Take a break from the sun and enjoy the breeze in the covered entertainment area/bar complete with an outdoor TV! Your oasis is equipped with an outdoor bathroom and shower for your convenience.

Inside the home, you’ll find a spacious and inviting interior with all the essentials and more. Relax beneath vaulted ceilings in the open living area and doze off in one of five bedrooms. Work from home at the beach in your own office. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals. Then dine alfresco with a fresh breeze on one of the two sun-kissed decks! Settle in for a read on the screened-in porch or entertain yourself with Roku streaming TVs throughout the house. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely neighborhood that was so quiet and comfortable. The house has very easy access to the beach, and the neighbors we met were lovely and welcoming. Absolutely we would stay again!

Great private beach access, great outdoor space

Had a great stay with our two toddlers and black lab - family room and kitchen were open and bright, kids plates and cups were available, fridge was new, lots of books and games were fun, and great outdoor space with couch and tv for football. Unlike some other rental companies in area, checkout was easy and only asks we’re stripping beds and starting dishwasher which was much appreciated for packing at end of trip.

Fantastic vacation home!

This was a fantastic spot for me and my large family (+ dog). The house was well equipped, very clean, and very close to amenities (beach, grocery store, restaurants). The outdoor dining/entertainment space was great when we didn’t feel like going out! I would stay here again.

Amazing stay

This was my first time in Corolla and I'm really glad we stayed at Boracay. The house was amazing, super comfy beds, and I didn't really want to leave to go to the beach. I would highly recommend and plan to come back.

Great Location

This house is situated in one of our favorite neighborhoods in Corolla. Bathrooms appeared to be all recently updated and the kitchen was well stocked. Backyard layout and activities were a great touch.

Nice house

House has fun activities outside. Pool, cornhole, volleyball net, tables and chairs, outdoor seating, tv and hot tub. Very close to beach- beach access has a lot of steps to get over the dunes so a wagon was a no go. Area is in a quiet neighborhood.

Home away from home even in the off-season

Our stay at Boracay Beach House OS33 in Corolla, NC, was nothing short of spectacular! The beautifully maintained house and meticulous attention to detail made our visit truly special. From the moment we arrived, the local team and homeowner ensured everything was perfect. The property was exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to bring our two dogs, which was a significant plus. With plenty of room for our family to spread out and the flexibility guest services provided, planning our activities and departure was a breeze. The location couldn't have been better, offering easy access to the beach, grocery stores, and dining options. The presence of security every night made us feel safe and secure. We can't wait to return for another wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay

It was a lot of house for just us and the dogs but we loved it. We stayed on the upper floor and enjoyed a relaxing few days. The house was very clean and hed amenties from toiletries to spices to fun games- indoors and outdoors. We will definitely come back and bring friends next time!

Much needed R&R

We (me, my husband, and our dog) had such a wonderful time here. We planned a fairly impromptu trip to the Outer Banks for some much needed rest and relaxation, and this was the perfect place to stay for us. The house itself was beautiful, so much natural light, able to see sunrise and sunset. The short walk to the private beach was awesome, it was our dog's first time on a beach and he loved it. So many good places to eat and shop at just a short drive away. We hope to stay here again with a bigger group and when the weather is warmer!

GREAT Location - I wish it was clean...

This house has some very nice upgrades (bar car port, big hot tub, beach volleyball, pool (it wasn't open yet for the season), tons of beach gear, games, kitchen supplies etc.) It is only 2 blocks away from the private beach. Close to shopping and food. However, the property was filthy. It had not been vacuumed, there was dirt in the corner of the main shower, hairballs in the hallway, random bags and items on the floor and furniture. I did not feel truly comfortable in the house. When I reached out to Vacasa to remedy the situation (either having them clean or refund our cleaning fee), they kept saying they "notified the local team". They never came back to clean and did not respond to our request for a refund on the cleaning fee. I am very disappointed with how this was handled.
