Located in the quiet, peaceful, and eclectic neighborhood of Bay Vista surrounded by Rehoboth Bay, this classic Rehoboth Beach cottage offers close proximity to downtown Rehoboth and the beaches yet feels a world away. This charming, recently updated home features 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens), 2 full bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Huge family room with 17 windows overlooking the lush garden. You'll love the outdoor space with large patio & hot tub. 2.2 miles to the beach.
Relax in the spacious, glass-enclosed family room addition with extra queen sleeper-sofa. The living room and the dining room, which comfortably seats 8, opens to an updated, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counters and breakfast bar, or step out onto a 20' x 27' paved garden terrace with gas grill and outdoor seating for el fresco dining, and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. At night the cozy bedrooms and comfortable mattresses will lull you to sleep. With central air conditioning and heating and new ceiling fans, you’ll find cottage life relaxing year-round. There’s also an outdoor, heated hot tub/spa for all seasons. A few beach chairs available for use. On-site parking for up to 3 cars, plus a complimentary beach parking pass for street parking at the beaches during the summer season (May 15-Sept 15). Enjoy a walk around the adjacent marina and marshland community. Just over 2 miles to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. Avoid Rt. 1 traffic to get to the beach via the Forgotten Mile.
