À propos de cet hébergement

Peaceful Rustic One bedroom Cabin located in Granite Falls, NC. It is only 15 minutes from Hickory or Lenoir. Blowing rock is only 45 minutes away. Beautiful day ride to see the parkway. There are also local venues, restaurants, wineries and breweries nearby.

The cabin is surrounded by nature. All you have to do is sit out on the porch and listen to the peaceful sounds.

Kitchen has most items you will need to cook or reheat any meals.

Wi-Fi/ Internet is now available!!!

Another new item is an outdoor fire pit. You may bring your own firewood or we can provide you with a bundle for a small charge.

The loft has two twin beds. Please be careful as the steps are steep. Small children will need help going up and down the stairs. I do not have any child proofing in the cabin.

This is a great place to unplug and unwind. We do provide two TVs with antennas so local channels may come in if the weather allows and DVD players.
There is a large dvd collection of you choose not to log into your Netflix/ Amazon or Hulu account.

We have an outdoor camera for security purposes. No pets allowed

Came in to visit my boyfriend family for his birthday

We loved the area it was close to town but also has that way out in the country feel. The house is beautiful and very homey. Will definitely be booking again and again

Rustic Cabin Birthday Getaway

This property was everything we could ask for and more. It has the rustic feel with all the modern amenities. The main bed was comfortable and the cabin was cozy. We had a small birthday BBQ and everyone was impressed with how beautiful everything was. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Once Again, It's Like Going Back Home

I have stayed multiple times in the Rustic Log Cabin in Granite Falls, NC. It has always been a very restful and satisfying experience. I would not keep coming back if the experience was not delightful. I am sure I will be returning again to get away from the "real" world and recharge.

Work stay

Absolutely loved the property, peaceful and serene and amazing place to decompress after a day of work. This would be a great getaway for a couple too! Spent my evenings on the porches just enjoying the solitude or talking to the horses.

Weekend Getaway

Great communication with the host. They were very responsive with questions and details needed. The cabin was clean and organized and the property was very well maintained. Very quiet and peaceful no loud neighbors or anything of that nature. Over all a great property and would definitely return.

Great, secluded log cabin

Great, secluded, well appointed true log cabin. Long, bumpy driveway that delivers you to a really cool spot. Close to lakes and happening Hickory. If you like a soft mattress, this is your place.

Another Enjoyable Experience

I have stayed at the Rustic Cabin several times. So many, in fact, that I have lost count. Each experience has been wonderful and memorable. This last stay was no exception. The location is bucolic and is a great place to decompress and calm your nerves.

Home away from home

Our own house is on a one-lane road in the middle of the woods, very much like this cabin. No hotels for us when there are places like this log cabin. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Primitive Cabin

Once we finally got the lock box to open theCabin was nice. Couldn’t sit outside on either porch because there were dozens of Carpenter Bees flying and buzzing around us! We knew they didn’t sting but they were still very annoying! Couldn’t even grill on the porch Missed a text from the owner that they were coming to mow the grass until they got there! There went peace and quiet 😞

We enjoyed the privacy and beautiful property so much. Surrounded by lovely views and nature made the weekend so relaxing. The cabin is quite comfortable and everything was exactly as stated on the property description. Too windy for a fire pit, but hopefully, next time, we can use the fire pit!

Third Time

When I am in western North Carolina visiting friends I stay here. I've stayed three times now and will probably be back again in a few months. Each time, I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Returning to this cabin is like coming home for me. Always a pleasure.

Three Times … More Planned

I’ve stayed here three times and thoroughly enjoyed each stay. Returning here is like coming home for me. It is located near friends and activities I enjoy. I fully expect to return for a fourth visit soon!
