Lovely hideaway in a great location!

I can’t say enough good things about this house! So adorable and bohemian, not to mention the close proximity to beach access, restaurants, and shopping. Would totally stay here again!

Stayed for our honeymoon/Valentine get away The house was great, great location.. Pictures don’t do the house justice.. We have stayed in many homes along the island and this one is definitely at our top to stay again…

Excellent Stay

A beautiful home that was tremendous for our stay! It’s centrally located almost in the heart of EI on the sound side, which is great for exploring around. Very homey and scenic!

Cozy beach house for a small group

The house was clean, well decorated, and well stocked. There were plenty of comfy seats, a tv in all bedrooms and the living area, and lots of kitchen supplies. The area had lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from, and a short walk or ride to the beach.

Anniversary and Fishing

Although the fish didn’t cooperate we had a blast. The property was AWESOME and Amy and her husband were GREAT and very accommodating SUPER nice and the property was extra clean and had everything thing we needed !!!!

Loved the decor

Enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. I liked the location and loved the decor. It’s very boho! The floor plan is ideal for 2 couples or for one couple with kids because it provides privacy which is nice!

The bedroom with the canopy bed was beautiful. It was so comfortable! The plants were a nice touch also. The house was well stocked. Since our vacation was during the Thanksgiving holiday we decided to cook our meal there. There was nice cookware available. We had plenty of cleaning supplies & laundry supplies on hand. We have no complaints at all! Hope to be able to use this rental again!

About our stay

We loved the stay. Very homey and love the decor. Very Clean. All 3 beds slept great. Location is convenient to everything you could want at the coast. Truly, to complaints at all.

Amazing

We brought our two young adult children with us for the week, the home was the perfect size for us, allowed everyone to have some space and also to spend lots of time together. The home was so comfortable and clean and a great place to cool down during out breaks from our many outings around the Crystal Coast. Thank you for sharing your place and we can't wait to return!

So cute!

This house was so cute! It was perfect for what we needed. It’s an older home with add-ons but that made it very charming to me. It could use a good once-over (walls, doors, door frames) and the backyard was a mess but that wasn’t a problem for us because we didn’t use it (just an observation). I would definitely rent it again.

Short Stay

Great overall experience. Home was very nicely decorated and spacious. Beautiful dining area. Loved the master bedroom, bath and shower area. Only issue was with tiny black ants In the kitchen area. We didn't cook there at all. However it was well stocked with pans and dishes and utensils. Being able to wash clothes was an added BONUS. I enjoyed my stay.

Relaxing

Nice deco. Needed more towels and wash clothes. Need some way to wash the required dishes other than a sponge and running water. Had nothing to dry them with. Beds were comfortable. Location was close to ocean.

It was fun, but...

We didn't realize this rental was a renovated mobile home, which took us by surprise. Because of this, there were some uneven flooring areas and steps indoors, which isn't an issue for most, but I do have physical limitations due to a medical disability and they were somewhat problematic. We were not given a code for the lockbox, but lucky for us our travel experience in a similar situation worked in our benefit so we were able to access the door key. We had terrible weather for our stay, and the owner messaged us with great ideas of things to do locally, which was super helpful, unexpected and kind. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hideaway, and enjoyed the fabulous decor.
