Welcome to the Twin Rivers "A" condo. Perched overlooking the gorgeous Riverside golf course, this is the place to enjoy a different pace of life. The patio is surrounded in all directions by stunning views of the mountains. This central location offers quick access to the world-famous hot springs and ski resort. Bask in the glorious warmth by the fireplace after a day on the slopes. There will be no shortage of incredible memories made here while you explore the Fairmont & the Columbia Valley.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Funtasia Fun Park: An excellent place to take the kids for some fun! It includes mini golf, bumper cars, a petting zoo, and more!

Fairmont Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. This is an experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Mountainside Golf Course: With Rocky Mountain and Columbia Lake views, this course has been awing golfers for over 50 years and continues to entice new and experienced players to its magnificent vistas. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Invermere Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please note that access to the Fairmont Hillside Waterpark is not included, but is available at the cost of $60/day/family of 4.

Fairmont Stay

A very clean property with a great view. The unit was well stocked. I didn't eat out much so I used the kitchen often. Utensils were not of a high quality and I had to rewash a couple of pans when I arrived. There was a small skillet that was quite burnt and scratched. I didn't bother using that one. Dishware was fine. It would have been nice to have a few containers with lids for leftovers or at least some saran wrap. When I was there the unit underneath me was being renovated which meant I heard power tools around 7:30 in the morning, pretty much every day of my stay. Overall, I'd give this condo a seven out of ten.

Big and roomy, large deck with excellent view of the 10th hole! Great communication with host! Large kitchen and bbq! Animal friendly and lots of grass areas for our fur baby! Excellent area to stay, lots to do! Would rent again no problem!

Clean basic accommodation

Unit was clean but very basic. Lighting was less than desired as only very bright overhead lights in all rooms. Would have appreciated a reading lamp in the bedroom so that one person could read whole the other could still sleep. Would also have liked to have better pots and pans as they seem to have been somebody’s camping set previously. TV was scrambled but figured out that it had to be reset so often by unplugging it, then it worked ok. A/C was nice to have as it was very hot the week we were there and overhead fan helped in the bedroom.

Nice for younger people.

The sign up was great. The stairs and furniture were a little tough on us older people. Not a comfortable seat inside or on the patio. The couch/2nd bed was not comfortable at all. The main bed was good. The TV selections provided were disappointing. Couldn’t find a live news channel at all. The views would be awesome but the film on the windows makes you feel like you need your eyes checked. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the golfing and the wildlife.

Great place if you don't have allergies

The condo is very beautiful and just like the pictures. View is amazing and the condo is quite cozy. It was nice having a kitchen to cook at and hang out on the balcony. But upon closer look, there was pet hair all over the condo..the floors, the couch, the balcony couches, and the tables. We normally would not notice this, but we have a daughter who is allergic to dogs, and immediately she got a reaction and also got an asthma attack. We had to clean the place ourselves in-order for her to sleep without having more troubles breathing. The place was absolutely beautiful, but I wish it would've been cleaned a bit better and get rid of all the previous guests dog hair. So if you don't have allergies, this is the perfect place to stay.

Great first impression

The condo suite was spacious, clean and we enjoyed the large balcony every day. The views of the mountains are beautiful and it was fun to watch people tee off on the 10th hole. Very quiet and peaceful which is perfect for a vacation get away. Invermere and radium were close by. The gift shop Galleria and The Purple Cow gift shops both in Fairmont are definite places to check out. We purchased some unique items to remember our vacation. The only comment I have about the condo was that it had a weird smell when we arrived and even with keeping all the windows and doors open to air it out for a couple of days, it was still there. So we bought some febreeze and sprayed the carpet. This helped to eliminate the smell. I would assume that the carpet is probably in need of a good deep clean as opposed to just a good vacuum. Anyhow, other than that, it was great.

Beautiful Condo on Riverside 10th Hole

Perfect condo for a couple, right on 10th hole - tee box of Riverside Golf Course. Gorgeous views of the Purcell Mountains and the golf course, very private large corner balcony with patio furniture and large 5 burner nat gas bbq with side burner. A/C window unit that easily kept the condo cool when it was 30C outside. All the conveniences you would need, dishwaher, oven, full size fridge, new large overhead microwave. Very comfy king size bed. Large tub/shwr unit. Carpet throughout except bathroom and kitchen area. Quiet building, never heard any neighbours through the walls or floors and the building appeared to be fully occupied during our week stay. We will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Came to cycle and golf and loved the location and unit . Clean, spacious …..everything we needed and fantastic outdoor balcony ! The view is beautiful , especially as the sun sets . We will be back !
