This is a 5-bedroom/5-bathroom rental home located in the prestigious Windsor Hills Resort. This beautiful villa includes 2 downstairs King Bedroom suites. It also has a Twin Bedroom on the ground floor. And there is 2 Queen Bedroom suites on the first floor making this home ideal for up to 10 guests. For your comfort it also has ceiling fans in every bedroom, living areas and on the lanai. The house fully functioning kitchen for all your vacation needs. Your own pool for those quiet days in.

Great Stay

The family had a great time. Everything we needed was available to us at the Villa. Windsor Hills is a great development to stay at, slightly disappointed as the pool bar was closed for refurbishment and the kids had to go back to the Villa for snacks. Otherwise a fantastic time had by everyone.

Great trip!

This house was the perfect stay for someone who wants Disney, but isn’t enveloped in it 24/7. The house was clean, and the pool was unbelievably fun! Definitely would stay again!

Great place to stay

The house was everything we needed and wanted. Great location. Across the street from the playground, close to Disney, nice pool and game room. My favorite of all is that every room has a private bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the supplies we needed. Much cheaper than any resort.

Family vacation

Neil was very nice and good to work with. Made sure we were all set. The house met our needs and pool temp was great after a long day at the parks. There were a couple of papers(garbage) behind an end table in one of the downstairs bedrooms but other than that it was very nice. Definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed

Great Location!

This home is across from the castle park and a short walk to the clubhouse. The location is ideal if you have kids who want to play at the park. We have stayed in Windsor Hills multiple times and always book based on location of the home. This one is great for families with young kids. The home itself met all of our needs. We had plenty of beach towels for the pool and they had sand toys available in the game room/garage. All the bedroom have ceiling fans, which we appreciated. The host has great communication and is very responsive. He answered all our questions and the check in/out process was super smooth. We’re already planning our next trip to Windsor Hills!

Filled the bill

Worked well for our family of 9, all ages. Overall good. Close to Disney and restaurants. Was a bit worn and dated, but that was noted in the description. Could use a good deep cleaning, including the pool and pool deck, and a few more supplies. But everything worked. Didn't see a single insect or other pest in the house. Had an issue with the pool the first few days, but Neil the host worked it right away and had it squared away in a couple days. Very responsive. Good communications. Resort pool area and facilities were great. Would stay here again.

Our stay

The pictures looked like how the place was. I will say the cleaning team needs to really do a better job. One master bed comforter had makeup stains on it, didn’t smell clean but I just assumed they used a genetic brand of detergent. & I found old trash around the house, behind toilets, under the couch & it was raining nonstop for my stay minus the day we left. Out in the pool area was dog feces, so I’m going to assume people who stayed before brought a dog without notice? Still, the property itself looked nice to enjoy. Very big and spacious.

Tired property but in a great location

The villa is in a convenient position within the excellent gated community of Windsor Hills, close to the 192 and Disney World. The resort has great facilities for families, with a large swimming pool, clubhouse etc. The villa is a good size for an extended family with all sleeping and dining facilities in reasonable order, and reasonably clean. However... before our holiday we kept wondering when we would hear from the owner/manager as we had no communication other than the initial booking through VRBO months previously. 3 days before, we had to phone VRBO to ask for information on access etc, and then finally we were given the key code. Incidentally we also asked about pool heating at the time of booking but never heard back about that. We arrived at the villa late at night after a very long journey. We were able to access the property easily enough but then found absolutely nothing in the way of basic tea, coffee, milk etc, not even some nice bottled water to drink, so we had to make do with room temperature foul tasting tap water. We noticed in the guest book that there is a 45 dollar charge for a basic welcome pack – cheeky as it would only cost a fraction of that, and a little bit of goodwill to provide it. The villa itself is slightly run down, with several big issues: pool cover in tatters and unusable, slightly murky pool, oven impossible to operate with no instructions, games in garage incomplete/unusable, several light bulbs out. We would not book this villa again.
