Inside, head upstairs for some happy hour fun in the game room equipped with a pool table, putting mat, and classic multi-arcade video game cabinet. The main-floor living area comes furnished with plush seating, a smart TV, and a collection of classic board games for family movie and game nights. An impressive, dual-sided fireplace divides living and dining areas while providing a cozy ambience for each space. A loft living area makes for a great daytime reading room or remote office with a dedicated desk and sofa. The gourmet kitchen boasts two prep islands, a deluxe suite of chef's grade appliances, and all the implements you need to spark dinner party inspiration. Added perks include a dishwasher, a beverage fridge, and a separate coffee station with Keurig single-cup and traditional drip brewing options. There's seating for two at one of the kitchen islands, and the eat-in breakfast nook is set for four. The dining table can accommodate up to six for sit-down meals.

Primary bedroom guests will enjoy main-floor access and private en suite features, including a walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom with a separate tub and shower showcasing gleaming tile and custom glasswork depicting Colorado's iconic Rocky Mountains skyline. The second guest room has private front porch access to the hot tub. An upstairs bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
