Convenient

Convenient, quiet, clean. That covers everything an older couple needs to enjoy their stay in Sioux Falls. We enjoyed our granddaughter’s wedding and visited with friends and relatives - all made easy because our rental was in a great location and very comfortable. The Perkins restaurant next door is an added plus for breakfast!

We have stayed here multiple times. The location is great. The house is perfect for our family. Only suggestion would be a TV in the master bedroom.

Lovely home close to everything

This was such a nice place to stay! It is a beautiful and well kept home. It has everything you could need. Great location and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Nice place in SIoux Falls

Very comfortable place for us and adult daughter and spouse to spend time in between hockey tournament games for a granddaughter. Easy to find, and a convenient location to restaurants, groceries, and east access to Interstate to get to N end of SF !

First time in Sioux Falls, will stay here when I come back

very comfortable place in a nice location within safe and easy walking distance from the butterfly pavilion/aquarium, zoo, walking/running/biking paths, parks and restaurants Easy to cook light meals in this beautiful kitchen. We stayed here for a week and had everything we needed.

This property was clean and in a great location. Only downfall was the loud motorcycles going up and down 41st at night when trying to fall asleep.

2 day get away

Other than having the wrong code to get in it was a very nice location. Could walk to many restaurants. Enjoyed the large table to play games and cards on. The house and beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

We Love This Accommodation

This last visit was our second time staying at the Garfield property. We are really impressed with how clean the twin home is and how spacious and comfortable. The only tiny concern is the main bedroom mattress is starting to become slopped in the center. Otherwise perfect stay and location.

Great place to stay

Very nice property, we enjoyed the proximity to shopping/restaurants. The property was clean, smelled good and the beds were comfortable. Not much more you could ask for.
