Nestled in the pristine surroundings of The Tides at Vaca Cut, Gulfside Escape is a newly built, luxurious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence. This waterfront gem offers unparalleled views and effortless access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, ensuring you'll savor breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from your balconies. Enjoy the cool breezes and mesmerizing vistas.

The property boasts two generous master suites, each featuring walk-in closets and private en suite baths. There's also a cozy bunk room with a trundle bed, sharing a well-appointed dual bath with a private queen room. On the first floor, another queen bedroom offers its own private bath. You'll find 6 TVs throughout the house, with cable in the living room and the others set up for streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. High-speed internet is included.

The first-floor living area is spacious, perfect for entertaining family and friends. It showcases a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, upgraded stainless-steel appliances, including a waterfall quartz island with seating, an oversized pantry, and a dry bar entertainment area. Step into the fenced backyard, beautifully landscaped with palm trees, where you'll discover a heated swimming pool on a paved deck, and a convenient barbecue grill.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat & one trailer.

Perfect for our family

This large home was perfect for our friends and family celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Each bedroom was clean and spacious. The beds are on the softer side but very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. The heated pool had a lot of use. We did not use the hot tub. The home is right next to the road and near the airport so it is not quiet on the outside but that was never an issue for us. You cannot hear the road from the inside of the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boat traffic and wildlife on the Cut. Would love to come back next year!

STOP & LOOK NO FURTHER

I am an accommodations snob. This home FAR exceeded my expectations. When we travel we stay at the Ritz & Four Seasons — I want to be pampered when I travel. I can’t say enough how wonderful this property is! The pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. Had it not been rented immediately following our departure we would have extended our stay at least three more nights (after staying 10)! Fishing off the pier was fun! Watching the fish swim from the light beneath the pier at night was magical. Pretty sure our kids are going to ask for a pool at our house as they lived in their swimsuits over our stay. Definitely go to the Sunset Grill for a sunset. Great bar, fun pool, corn hole, delicious drinks and wonderful service. We lived relaxing in the hot tub most every night. We will definitely book here and no where else for our next trip to The Keys :)

Marathon Triangle

Property and house was well appointed, linens lacking (mostly towels). We titled our stay the Marathon triangle because of air, land and sea traffic. Lots of planes, cars and boats. Not a quiet place, but we expected it after reading reviews. Close to road (US1), Airport and on the cut. Was cool boat watching, and fishing on the dock was great and under the bridge. Didnt hear the noise inside the house, a different stay than we're use to. All in all we had a nice trip with family that we hadnt seen for a long time. Comfy beds, which is a huge deal for me with bad back and neck. If renting a boat, its a challenging dockage, get as close to dock to avoid major current. We did not use the whips provided, because one was missing tie off rope and tip, but concrete piers had rubber bumpers installed on them, so tying directly to dock cletes were secure enough for overnight mooring. Its suppose to be a no wake zone, but few boats adhered to this. If your trip is for fishing and boating, great place to stay. Pool and hottub were both clean and warm.

Great location. Boat watching was amazing.

Our group of family and friends had a great time on our stay. The location couldn’t have been any better. We certainly would return. The house fit us well. The gathering spaces had plenty of seating and were comfortable. Loved having so many extra beach towels. And we loved having 2 sets of washers and dryers. The following is where there were opportunities: the cookware needs to be replaced. Trying to cook breakfast for 12 on a small skillet where it no longer had any non-stick qualities was a chore. A griddle would be a great addition to the kitchen. Also one of the knives was broken already upon our arrival. I laid those items on the counter to bring attention to them when we checked out. Additionally, just take note that you will share the green space out back with the Iquanas. We enjoyed interacting with them. But we did have to sweep their poop out the back fence a couple times. Not a deal breaker but something to be warned about. And the last item is that there were no fan speed controls for any of the rooms. If the speed was too fast, your only option is turning them off. Remotes should be made available to the renters. Overall our stay was great. And we certainly would return when these items are corrected.

Wonderful

Wonderful place to stay. Plenty of space for multiple families. Everyone enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. Very clean. Would definitely go back.

Great Family Vacation

The proberty was perfect for my family of 10. We had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a life saver for my grandchildren. There was a dock out in front of the condo so we rented a boat for the week which was great! Also, the property managers were very easy to communicate with! They even helped us when our car would not start because of a dead battery! I highly recommend this property for a family or adult couples!

Fantastic home

The property was wonderful but the location right beside US 1 was extremely disappointing . Between the noise from the cars, trucks, motorcycles plus the airport nearby, being outside by the pool was not a relaxing, peaceful vacation. we loved the house and would book again but not for the sound level.

Beautiful property

Beautiful, very clean property. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 adults. We enjoyed sitting by the pool during the day and using the hot tub in the evenings. Property owner was very quick with replies to questions. Dianna had good recommendations for restaurants. The turf by the pool was much better than having sand. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen- we ate breakfast and lunch in. We bought a couple of dish towels to wash dishes so could use more kitchen towels. Pans/ pots/baking sheets could use an upgrade. Overall fabulous property with great amenities.

Perfect view and location

The views of seeing the ocean and the gulf from one porch was awesome. The tarpon feeding in the cut in front of us for a solid week gave us plenty to watch while we were there. We fished out of Marathon on a charter and took some day trips and the location of this home was perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded to any questions my wife or the other ladies might have had. Our joke was that next time, we may have to rent something not so nice so we wouldn’t be enticed to stay at the house!!!!! Very pleased.

Blissful getaway

This is our second visit to this property and we had yet another great trip. The property is clean, well maintained, stocked well and in a perfect location. The owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. We enjoyed the sunshine and pool at the house every day, and all of our favorite places to eat are within a 10 minute drive, as well as the beach. We look forward to our next visit....we miss it already.

Great vacation house!

Owner was really great and responsive. The location was perfect for our activities in Marathon. The house was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the adults and kids. Excellent location for our extended family vacation. Highly recommend!

Marathon Key Get Away

Overall the property was great and we had an amazing time. We were able to utilize the dock for the boats and it was easy in and out access. Part of the property could have used a little TLC prior to arrival (lots of animal poop by the pool and outside patio, stains on the pool lounge chairs, and slightly broken grill). Property owner was very responsive to questions or needs. Fun location with lots of good places to eat and also fun to cook and eat at the house. Would recommend for friends and family.

Hosts were responsive with questions, location was great, place was super clean... beautiful view, dock was easy to get to (note no access directly from back yard... so bring rolling coolers or strong men), pool was great, great decor... highly recommend!

Amazing Marathon Rental

We stayed at this gorgeous property with another family (4 adults and 5 teenagers) and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house is laid out well and had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the outside space and loved having iguanas visit everyday by the pool. There were plenty of bath and pool towels and as many other reviewers have stated, the house is squeaky clean! Dianna answered all of our questions quickly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. We loved the water view but unfortunately the place where we rented our pontoon boat from did not let us dock it at the house due to the very swift current and height of the dock (the vaca cut current was very strong!). It was not a big deal as the mains was only 2 miles from the house. My only suggestion would be to invest in some bigger pots and pans for the kitchen as it was difficult to make breakfast for 9 people using an 8 inch pan but maybe most people eat out? Other than that we could not have been happier with this rental!

Fantastic Family Trip

The 9 of us meet each year in a new place to celebrate all of the events of the previous year missed while living on both coasts and in the middle. This house was ideal place to relax, reconnect, and regroup after too much time apart. We loved swimming in the pool, the water off the dock, at Sombrero Beach and off the pontoon boat we rented. Communication with Dianna was quick and complete. We will recommend this listing to other friends thinking of a trip to the Keys.

Graduation celebration

The house was beautiful and everything we had hoped for. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves and relax. The pool and hot tub were used heavily. Being on the water was great, my husband rented a boat for the week and was able to keep it there right out front. The owner was easy to work with and get ahold of whenever we had questions. Would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful property with plenty to watch

Great house that is well furnished! I would definitely recommend if you enjoy sitting by the pool watching boats go by. It has several great spots to enjoy outdoor living.

Beautiful property with an excellent location

We loved the house and the property. Everything we could have needed was there. The Vaca Cut location was convenient to anywhere we wanted to boat and the fishing from the dock was excellent as well. Our GPS took us to the back of the neighborhood instead of the front gate so backing the boat out was a little crazy but once we got to the correct entrance all went smoothly.
