Bienvenue au paradis!

Cette belle maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est située à Nihi Kai Villas, l'une des plus belles stations balnéaires de la rive sud de Kauai. Magnifiquement décoré, impeccablement entretenu et offrant l'une des plus belles vues sur le jardin de Nihi Kai, notre condo est l'endroit idéal pour votre escapade sur l'île.

Le plafond cathédrale crée une sensation d'espace sans pareil. Les chambres et le mobilier sont régulièrement rafraîchis / mis à jour. Notre cuisine gastronomique propose des armoires en merisier, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils électroménagers plus récents. Les tiroirs sont remplis d'ustensiles que tout cuisinier, novice à expert, appréciera. ET il y a un mixeur pour les boissons tropicales. Nous avons même un bol mélangeur en plastique pour que vous puissiez transporter votre préparation congelée directement à la piscine.

Toutes les serviettes et les draps fournis - y compris les serviettes de plage. De plus, nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse intégrées. Emportez de la lumière et économisez de la place dans vos bagages pour toutes ces noix de macadamia enrobées de chocolat que vos amis attendent de vous!

Pour votre plaisir en plein air, nous avons des nouilles pour la piscine, des chaises de plage, des tapis de plage, un parasol et plusieurs tailles de glacières.

Pour votre divertissement intérieur, nous avons un téléviseur HD de 46 pouces dans le salon (avec DVR) et un téléviseur HD dans chaque chambre, des DVD, des jeux de société et une bibliothèque de prêt sur place.

De notre condo vous êtes:

· 2 ½ minutes (à pied) de la piscine

· 7 minutes (à pied) de la plage de Brennecke - idéal pour le bodyboard, le body surf et les bains de soleil.

· 11 minutes (à pied) du parc d'État de Poipu Beach - idéal pour la plongée en apnée, la natation (en particulier pour les enfants), les pique-niques et les bains de soleil.

· 1 mile du centre commercial Poipu Village - Starbucks !!! Plusieurs restaurants et restaurants, y compris Keoki's et Puka Dog, Papalani Gelato, Whalers General Store, et beaucoup de boutiques.

We had a lovely vacation and everything we needed was in the unit. You can’t beat seeing rainbows off the lanai! The location was safe, parking close, and beaches within walking distance. Communication with the host was responsive, pleasant, and helpful. We appreciate that beach chairs, snorkel gear etc.. were provided.

Wonderful host and wonderful home.

First time in Kauai for our family of 4 - parents two teen boys and this place was so perfect for us. The host was super easy to reach and chat with via text, and often checked in to make sure we had what we needed. They provide all the things - soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper - so all you moms and dads out there can take that stuff off your shopping list. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony staring at the palm trees. It's about a 3-5 minute walk to Brenneke Beach and 5-7 minute walk to Poipu Beach (depending on how fast you walk). It's very close to those two beaches. Our kids utilized the property swimming pool as well. They also have the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling stuff and coolers - all on the front porch area to use. It was just really nice to not worry about those things. I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect for My Family

This property was amazing.Jeffery was a very helpful and attentive host.He responded quickly with any questions we had.The check in process and directions were very clear, It was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were very well stocked and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need and it was all in great condition. Not old junky used pots and pans that are all damaged and hard to cook on.The extra supplies for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry were very helpful and saved us from having to buy a lot of extras. The Villa was very close to the beach, we were able to walk there in less than 5 minutes, and if you just want to watch the sunset the Ocean was right at the end of the road, less than 5 minutes. Brenneckes beach was the perfect place to practice a little boogie boarding.There was a nice rental place just a block from the beach called Nukumoi Surf Co. where you could rent boogie boards for 20 each for 24 hours.My kids and husband had a blast!That is about the only thing you will need to rent,Jeffery had everything else we needed.There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, all sizes of coolers, snorkeling equipment and beach towels.All of the equipment was in like new condition.If you like to see Sea Turtles and Monk Seals, Poipu beach is about a 7 minute walk and they are on the beach all day.Go around sunset and watch them come up on the beach for the night.The pool was also very clean and relaxing, it overlooks the Ocean!

Great location to explore island & to see turtles!

Jeffrey’s condo had everything we could ask for and more. It was in a perfect location to explore the island and to walk to 2 perfect beaches, see the sunset at night and get the bonus of seeing 20 sea turtles on Poipu Beach each evening! We will definitely stay here again when we return to the spectacular Garden Isle.

Staycation

My son had a little league baseball tournament on Kauai and along with our team, we had a short staycation of 4 nights at Nihi Kai. Everything was as explained on the VRBO site. The short walk to Poipu Beach and the pool and bbq areas were a hit with the baseball team. Jeffrey is an outstanding host and easy to get hold of. He made our trip a memorable one and we will definitely return if we have another tournament on Kauai.

Amazing vacation spot

We loved this condo, its location, and the pool. The kitchen was updated and well appointed. I’ve never had such sharp knives in a rental! Having the washer and dryer was awesome and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We stayed for 13 nights, and my only complaint would be the mattress was too squishy, but that is such a personal thing. Walkable to Poipu and Puka Dog.

A Very Merry Christmas

We came to Kauai for Christmas and loved our condo. It was clean and spacious with absolutely everything and anything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and we were well supplied with all the beach gear we needed. It was a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Excellent stay at Jeffrey’s place!

This place is wonderful. Jeffrey has truly thought of everything. We did a lot of cooking while we were there and he had every piece of equipment and most of the staples and spices that we needed. He had plenty of beach chairs and snorkeling equipment available.The beds are comfortable, it is very clean, and the location is incredible. Just a short walk to one of the most beautiful snorkeling beaches I’ve ever been to. We were able to walk down at sunset to watch the turtles, and snorkel at Poipu during the day. This is one place I would definitely return to. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had an incredible vacation.

Amazing is an understatement

The communications from the beginning was excellent. An exact map was even sent, as all mapping software is a little off in the area. The multiple lanai areas of the condo were great, the two in the back (upper and lower) were where I spent much of my time while in the property. A short walk is the rocky shore at the ocean, with amazing views, and just a bit more of a walk and there is a beach. (Don't forget to walk a little farther and see the turtles at sunset and sunrise). It was a very quiet area to stay at night. And literally everything you need already (gadgets and pantry items abound) in the condo, minus good and drinks. Such a wonderful place and host, I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!!

Magical Experience in South Kauai

The Nihi Kai Villas as a property did not disappoint from the first impression to check out. We will choose the same location if we decide to return to Kauai. From the monk seals and turtles in the surf and on Poipu Beach practically in our front yard to the beautiful spots around the islands within driving distance. Our host was very responsive and our VRBO well-equipped, comfortable and perfect for our needs.

Very nice unit and great location

The condo was exactly as described - well equipped and comfortable, including attractive art. The location in the complex is perfect. Lovely to hear and watch many birds from the lanai at dawn and dusk.

The condo was exactly as described and the owners have thought of everything - including bandaids! We were so appreciative of having this great location from which we could access the entire island. Perfection in Poipu!

Our family had the time of our lives staying here. The condo was absolutely perfect: location, size, vibe, you name it! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The layout was great for our family with two 8 yr old kids - they could easily sleep downstairs while we had drinks upstairs on the lanai and gazed at the stars. The pool was fantastic, warm but refreshing, not sure if it was off peak but it was never very busy and we often had it all to ourselves. The ocean view from the pool was awesome. Sunsets were spectacular too! You could definitely walk to Poipu Beach in a matter of minutes. Jeffrey was a wonderful host, he offered some great restaurant recommendations and would answer any questions we had right away. We usually stay in Princeville, but after this trip we are definitely loving the south shore, much better weather. We would gladly stay again and I truly hope we do!

Great property in Poipu

Picture on line does not do this condo justice. Two floors with living area upstairs and beds/baths down. Beautifully appointed. Kitchen well stocked, though we only needed the toaster! Fans and cross breeze great for cooling. Used all 4 lanai. Comfy lanai and all other furniture. Loved it! Owner extremely attentive and reachable. Can walk to beach or very quick drive. Lots of chairs and other beach gear available. Perfect stay! Mahalo!!!!!

Excellent location and well equipped space!

We absolutely loved our time at Jeffrey's condo/townhouse. The location was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped for any and everything we could have needed and the unit is well furnished and met all of our needs. The lanai was our favourite spot to sit outside each morning and enjoy our coffee and breakfast. The kids commented on how comfortable the beds are and they both slept well -- which was a blessing! A car is required for adventures you want to go on, however, a quick walk to the beach to see the turtles/seals was always a highlight. Be sure to stop at Puka Dog's for a lunch/shaved ice. Jeffrey was super helpful when our flights got changed, super responsive when we had a question about the dishwasher and everything was exactly as he stated in our pre-instructions. It was a pleasure to rent this space and we would rent it again. It was hard to leave such a beautiful location.

Great location

The condo was beautiful and was perfect for us! We loved watching turtles and dolphins across the street from the complex. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Poipu beach and we used the chairs and umbrella that were provided. Beach towels were missing when we arrived and Jeff responded immediately and we had the towels within an hour. We hope to stay in the condo again on our next trip to Kauai !

Jeffrey is a hospice nurse who spent his entire life in the midwest until 2018 when he moved to Scottsdale, AZ. He LOVES the warmth of the Valley of the Sun. But, more importantly, he enjoys interacting with you and sharing his Kauai home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our first visit to Hawai'i was in January 2005. After a few days on Waikiki we were delighted to get away from the hustle and bustle of O'ahu to the peaceful tranquility of Kauai. As luck would have it we couldn't stay at a friend's condo nearby so the management company put us in Building 5 at Nihi Kai. We fell in love. The property is so well maintained; the sound of the birds is indescribable. And at night we'd see the beautiful warm vaulted ceilings of our soon-to be Kauai home. We looked at other resorts, but nothing compared to Nihi Kai.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We spent 113 nights on-island in 2009 so we know just what you need, what you're going to love and how you're going to feel. We also know the one thing you'll not like: leaving. Which is why we call our last day on island the 'saddest day at Nihi Kai'. Hmmm, maybe we should trademark that!
