Oceanfront get away

The Condo was perfect for us, with so many amenities provided; bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels, and fully stocked kitchen. It was very clean and more than adequate space for the two of us. But the highlight were the ocean views from our bedroom and patio. Even though we had a bad weather week, we could sit out on the covered patio and enjoy the weather and the ocean that we came to see!

Pros. Great view from balcony & huge TVs & great cable. Nice parking garage for 2 vehicles & very convenient access to the beach. Cons. Pictures not updated on website. 2nd bedroom was to have 1 bed & nice furniture. Instead a 2nd bed was squeezed in with no closet, no storage & very dark with poor lighting & shutters we could not get open. Bathroom vanities changed to tiny size with absolutely no counter space at all. No mirrors except in the small bathrooms. Looks like they are trying to upgrade but not doing a very neat job.

Pelican Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Beach. The beach right there & our condo rental was very nice & clean with everything at our disposal. We would highly recommend staying there & we just may go back next year!!

Beautiful View

This rental has a great location. We loved being on the first floor with its close proximity to the beach. It was very clean and well equipped. I do wish there were hooks on the back of the doors or a towel rack for hanging towels. The view is gorgeous and parking was convenient.

A perfect location!

This getaway was all about the ocean, drinking it all in and appreciating its splendor. We could have done it by positioning chairs at the water's edge, but it was way too cold and windy for that. The perfect solution was a condo with a spacious, private and covered balcony that offered chairs that supported our legs and back. I even stretched out on the balcony sofa for a while. As if this was not enough incentive, inside the condo we enjoyed a very comfortable living room setting, a stylish kitchen with all of the amenities, and two bedrooms -- one with a king bed and the other with two doubles (very nice, each room had large TVs), two bathrooms (one with a tub, the other with a modern shower) and a third-floor location off from an elevator. In a word, we were grateful to have found this escape!

Not really happy

The condo was very large it was really nice But had a very damp musty smell clothing i brought with smelled like the odor of the condo. I felt like it could have been a little cleaner

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and still today I try to answer every phone call or email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
