Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in this incredible beach home, nestled in the upscale North End neighborhood of Virginia Beach Ocean Front area. Exceptionally clean and fresh, this unit is the perfect place for your next vacation.
The space
This property allows for plenty of natural light to shine in! Extremely clean and well kept, this unit has beautiful floors, brand new furniture as well as brand new Tempur-Pedic mattresses in each guest room for that perfect night's rest. Unit sleeps 6 people with three queen beds in each bedroom, all equipped with sheets and bedding. Full size stainless steel appliances in kitchen with everything you need to feel right at home. Unit comes fully equipped with pots and pans, cooking and dining utensils, glasses and stem wear, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Each bedroom is spacious with plenty of closet space and drawer space. There is a full - size washer and dryer on property. Unit has HD TV, access to complimentary Netflix, and Wi-Fi access. Six beach chairs are available for easy trips to and from the beach. There is an outdoor shower available in the rear of the property, fully enclosed making it an ideal spot to rinse off after a long day at the beach!

4th of July fun

Great location and cool beautiful interior. Kitchen is great and bedrooms are spacious. Loved being so close to the beach and great to be ocean side of Atlantic Ave!

Great location

We needed to be close to our son and daughter in law which was great. The place was not as clean as we would want and smelled musty. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed - easy walk to beach and park!!!

Simple house but fully updated and so close to the beach

Beds were as described, all with new mattresses. Furnishing were all new, tastefully chosen. Floors had wood-looking tile, which was a nice look and easy to clean in the summer. Fully appointed, nothing missing, everything worked. Great location. There was a bit of dampness in the house that was evident in a faint damp smell. Not unusual for beach houses, and this was no exception. One friend had to check in to a hotel because of a significant allergy to the same. It was only faint and if no severe allergies, it probably wouldn't bother you.

Hello all and welcome!

Thank you for considering me to host your upcoming trip to Virginia Beach! First and foremost, I take great pride in hosting guests and I truly cherish each afforded opportunity to welcome friends and families from across the world into my home. I strive for truly excellent customer service and satisfaction, which is only made possible by you. Now, a little bit about myself..

I was born in the beautiful city of West Palm Beach, FL, but was raised in northeastern Pennsylvania. In 2009 I joined the Navy and relocated to San Diego for six years, then ventured back to the east coast, settling in Virginia Beach.

I currently remain an active duty military member, in which I take equal pride as to hosting guests. I currently hold 5 properties that are mere steps from the peaceful North End beaches.

When I am not deployed or managing my properties, I enjoy surfing, hiking, fishing, and community volunteer work. I also love traveling and spending as much time as I can outdoors! I consider myself to be very laid back and look forward to spending time with my friends and loved ones.

I started hosting on Airbnb in 2018 and it became one of my most rewarding decisions to date. Although my motivation to list on Airbnb was initially monetary in nature, I simply enjoy providing guests with a truly splendid vacation experience. As I previously mentioned, I currently reside in Virginia Beach and my home is conveniently located just minutes from my listed properties.

I don't typically meet or spend time with guests, however, I am available when needed and my Co-Host, Susan, is as sweet as can be. Together, we will be your immediate points of contact for anything needed both prior to and during your stay.
