Great place! Very clean and modern inside. Just a two block walk and you're right on the strip in the heart of Ybor City. Couldn't ask for more.

This place was a perfect spot for our visit to the Tampa area for our niece’s babies baptism. The home is well appointed, clean and close to all the fun without the noise. Highly recommend!

Great little place in Ybor

Nice little place that's about 4 small blocks away from the TECO trolley line. Easy check-in and the host was very helpful.

It was absolutely fabulous

We loved staying here. Could walk to so many places and the Vrbo was so tastefully decorated and so clean. We would all come back in a heartbeat. Our host was amazing also

Super cute house. We loved the outdoor shower. Location was perfect. We could walk ybor easily. Close to the trolley to go downtown Tampa.

Perfect Home Base

The house was perfectly located for a wedding weekend in Ybor. Near restaurants and bars, and super comfortable. The house was well stocked. The outdoor shower was amazing!

Fantastic cute place!

The house was clean, the decorations were adorable. There were plenty of towels which is usually not typical. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, and bars. The only small problem was the lack of utensils/kitchenware. Overall great place to stay, the neighborhood cats are also very cute!

Great host! Great trip!

The Mason Ybor was everything I expected!....and more! It was impeccably clean and in a great location. Easy walking into ybor Centro area. But also very easy to drive to other areas. The house was perfect for the 2 of us, and felt so welcoming when we got there. The host was very responsive both before and during our trip. Great suggestions in the house of places to go and do, restaurants, etc. We loved sitting on the porch at night.

5 stars Isn't Enough

The property is amazing and well thought out. From the placement of checkout list to DR. Brown body wash. The location was very clutch and only about 8-15 bucks to the places I wanted to vist.

Perfect!!

We had such a great time! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer on site, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. There’s the best little bagel and coffee shop across the street, which was so convenient. We walked everywhere and were so close to UTampa, where our son goes. Our host checked on us to make sure we were all set mid-stay; we already booked again for April!

Great Property & Great Location

I will keep this short and simple; this property was exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures! Three blocks away from 7th Street in Ybor city, it was a short walk to all the cool restaurants and nightlife Ybor has to offer. The host was awesome and communication was super easy. Very well equipped with all the amenities you could want. It was super clean and everything was in working order. I would definitely stay here again if my travels bring me back to Tampa.

My stay in Ybor City

This adorable house had everything we needed, including a relaxing screened in porch. We’ve rented several VRBOs and Nichole is the only owner who called during our stay to see how we were doing. Our car had broken down, but fortunately everything was within walking distance and there’s a coffee shop right across the street. Ybor City has a lot of young people, but our street was very quiet and everyone was super nice. Rules and guidelines, information, was all clearly laid out. Very organized, overall, this is a lovely place to stay!

Incredible

The Mason Mason Ybor is everything you need! Rustic yet modern. I highly encourage future guest to look through the Tampa/Ybor district book that is on the coffee table in the livingroom, it is full of great history and local info. The cafe across the street, Pete's, is also very nice. Grab a latte and watch the dogs at the dog park. Be sure to walk over to Centro Ybor and check out all the shops, then hop on the TECO and ride for Free to downtown Tampa. 10 STAR review for this property and the owner.

Ybor Comfort

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights. The house looked just as pictured. It was beautifully decorated and had many touches that made us feel right at home like a stocked kitchen, a hair dryer, plenty of drawer and closet space. I was concerned about the parking but I shouldn’t have been. There were many open spaces on the block any time of day. I highly recommend this adorable home.

An oasis in Ybor

We stayed here for 7 days during our trip to Tampa which was primarily for business. This property is well decorated, kept extremely clean, and has an aura of comfort…a very calming vibe. We always enjoyed coming back to this quiet part of Ybor City and especially liked relaxing on the screened-in front porch. Photos and description are accurate; however, the backyard is now overgrown and not as appealing as shown in the photo. While it was not a huge issue for us, there is no television. However, the WiFi is very good and you would be able to stream shows/channels on your own tablet or laptop. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. The host is very communicative and responsive. Overall, a very good choice
