Shorebirds S251 is fully equipped and furnished for up to 7 guests. 3 bedrooms with bedding of a King, Queen, Bunk Beds (Twin on top, Full on bottom). Comfortably making this a great home for a family getaway. Brand new, medium size, BBQ with a large propane tank in the patio to spend lovely evenings! This recently remodeled & beautifully decorated condominium is perfect whether you're looking for a quick weekend getaway or a "Staycation" on the beach - without the expense and hassles of distant travel. Pajaro Dunes, located equidistant from Monterey and Santa Cruz is an ideal location offering everything you need to relax & enjoy family & friends. Facing Santa Cruz, our condo has a nice view to enjoy the sunset.

In this condo you will find that the owner offers sand toys and beach equipment for our renters to enjoy some fun in the sun! Enjoy the upgraded kitchen and Wake up in the morning with your choice of a standard drip coffee or Keurig!

Staying on a chilly night? Cuddle in with a movie on any TV or by the electric fireplace in the living room and grab few of our many DVDs available complimentary in our lobby!

This little piece of paradise offers a 1.5 mile of the most pristine, secluded beach where you may collect shells and sand dollars along the way.

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

Beautiful property, hidden gem

Loved our stay at pajaro dunes. Needed a place to stay to springboard over to Monterey bay aquarium and found this gem. Very much enjoyed staying here over staying in Monterey. Much less touristy and the private beach was wonderful

Nice retreat

This place had everything we wanted but it was a little further away than we anticipated. There is nothing around it in terms of commerce, so you have to drive at least 15-20min to get to any kind of grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. as long as you realize that, the place is nice

Wonderful weekend getaway!

The property was amazing! It suited our family of 5 and my in laws very well. It was close to the beach and the patio was relaxing with the sound of the waves. Very clean, kid friendly and spacious. Easy to prepare meals for the family in their fully stocked kitchen and the laundry machines came in handy after a day at the beach. Beds were also super comfy. Overall positive experience and would definitely book again!

Summer vacation

Excellent home. Perfect location on first floor for families with younger children. If had one recommendation for owners of this unit is to Upgrade living room TV to a smart TV. Gives families staying here more options on what to watch.

Clean and beautiful

The place was very clean, very spacious and comfortable for a big family. It was amazing to be able to walk out into the beach each morning. We loved being able to hear the ocean from our rooms. Overall, we would stay here again.
