lovely and very cozy places to stay museum hill. Many older houses build in 18th century. This was large single family home French style house build 1891, in 1900 owner decide to convert to 5 units apartment. This unit3 with 3 bedroom/1 bath located on the first floor with great views of the historic downtown. Parking is on the street in front of the building, and has keypad entrance with personal code, free WIFI, smart TV living room chairs, desk area, dining room, full kitchen, plush bedding. No outside guests allowed.

Very nice property

Nice place in the middle of many beautiful old houses, enjoyed all the museums and restaurants in St Joseph. The host was very accommodating and communicated well with us, recommend this rental very much.

I love the historic setting in a peaceful part of town. Centrally located and easy to get to anywhere in St Joseph from here. Everything in the apartment is clean and the decorating is excellent.

Comfortable stay

Loved the warm and down-to-earth feeling when we stayed at this property. We live in a very rural area so my wife thought we were in a rough neighborhood, but things were fine. We'd stay there again.

We were very pleased with the decore, furnishings, and full stocked kitchen including a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The owners are great people and provide a clean comfortable environment like your home away from home. And all at a reasonable price, plus they allow pets. I would definately book this apartment again.

St Jo MO looking good!

Neighborhood was clean and quiet, easy on street parking right in front. I loved the added security of the entrance to the building and then for the apartment. Cozy and warm with a lot of bedroom and living space. Bathroom is a bit small, but I was there to visit, not for a spa experience. Will be back again!!

The host were kind and helpful. The place itself was clean and comfortable, they even had some commonly forgotten trip items that you could borrow out of a draw. Parking is very limited but overall 10/10

Live Music

We were in town to see live music at The Felix Street pub and this place worked out great for us given it’s location to the music venue. Very nice, clean place to stay! Secure access to all doors and the communication with the property manager was easy.

Great for a quick weekend

Came in for Chiefs Training camp with my 8y/o son. It was perfect for us. Nice and quiet, and very clean. The neighborhood was very cool. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

Nice Property in a Good Location

This is a roomy place to stay with comfortable beds and furniture. The owner lives right down the street and is very responsive to requests. There are no check-out laundry lists of things to do. Pack your stuff and leave. Perfect. Note: They do not have any laundry facilities on site, so factor that into your stay if needed. Given a chance, I'd hapily stay again.

Great place downtown!

This place was great!! Decor was adorable and there was tons of original art by the owners' son. Pictures do not do it justice, it is lovely. :) Location was close to everything downtown. The owners are restoring the property which was once a home but was split into apartments in the early 20th century. I had questions before our stay and Lucy was super responsive, I ended up running into Dennis outside and chatting in the morning. Both are very kind and responsive, all you can hope for in a host. We were only at the property a short time but would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I liked the spaces apartment, there were 4 of us and we had plenty of space. I love the decor it was super cozy! The beds were so soft! It’s more than I expected the extra items was a plus, hygiene products chargers,and a fan. I’m very pleased and definitely would come back! The only thing that I would improve is having a functional coffee pot we had to go to a local gas station for coffee and better communication with the host. I was very nervous when I didn’t get an email about arrival instructions, I thought I got scammed, I did call Verbo for help and they couldn’t tell me much I searched my email and had an email from Expedia and on the email was a link to communicate with the host.
