Thanksgiving stay

A perfect stay!!!! We had 6 adults and it easily accommodated us. Never had to take the car out of the parking spot because it is so centrally located we could walk everywhere. Fully stocked, great beds, and host was quick to reply to any questions.

The apartment was overall very nice, however you can hear all of the street life at all hours of the night. A large amount of light from the street lights comes into the master as well.

wonderful stay in wilmington!!

My friends and i were looking to have a chill weekend in Wilmington and this place was absolutely perfect! everything was super clean and the location could not have been better!! 20 mins to the beach and we were right in the middle of downtown! our host was so kind as to give us recommendations on things to do around town and responded to any messages quickly!! all in all a perfect stay :)

Great place and location

In the heart of town. Walking distance to all. Love the historic and still very modern feel to the place. I highly recommend Dixie Grill next door for breakfast.

Great Place!

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of town. The place was very clean and set up nice. Parking was easy and close by, and it's free! The only thing we can say is that there are no dressers to store your clothing, but we found a way to get by. Would go back again.

Brief Labor day stay

Nice, clean and modern. Downtown and close to many restaurants, coffee shops and other stores. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the games for the kids!

Delightful Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this adorable downtown condo. The tall ceilings and charming details such as distressed wood beams, exposed brick and stunning marble countertops truly set it apart from your run of the mill rental. The location is walking distance to a lovely coffee shop, restaurants, bars and a market.

Great location downtown Wilmington

We came into town for the marathon and this was the absolute perfect location. The property was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and we were right in the middle of it all. I would absolutely stay here again!

30th Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful time, the location was amazing easy walkability to almost anything we needed. Lots of shopping, food ,museums and of course the Battleship.

Great spot!

Location is great! Restaurants, shopping and bars are just steps away. Apartment is nice and just as described. Vrbo had a super annoying glitch and never sent the codes to get inside the apartment. Luckily, hosts were very responsive and got us in quickly.

Modern apartment with historic charm. Close to everything!

My family always stays near the beach for our vacations, but wanted to try downtown instead. We are so glad we did! The location couldn’t have been better! Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars right outside your door. My family loved walking everywhere. There was even a small convenience store within a block in case you don’t want to drive to a grocery store. Parking across the street was convenient. We did have some street noise at times, but that is expected staying downtown. The host provided sound machines and the bedroom my kids slept in was set back off the street, so it wasn’t a problem. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing property! Best location ever! Great hosts!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and in the best location ever! Right in the middle of everything and if you are a One Tree Hill lover it’s right next to The Dixie Grill! It really couldn’t have been a better location! We were able to walk to all of the shops, restaurants and to the riverwalk without it taking long! The place was beautiful and super clean! We were amazed when we walked in because it was even better than the pictures! The hosts were so kind and helpful and even let us add a day on our trip with no problems at all. It was my in-laws first time in Wilmington and they are now hooked as well! We are planning on using this property every time we come as long as it is available! It was the perfect size for me, my husband and our two kids in the one bedroom and then my in-laws had the king bedroom. Absolutely perfect!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Cute but not practical

We booked this stay when we decided to drive my daughter back down to school after winter break. This loft is definitely full of character- but not practical at all.The bathroom sink is almost impossible to use- there is zero room and we even had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. Only one light in the bathroom worked- when it wanted to . The switch was broken and sometimes it just didn’t turn on. The other bulbs were broken and it was very dark in the bathroom with a few inches of dust on the light coverings.I asked about noise before booking- and I wish I was told that if anyone is above you it sounds like a herd of elephants. All night long all we heard was loud stomping and talking. ALL NIGHT LONG. Also deceiving that there is no washer and dryer IN the unit. It’s upstairs and a community unit that is NoT free. Even though all of the paperwork says it’s free. Bring quarters!!!! This unit is cute and right in the heart of downtown, but we left a full day early because we could not sleep the entire week with the loud stomping upstairs and the owner really couldn’t have cared. I know he cannot control who is upstairs if it’s a rental, but there is no insulation and at 3 am we could hear full conversations. Hence me asking about noise before booking.Definitely not as clean as it could be- luckily I didn’t cook there as the coffee pot and cooking utensils were dirty and dusty. If you’re looking for an impractical cute place to stay in the heart of downtown this is it.

While the apartment was beautifully furnished, you can tell it has had minimal care. We had to wash the cooking utensils prior to use, there were no hot pads or trivets for hot dishes coming in and out of the oven. Cleaning staff didn't leave us toilet paper or paper towels. Although they did correct the TP issue, and to be fair, we didn't realize the paper towels would be a problem until we couldn't find kitchen towels.The links to videos on how to get in the building didn't work, the link to the manual for the stove didn't work either. In the heart of downtown was a plus. But right next door to a club is a definite minus. Shower could have been cleaner, there was a scrunchy hanging in the shower. The bathroom door is broken, my husband had to make a temporary fix so that we stopped locking ourselves in.

Location!

This loft is perfect. It's located above Pinpoint Restaurant, which is my favorite place to eat in Wilmington. The host has done an incredible job creating a fun and comfortable space in the middle of everything! We booked this property for a bridal shower. I was a little worried about only having one bathroom. However, there is a large wooden table that we set up with our makeup, hair dryers, and flatiron. It was like having a beauty bar in the house. PERFECT! Thank you so much for the incredible trip. We'll see you again!!!

Can't get any better than this!

I rented this loft for a bridal weekend in Wilmington with 5 other ladies.... it is PERFECT! The property managers Aaron and Lisa are so wonderful and ensured that everything was comfortable and easy for us. The loft is absolutely gorgeous, honestly even better than the photos! With 6 women, it still felt spread out and comfortable. Initially we were unsure if the one bathroom would work, but it never became a problem! The best part of this loft is the LOCATION! Once our car was parked, we were able to walk anywhere that we wanted in downtown Wilmington- I mean it is LITERALLY one block from the riverwalk! I 100% recommend this rental, and when I am back in Wilmington I will absolutely be renting this property again if it is available!

perfect location with a fun style

A fun stylish apartment. The location couldn’t have been better and was walking distance to downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk. The owner communicated well and the place was clean well maintained Loved the old floors and brick walls and comfortable beds. we would definitely be back !
