On Wednesday evenings, my neighbor Kellie, kindly takes the trash and recycle bins to the street. And on Thursday morning she walks them back to the drive way.
Saturday mornings typically between 8-10 am, Señor Manuel, does a quick 10-20 minute yard maintenance.
Our cleaners treat the hot tub between every guest, but every other week, we have a professional hot tub maintenance done to ensure it is in working order.
Once every 3 weeks we have pest control spray outside the house and around the hot tub, specifically to keep ants away because they love congregating near the warm moisture of the hot tub.
