand that it was over the holidays, but their site specifies to reach out via email or phone number but there was not any response for either for multiple days. Was concerning as we were notifying them that the elevator went down and there was some water damage occurring from a leak.
