Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking: 2 parking spaces available in drive way. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. My husband, Chris, and I are originally from Colorado but planted roots in ABQ over 10 yrs ago. We have 2 rambunctious boys that keep us busy.
