Stylish home, perfect for families or friends. Great location for all this area has to offer. Just a 15 minute drive into Downtown Asheville where you will find top rated restaurants and breweries, 9 miles to the beautiful Biltmore Estate for wine tasting or tours, and 5 miles to enter the Blue Ridge Parkway if you are up for some hiking! Also, just a 1/2 mile down the road you’ll find a local brewery, creamery and wine bar. Come relax on the large front porch in our mountain retreat!

*We are located in the mountains with beautiful nature around. This home does not have screen doors, so if doors are left open, the nature could come in. We do treat for pests, but it is best to close the doors behind you to try and keep mosquitos and such outside.

* Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
* Trash will need to be placed inside the bins located outside of the home to try and keep bears and other animals away.
* Any damage or excessive messes that need additional cleaning and/or repairs, the cost will be passed on to the guests from the maintenance crew.
* Upon check out, clean any dishes or load them in the dishwasher and start it.

Comfortable Holiday getaway

Our hosts were fantastic with communication, always checking in and making sure we were comfortable. The house was super clean and equipped and we were able to pull of Thanksgiving dinner away from home. We had a lovely family time, enjoying the hot tub and game room and living areas. Thanks for a memorable trip!

Wonderful property great location

This property is very well presented prepared and managed for a VRBO property. Our family (two adults, three teens) were extremely happy with everything offered. The property was exactly as presented on VRBO and we had no issues. It was comfortable, clean, up to date and very well organized. The decor and home finishing were modern and well presented. This is a highly rated property for a reason. If we make it back to Asheville we definitely will rebook. We intentionally did not stay in Asheville proper but it only took 15 minutes or so to get where we planned. No issue there but do expect to drive to locations if you book this property. Thank you to the hosts for a fabulous and carefree stay.

Had a great time. It was a good central location to get to the different things we wanted to do. Didn't use the hot tub but it looks like a nice one. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch!

Enjoyed the place

Great location especially for those visiting the Biltmore and want to be away from the crowd. Very spacious and room decor was welcoming with lots of space for everyone.

Girls Weekend

The house was great and Carly the host was very responsive to any questions. The house is located on a quiet street and is close to most major things you might want to visit. The hot tub was great, and it has an amazing front porch. There was plenty of room for all of us in the house. I would definitely stay here again.

As described, this nearly new home was comfortable and worked for our three generations that came together to visit and see Asheville. In a quiet neighborhood but convenient to downtown.

This place was great! Owners were welcoming andresponsive. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, check out the restaurant across the street, it may be connected to a gas station but they have an awesome breakfast and lunch!

Perfect Place for Quality Time!

My friends and I had a wonderful time catching up and getting the group together at this house! The living room and kitchen are airy and open, the back porch is expansive, and the upstairs room is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy some games. The location of this house is also perfect for anyone trying to spend time in downtown Asheville, it was a short and easy 15 minute drive.

Mountain Memories

This home was perfect for our family time together. The hosts thought of everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well equipped kitchen. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine on our arrival! The living space, bedrooms, and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The game room was a big hit with our grandchildren. The home was conveniently located near many points of interest. We highly recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting this area.

Bachelorette in the Mountains

Carly was very polite, helpful, and quick to answer any questions! We did have a little trouble finding ubers/lyfts, but she also had that covered, with transportation 'go to' business cards in the entry table drawer. 10/10 would recommend - a beautiful home in a gorgeous brand-new neighborhood! Only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville!

Wonderful!

The house was new, modern, well-stocked, and impeccably clean! The open layout was perfect for the family. The hosts were wonderful — welcoming, helpful, and responsive to any questions or needs within minutes. The location was ideal for exploring Asheville and surrounding areas, as well as hiking, tennis and golf. We highly recommend it!

Great family experience

The property was exactly as pictured and perfect for a weekend away with our family! Tons of "extra" special details for a family getaway. The area was convenient if you wanted to travel into Asheville but Fairview provided unique options as well. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Great house and location

The home was beautifully decorated, clean and new. Anything you would need was thought of in advance. The locations is excellent, making it just a 10-15 minute drive into downtown Asheville and 30 minutes to 1 hour to great hiking and outdoor activities. Right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Kids loved the games upstairs and there was plenty to do to keep us busy and have time to relax. Would come again!
