Everything was great, spacious clean condo. We only stayed one night on the way to the airport. The only complains are that there was no coffee or tea. There was a coffee machine, but the only thing we found was Folgers instant coffee that we decided to avoid.

JUST WHAT WE NEEDED

First weekend on our way to meet our cruise ship. We also booked this home for the next weekend on our way backan for a couple of trips to Disney. The airport was just across the street. Very convenient and perfect for our needs!

Just what we needed!

Our airport was just across the street and the home had plenty of nearby restaurants and takeout. We rented a van at the airport and stayed Sunday night before driving to Port Canaveral for a Bahamas 4 day cruise. On Friday after the cruise we stayed again while visiting Disney, the Zoo and an aquarium. Our 3 grandchildren had a great time at this very clean and well equipped VRBO.

This house definitely fit our needs for our June 2024 trip to Florida. The host is very responsive if you have a question and the house is very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

This house is beautiful. I wish we could have had a longer stay, as we only stayed overnight since it is perfect since we were flying out of the Sanford/Orlando Airport very early in the morning.

Great House

We were in Sanford for my great niece's birthday party. Murphy's house was perfect for our family of 9. Check in was easy, the house was very clean, plenty of room for everybody, the rooms were nice, beds were comfy and Murphy responded right away to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Attended Wedding in Sanford, FL

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home during a 3-day stay for our niece's wedding. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood was a gated community, and all the homes were very well maintained. Our host was immensely helpful along the way with any questions. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property and will certainly stay here again if in the area.

All you need

House was described as is. It was excellent for our 3 night stay to visit Friends and Family before we headed to Tampa for our Cruise. Community pool was nice and very clean. Everything you need within a 10 mile radius from Restaurants to Grocery Stores. Grill was huge! Excellent communication with Mr. Murphy. Thank you for making our stay very easy and enjoyable.

Great place

We stayed one night since we had an early morning flight from SFB. The airport was right across the road, so this was a great location. It’s a clean, spacious, lovely home. One thing I didn’t pick up on in the listing is that it’s a community pool, not a pool in the backyard, but we didn't plan to use the pool anyway. One other small thing was we arrived around 9pm and it turns out there’s a gate across the neighborhood road to get in. I don’t remember getting a gate code, so we needed to drive through the gate following another car. No big deal, but I wasn’t expecting that. The house was great, the carpet upstairs made it nice and quiet for sleeping, and it’s in a nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Amazing stay

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this home. It was fully equipped and so spacious. We highly recommend this rental. It is worth it. Owners were quick to respond to any question we had.

Wonderful Rental

We have just got back from a one week stay and this great property. We had two families of 4 and there was so much room! The house was very clean and the listing is true to what you will see. We would 100% come back again for our next stay.

Clean, lovely, big home

Clean, lovely, big home. Beds were very comfortable! Great for a big group. We did not have time to check out the pool or playground but would have loved to! Convenient to interstates. We would definitely stay there again.
