Through the private gates to a magical estate hugged by a lush and blooming landscape. You are just steps away from your own beach where dolphin, manatee and sea turtle sightings are common. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner around your private pool.
Your quiet enjoyment is our main priority. Anything you may need, just give us a call or shoot us a text. You will receive an initial welcome letter from us further describing the home and the area, then a text the day of your arrival with entry information.
SHH! Do not let our secret out. Manasota Key is a quaint beachfront community preserved from overcrowding and commercialization. Located with the Gulf of Mexico to the west and Lemon Bay to the east, this barrier island stretches 11 miles. The winding road home is hugged by a beautiful oak canopy. Enjoy the leisurely pace by bike or by car and take in the beauty of mother nature along the way. Shopping and dining all close at hand. Dinner and live music are a short drive away.
The garage area is not available to guests.
The main house sleeps 5 having a king size bed in the master and the guest room has a queen and a twin bed in it . There is a lower annex that has a queen bed in it and we have an upper annex containing a queen bed and 4 twin size beds in that room . Either annex rents for 178 per night and we will send a request for funds thru airbnb after the initial reservation which is for main home only to cover your selection of 1 or 2 annexes rent for your stay. . This is truly a unique experience. This spacious estate provides a private oasis enriched with amenities. Follow through the gate and will find three distinct residences on site. The main home, which can accommodate 5 guests, features an open floor plan with a chef's kitchen that serves as the hub of the space. Even the most discriminating will be pleased with the modern appliances and high end gadgets. From mixers, to coffee presses, to blenders-all the bases are covered. Kick back and relax after a hard day of play in the living room. Turn on the television and plug in to your Netflix or Hulu account. All units are Wi-Fi enabled. The main bedroom offers the comfortability of King sized amenities as the ebbing waves lull you to sleep. The secondary bedroom connects with the master and offers a queen and a twin bed. Great for the kids. This luxurious bathroom is divided into two distinct spaces. Walk in shower, built in bidet, walk in closets, his and her vanities, soaking tub. This opens to the pool area and works well as a pool bath. Throw open the sliders to the west for a gorgeous water view, open to the east to enter the screened lanai leading to the heated pool. As the days cool, pool heat can be purchased for $25 nightly. POOL HEAT MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED START TIME. Plenty of area poolside to let soak in the rays. The natural landscape provides a private enjoyment. Just across from the main sits Annex 1. Equipped with a comfy queen sized bed, private full bath and screened lanai. This unit, with accommodations for 2, can only be rented by guests of the main home for an additional $178 nightly. Across from the pool and up the flight of stairs, the third unit (Annex 2) can be rented exclusively by guests of the main home for $178 nightly. This is a great space for the kids and sitter. Flexible sleeping options with a queen bed, a bunk and two twins plus the lounging couch. Full sized bathroom for convenience. Grab the chairs, beach towels and sunblock and follow the sandy path to your own private beach. Dig your toes and the sand and wait for the magic of mother nature to put on a show. Dolphin sightings are a regular occurrence. Great area for those who enjoy shelling and shark tooth hunting. Here you will never want the vacation to end and will surely be booking your next visit before departure.
You will need a car. Bike rentals are available. Be mindful of traffic as the roads are curvy. Uber is a great option for a night out.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.
TO DO:
1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.
4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.
5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.
6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.
7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.
8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location
9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.
10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.
11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.
12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.
13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.
*Charges will incur as a result of lost or missing keys and/or remotes.
** We thank you in advance for your assistance. If all of the tasks are completed, the agreed-upon cleaning fee return will be initiated within 7 days.
*** Please sign both pages. We require that the signature is of the party that made the reservation. If not signed by that person, the return cannot be provided.
