Great stay for GW Parents weekend

We had a great stay this weekend. Great location within walking distance of bars and restaurants and only two Metro stops from the GW campus, Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Terrific location

We didn't spend much time in the property because we were out and about. However, the kitchen seemed to have everything one would need if eating in. Easy arrival and departure; having a parking spot was golden.

Comfy Accommodations

I was staying in town for a hectic week at work and it was nice to stay a few blocks away so as not to add 3 hrs of commute into already long days. The apt is nicely appointed and comfortable. The check-in/out instructions clear and easy. And kelly is very attentive.

A Hidden Gem

Terrific place

The property is full of upgrades and was very clean. The location is convenient to public transportation and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and lots of other things. The neighborhood is quiet and the included parking was a major plus. We'll be back!

Great location/ cozy apartment

The apartment was comfortable and up to date. Very clean. Also very convenient to a metro station or an easy uber ride to the attractions. Neighborhood was walkable to shops and restaurants. Host was very helpful and responsive. We will stay here again when we return.

Location+++

Kelly was the best host ever. This place was only a 5 minute walk to the Metro station. With restaurants galore also within a short walk. It was clean and comfortable exactly like the listing's description. The neighborhood was safe and clean. We highly recommend this place. We're planning on staying there again.

DC Get-Away

This VRBO was a perfect location to enjoy the city of Arlington as well as DC. The metro was only a 10 minute walk from the location, and there was plenty of dining around the location in walkable distances. The apartment was quiet and private which was a perfect day to return to after busy days in the cities. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Experience

Property was as advertised. Location is excellent and having a private parking space is a plus. Plus on street parking first come. Clean comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend. Host gave lightning fast responses. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect Stay for Our Trip

The house is just as advertised. Bed was super comfortable. All the amenities one could need were there and the location is perfect. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and the Metro. Host is responsive and communicates well. We had a small hazard that needed to be handled and Kelly jumped on taking care of it immediately. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect all the way around

This property is immaculate! Well done with every amenity possible and labeled. Location was perfect for biking to DC and walking around the area to restaurants. Communication with the owner was perfect and timely. My 17 year old would love to live there permanently, sadly we had to return to Ohio:) thank you for a wonderful stay!

Anniversary/July 4

This was by far the best and most convenient property we could find for our 3rd anniversay/4th celebration. The downstairs unit was totally dry, cozy, and modernly functional. Looks like a bidet has already been ordered! This property is expertly managed from the first email to locking up on the way out. Cudos to Kelly. We loved our stay. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Parking and metro was a breeze. A 17 min walk to the Iwo Jima to see the world's best fireworks, a real plus.

DC getaway

My son and I enjoyed our stay. Such a convenient location to catch the metro to town. And the parking spot was so easy. All essentials were provided. The bed/ bedroom was comfortable, the shower was great. The futon could have been more comfortable and with sheets / blanket that fit better. Overall a good experience and owner was very responsive to questions

Great place to stay

Apartment is a half basement but still light and airy - steps down to the front door but ground access at the rear. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Only small point to note is that the sofa is nearing the end of its life as the foam is failing in a number of places making it somewhat uncomfortable. This dis not spoil our stay but is something that needs sorting in the near future. Once that is sorted there would be nothing to complain about...

Dream location

Check in was easy. The apt is well appointed. Washer/dryer were huge and efficient. Shower pressure awesome and drains perfectly. Comfortable temperature. Beautiful outdoor space that feels completely private. Walking distance to the metro. 10 minutes to DCA. It was a perfect location. We would absolutely come back the next time we’re visiting DC.

Great Locate and Value

This is a great property. Having a dedicated parking stall was great since we drove from the Midwest to visit DC. The property itself was great! Very clean and worked for our family of 4. We did run and pick up an air mattress because our kids are teenagers and we needed a little more room than the pull out offered. The shared back yard was great as well. It is furnished with patio furniture and a pergola. The neighborhood was very quite and it is very close to a Metro stop to get in and out of DC. Overall, I don't think we could have stayed anywhere else for this price with the amenities we had.

Beautiful apartment, great location

The apartment was fantastic. Lovely furnishings, fully equipped, squeaky clean. Great neighbourhood. Plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, within a few minutes walk. 10 minute walk to metro station with quick train rides to the heart of DC. Walking distance to Arlington Cemetery. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the DC area.

Convenient and comfortable

It was great to be able to park our car and take the metro into the city. We loved having the washing machine right outside of our bedroom so that we could wash clothes after the kids went to sleep on the pullout couch in the living room. The living space was tight with the bed out, but everything was laid out as well as could be. We loved the shower and the bidet in the bathroom.
