Large living room area with wall to ceiling glass doors that open up to allow the ocean breeze to flow through. This condo is a corner unit allowing for more space, a larger balcony and unobstructed views. The master bedroom has water views, direct access to the balcony area, a King sized bed, walk in closet, flat screen TV and in suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, flat screen TV and full in suite bathroom. All bedroom and common rooms are large with plenty of common space for hanging out, relaxing, playing games, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook & eat a meal excluding spices&oil. The large balcony overlooks the harbor and pool area, perfect for relaxing and watching the boats come and go. This unit has stair access from the balcony directly to the pool and docks, with private keyless entry to your balcony. High speed WiFi.
If you enjoy fishing, bring your boat down! A slip is reserved with your rental, at no extra cost. The dock has power, fresh water, and a covered fish cleaning station. A commercial size ice maker is available for guest use. Our condo is right next to a great restaurant with craft beer on tap, music & Tiki Hut sunset cruises.

Key West is a special place within the U.S. Tropical warm winds year round, thick green foliage, world class fishing and diving, 10+ palm tree species, historic homes, 200+restaurants & bars on this 4mi x 2mi island. The location of this home is perfect for getting anywhere in Key West. Quick access to New Town and grocery stores as well as Duval Street and anywhere else in Downtown Key West. Bayview park is next door with plenty of open spaces, tennis courts, basketball hoops, and festivals on many weekends throughout the year.

Getting Around:
Our location allows you to get around by foot or bicycle. Electric carts are rented frequently on the island - we can accommodate plug in. You won't need a car, unless you're driving down route 1 from mainland FL. Lyft/Uber are plentiful.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Pet friendly for one dog, up to 25lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 1 vehicle (to include golf cart rental). Max boat length 40ft, max boat beam 13ft, there is a fixed bridge entrance with 18-ft clearance into the marina. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent.

Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises. Unit are managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals. No in-person check-in required. Digital access to the property via keyless entry codes to condominium elevator and common spaces. Condo unit code will be provided no less than 24 hours prior to arrival date. Maintenance is accessible during the same.
