Perfectly Nice

This was exactly as advertised. It was clean, it was well appointed, it was very comfortable, it was exactly what we were expecting. We spent a week here and loved the location. Very centrally located in Gilbert and within 15 minutes of pretty much everything. We happened to spend NYE here and if you do, just know that the neighbors love to celebrate!!Our only suggestions:1) a tea kettle because my wife loves tea in the morning. But we appreciated all of the kitchen appliances and utensils including the air fryer!2) bedside table lamps if you don’t want the big overhead lamps on. 3) mattress pads just to give a little extra cushion to an otherwise comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay and will return!

Enjoyable Stay

Located near many hiking trails, Close to major Freeway to travel throughout the metropolitan phoenix area. House was clean and had all the cooking untensils needed. Would definitely stay again.

We felt right at home at this property. It was decorated in an updated modern style that I really liked. The washer and dryer were large capacity. For me, the best thing about the place were the beds. Mine was the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in, as was the bedding. In fact, I ordered the very same items for my bed at home. The backyard was peaceful and the pool looked very clean.

Great Weekend Rental

We stayed for a few nights and the house had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and close to where we needed to be. So much better than staying in a hotel as we were able to cook and have our own space. The owner responded right away when I had a question before renting. Would stay again in the future.

Updated home, tranquil neighborhood

Well appointed home, with a large modern kitchen. Cooked/grilled every meal there. As a traveling diabetic, I am keenly aware of the importance of cooking healthy meals. Great kitchen, beautiful, tranquil backyard. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended.

It was clean, close to our family at Power Ranch. Easy check-in. I would suggest to have a coffee table or table in living area with tv. The couch was not comfortable. Trash container was really full. I recommend CanMonkey trash removal.

Great stay in a great area for the price.

A group of 5 of us (3 adults and 2, 11 year old boys came down to watch the Chicago Bears play the Arizona Cardinals. The place was as advertised and the neighborhood felt very safe. Beds were comfy, price for a 2 night stay was reasonable, and the host was available when needed. Would def. stay here againagainneededavailable

Everything we needed

We had a very peaceful stay. Loved the shower, pool, and the layout of the house. Everything we needed, and a very calm quiet atmosphere. We hope to stay again next year.

Greatest place in the San Tan Valley

Amazing home! Decorated and updated perfectly. The master shower is awesome. The pool and grill made for a perfect time with family. Owner has great communication You definitely want to stay here

Great one story home with pool

The home was clean and in appeared recently remodeled. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from the Polytechnic campus and close to grocery stores and places to eat. My kids really enjoyed the pool. There were some issues with the hot water and lack of certain toiletries like shampoo and bath soap which would have been nice to have there. Overall, we enjoyed staying there.

a gem in gilbert

this home was perfect for me to recover from surgery and be near the medical center. home was clean and bright. easy to find and licated near lots of amenities. my inly suggestion would be to have a welcome binder with info about what a guest needs to upon xheck out, wifi codes, etc. i would definitely stay hete again

My experience

1) booking.. it was easy but after giving payment , receiving confirmation then total silence no other instructions no address of the property & like what to expect, after a mo I decided to call customer service , then I was given a number for owner!/property manager, I was told within 3 days on my reserve date is when I will get lock code & the address of the property 2) the swimming pool was dirty 3) master bedroom has closet but it’s locked we could not hang anything, no place to hang towels But all in all I was happy..

My wife and I live in Gilbert with our 4 kids just a few minutes away from the home. We have been in the area for 10 years and we love it! We are convinced others will find this area convenient, full of things to do and safe!

The property is in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Close to several large parks and the San Tan Mall it is perfect for outdoor activities, shopping or checking out local restaurants.

The house is very modern and recently remodeled. All appliances are new and the backyard is extremely inviting. Perfect for a day of leisure and relaxation by the pool. The house is equipped with a grill and patio furniture to relax by the pool.
