Min 90 days. Max 3 people. This is an outstanding rental as we over- upgraded/renovated in 2019 without plans to move out. We offer preferential rate when occupied by a mature couple (this is the rate posted). Further rate reduction for longer term lease . If a couple couple is occupying the place they are welcome to have occasional guests stay for periods of time (up to 2 weeks /2 guests at a time). This unit is not suitable for families - stairs are unprotected and tall- a visiting infant is fine. This top floor of a house is perfect to work from home with a large den plus a spare bedroom that can also serve as a second den. Amazing kitchen with high end, designer appliances - Fisher & Paykel and Miele, enormous Island and absolutely everything you need to cook regular meals. Several small appliances (Ninja blender, Cusinart food processor, Mixer, Rice Cooker, Slow cooker, Toaster Oven). Beautiful views of Mt Douglas from the huge deck and the den. Quiet mature and house trained dogs are welcome if accompanied by ultra responsible parents. We cannot accommodate cats or puppies in training - without exception. Fully furnished and equipped. Fiberoptic wifi. Smart TV.
This is the top floor of the house. Completely separate from lower unit. No shared spaces except for the driveway and the EV charging station. We have rented the lower for some years and you can read the reviews to get an idea of the type of hosts we are. Please visit VRBO listing # 261079 (search for this number under "Where"). When the suite was built, the ceiling was professionally soundproofed with the best and greatest available - a state of the art approach. It is as good as it gets for a Duplex Style house. Guest access: Entire top floor, deck, attached garage and shared driveway.

Great place to stay!

This was a lovely rental. The house was beautiful and was in a great location close to everything you could need. Our dog enjoyed watching the wildlife outside, walking along the numerous pathways and walking along the inner harbour. Great stay!

Excellent Stay

Lots of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. House is VERY clean and organized. Property owner was very quick to answer a few questions and went above and beyond by delivering an extra window fan during the very warm week we visited. Quiet neighborhood. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria.

Wonderful Stay in Victoria

This home was perfectly as described in the listing. Clean, well stocked and a great choice for families who are looking for a place to cook together and spend quiet evenings in the deck. The host was so easy to communicate with and at one point even left fresh figs at the door for us to enjoy. It is a quick walk to hiking trails and the beach and a twenty minute drive to downtown. The bus stop is a two minute walk from the front door. All in all just a wonderful stay at a great property.

Outstanding Property, beautifully appointed

A truly beautiful place, we had deer on thr property every day and were a short walk from a picturesque park. The home had top quality appliances and was spotlessly clean. Excellent quality linens and towels. We enjoyed leisurely cappuccinos (there is an espresso maker) on the deck overlooking a mountain. Fernanda was very consciousness and provided excellent communication. Cannot think of a negative point. Will 100% stay again on our next visit to Victoria.

Vacation Rental at Another Level!

This is one of the best vacation stay we ever had! We had stayed for a few months to enjoy beautiful Victoria! This upper suite is the most beautiful, clean, high-end vacation rental that we ever stayed. The pictures don’t do it justice as the real place is even better! The place is located in a peaceful, quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. Super convenient to groceries, restaurants, recreational centres, tennis courts, etc. Lots of greens and nature with Mount Douglas and beach access just footsteps away. The place is spacious with an opened space layout. The rooms are of good space. The home office is spacious and we could work from home and conference calls were not a problem. Brilliant use of natural lighting from the ceiling. The kitchen island is huge that we all loved to hangout as a family. The first week we moved in was like a treasure hunt in the kitchen. It is equipped with high-end appliances. All Chinas, pots and pans are of great quality. It was a big surprise to us when we discovered the built-in food warmer in one of the giant drawers in the kitchen island! It was so nicely planned that it was the closest drawer to the dining area, for the greatest convenience to serve warm meals. We extremely loved the high-speed oven and steam oven! There are even a slow cooker, rice cooker, electric mixer, blender, food processor, coffee machine, and a countertop oven! The toaster is touched screen! Abundant mixing bowls, baking pans, and cooking needs! We especially loved the kitchen cabinet, functional pull out trays and lots of storage space. The built-in separated fridge and freezer are super cool! Great quality of furniture that we don’t find in other rentals. The place has a lower suite but the flooring was done perfectly that we did not hear any sound downstairs. We have two teenagers and our neighbour downstairs did not hear us as well. Very thoughtful that the owner sound proofed the house and arranged the floor plan in such a way that we weren’t affected. The suite has a huge deck that we enjoyed morning breakfast during the sunny days. Overlooking Mount Douglas and the beautiful landscape of their garden was a bonus! The bed are super comfortable with high quality beddings as well! The garage was very clean and spacious. We could also park on the driveway. Last, the owner were super responsive and thoughtful with great communication throughout our stay. This vacation stay is totally at another level!
