Beautiful cul-de-sac home with wooded private backyard, Koi pond, brick patio, outdoor sitting area with gas firepit, outdoor grill. Kids will love to feed the fish in the small pond. 5 BR, 4 1/2 Bath, 2 1/2 Garage luxury home in the heart of Cary, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Bond park and short golf cart ride to Preston Country Club. It features living room with high ceilings and gas fireplace, dining room with beautiful molding that can sit 8 people comfortably, large family room with coffered ceilings, 85 inch 4K TV, fireplace and 2 large sofas (no sofa bed yet), chefs kitchen with all the amenities, high quality cookware, dinnerware and all sorts of kitchen appliances. Downstairs bedroom is currently used as an office and will not be available for guests. 2nd floor features master and three additional bedrooms plus study. All 4 bedrooms have queen size bed with top quality mattress (Tempur-Pedic and Sealy). All bedrooms have direct access to bathrooms, all bedrooms have large screen TVs, 2 screened porches, one off owner's suite and one off the kitchen. Google fiber 1G high speed internet, enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, lots of board games and foosball table in Game room.

Great stay for US Open weekend

Property in Cary was very nicely appointed inside with all of the amenities inside - modern appliances and large screen TV's. The kitchen was large and a nice space for gathering together, but there was also a nice screened-in porch also equipped with a dinette set - great place for outdoor eating. Bathrooms / bedrooms were very nice and the water pressure was great. Hosts were very prompt with answering any questions and were also very nice to deal with. Thank you!

What a lovely home!! We enjoyed everything about this property, especially the outdoor space! The home is well appointed with every amenity imaginable making our stay feel “just like home”. We spent two afternoons at the community pool which was well maintained and not overly crowded. This property was about 10 minutes to Wake Med Soccer Park and about 30 minutes to WRAL Soccer park where our daughter participated in a lacrosse tournament. Would highly recommend this property! Thank you to Annie for sharing your lovely home! We will rent again if our travels take us back to Cary!

Super Comfortable

This house is super comfortable and full of gadgets. We were on a business trip, and it served us great. The beds are all queen-sized, but there are different levels of firmness, so that worked well. There are Alexa-controlled lights, heated toilet seats, and the coffee machine works. Annie was super responsive and helpful. The area is nice, grocery stores and gyms are reasonably close. Great stay for us.

This beautiful home was spacious, clean, well stocked, in a quite cul de sac. The pack yard featured bbq grill, seating area, coqui pond and very private. It was perfect for my family.

Beautiful and Serene Property

Our family of 7 stayed here while attending my daughter’s wedding. House is beautiful and location was perfect for us. Host was very obliging. Kitchen was well-stocked with common household/kitchen products like sugar, salt/pepper, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher detergent supplied. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful comfortable house

It is a beautiful house, very clean and comfortable for 6 adults. The description is misleading as we thought there was a hot tub onsite; there are a few minor outside maintenance issues; and we had difficulty adjusting the thermostat as there were no instructions on how to adjust the temperature. That said, we cannot say enough about how clean the house is kept and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Excellent relaxing stay in Cary

We had a small group of friends visiting friends in Cary, so we were looking for a place to provide a relaxing respite and this place met all of our needs and expectations. The place provided private bathrooms for most of our guests and spacious enough for us to spread out and was peaceful at night. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with staples and all types of kitchen gadgets that the chefs of the group loved when we cooked meals together. There were so many dining options available, so it was great to share a meal out in the back, on the back porch, breakfast nook or formal dining room depending on the meal. Some loved hanging out in the beautiful backyard with adorable koi fish that appreciated getting a meal each day. We saw lots of birds including the red cardinal. Owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Neighborhood was great with beautiful homes to take walks. Place was close and convenient to all of the places we needed to visit including downtown Cary. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Big, beautiful, cozy house

This home had every amenity imaginable and was a perfect spot for our early Thanksgiving celebration. Kitchen had everything needed for preparing a big meal. Early morning espresso and well equipped tea amenities made for a great start to the day. We were all impressed with the thoughtfulness provided at every turn including an impressive array of board games, a peaceful screened porch, a gas fire pit, and a great entertainment center for watching weekend games. The house had something for everyone! I would highly recommend and Annie was a great host!

Cary work trip stay

To be honest booking this house gave me a little anxiety. With it not having pictures of every bedroom and also the google maps picture had a for sale sign on it so I was thinking it may have been a scam. The owner contacted me the day of the reservation and informed me that the house was ready early and to feel free to check in early. The house was located perfectly for our trip and was large enough for my whole company to be housed in one location. The furniture in the front room with the fireplace was one of the highlights of our trip with us all being car people and would highly recommend the pictures be updated accordingly. Great experience and my employees have already asked if we can book it for next years conference.

Hosts Who Know what Great Hosting Means!

My family stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The wonderful hosts even left us a bottle of wine to help us celebrate! We had 10 people (including elderly and folks with special needs) and the property was perfect - it had everything we needed and more! One of my pet peeves when we go to a rental property is that the kitchen utensils/equipment are usually sub par. Not here!!! They had great Asian-style tea cups (for those who love tea!), SHARP knives for steaks, dutch ovens, crock pots, Kitchenaid mixers, a great grill, etc. All kinds of plates, bowls, beverage glasses, etc. Plenty of clean sheets, pillows, and blankets! Also, so many fun things for the whole family - lots of games, koi pond, pool pass, foosball, etc. Really, everything that we could have needed was already in the house. And the location was amazing for quick trips to Raleigh, Durham and the airport. The hosts were very responsive, polite, and helpful - both before and after our stay whenever we had any questions. We will definitely look them up if we are in the area again.

This has been our personnel home for more than10 years. My husband and I own two homes and we stayed at this home more frequently as it's larger and more comfortable. We decide to stay in our downtown Raleigh home more often now and share this home with our guests.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love and take care of this home very much as it's our own personnel oasis. It has every amenity you can expect. It is not a house with VRBO/Airbnb goals. We still have lots of personnel belongings, we hope you will feed our gold fish, enjoy the beautiful Bonsai trees, and feel free to pick vegetables from our small garden.
